Sunni was her stage name when she danced with Lisa in the Purrfect Anglez, up until she won the diva contest. She used that name for alot of promo stuff up till now.

The music of Christy Hemme hit in the arena as she came down to the ring looked as hot as ever. She got in the ring and was given the t-shirt gun, and shot some shirts into the crowd. Coach: "We're paying her $250,000 to shoot a t-shirt gun!?" Good point there Coachy. The music of Simon Dean then interrupted Christy as he came down to the ring. Simon told her to put down the weapon. He said that his name is Simon Dean and he has been watching her for quite some time on RAW. He said the camera adds about 10lbs, but that is a lie. He said her butt is as big in person as it is on TV! He said she should take some of her money, and buy some of his patented Simon System. He said it will help her fix the numerous and quite obvious physical flaws, so she can become more attractive to our viewing audience! Christy said no way and Simon said she thinks she's too good, and then started to get in her face but the music of Val Venis hit and he made his way down for the main event. Simon told Val to hold on a minute. He said he came out here to help out CRUSTY. He said he is a heck of a guy and he is willing to make this a two for one offer. I was watching SpikeTV last night/early this morning when one of those stupid infomercials came on. Low and behold Christy Hemme is one of the spokeswomen for VIP Parties Uncensored. Not only does she discuss her participation but she's one of the women at the VIP party! She's obviously a wicked lady as she tells about the leather room, "There's nothing like whips and chains." I'm not sure if she's in any of the other videos but she is included in the "Lingerie Party" video. Check it out at VIP Parties Uncensored web site.

Christy is shooting t-shirts into the crowd when the music of Edge hits. He comes to the ring and he is pissed off over something for sure. He gets in the face of Christi and tells her to stop trying to embarrass him like this! STOP MOCKING ME. He then says "you don't know what I'm talking about?" He then explains that she is shooting shirts into the crowd, he yells at her to open the gun up so we can see the shirt. She does and shows the camera a WrestleMania 21 shirt. Edge freaks out and talks about how damn close he was to winning the Rumble last night, and how close he was to headlining WrestleMania. He then says if Christy likes to embarrass him, he will embarrass her! This brings out Shawn Michaels though, who enters into a conversation with Edge, and Christy manages to disappear unharmed. The King comes to the ring to introduce the All American Diva's. First Maria comes to the ring in some cowboy gear. she represents the WEST! King says he would like to bareback ride her! Representing to streets is Victoria! She comes out in biker chick kind of stuff, but it's hot. Last but not least, representing the sunny beaches of America is Christy Hemme! She comes to the ring in a bikini! Yay for Japan! The King is about to speak on the rules, but the music of Simon Dean hits. He says there is no way they are going to waste valuable air time on this fashion show, oh no! Not when he can talk about his product to an International audience. He says Japan could really use it. He says what is this? The year of the water buffalo? He says just because they like sumo wrestlers, they don't have to look like one. Akebono, a Japanese sumo star, stands up and almost comes to the ring (the fans went nuts). Simon tells him to calm down, he sits down. Simon then goes on and mocks all three girls, saying they are fat, have rolls, and are cows. The King steps in and Simon calls him "King Ding" Simon says he is upset because he has been packing on the pounds. Simon says he's upset because he can't lose right, isn't that right, "Burger King..?" Simon goes to say more but Christy pops him square in the nizzos, sending him down. Trish heads to the ring. She gets on the mic and says that the Divas as of late have been trying to steal her spotlight. With the All American challenge and Candice's commercial at the Super Bowl, and so on. She says it is happening again now with a woman named Christy Hemme. She calls Christy out. Christy comes to the ring and dances around for the WWE fans. Trish mocks her dance. Trish says that the fans around here used to call her a certain word.. "slut" chants begin. Trish then announces that Christy will be in Playboy and the crowd roars. She says not only will she be on the cover, but her naked body will be all over! Trish says now that makes HER a slut now. The crowd boos. Christy grabs the mic and says that Trish is trying to get her upset, but she is proud to be in Playboy next month and she is proud that people want to see it! She gets face to face with Trish and says that being in Playboy does not make you a slut... but sleeping with half the locker room? Now that makes you a slut! Trish said she was out there taking care of business because that is what the number one Raw diva does. She went out there and took down the top two contenders. Christy said she thought the only one that went down was Trish. Trish hit Candace, and said Christy would do nothing. Christy slammed Trish into a wall and the referees had to pull her away. The music of Christy Hemme hit in the arena as she made her way down to the ring for the unveiling of her Playboy cover. Christy got on the mic and said that this is a very exciting night in her career. She said she would not be here or have the opportunity to pose for Playboy if it wasn’t for the fans, and she is very grateful. She said she’s here to show a new side of Christy Hemme and then unveiled the huge cover, and she looks great on it. The music of Trish Stratus then hit as she made her way down as the Women’s Champion. Trish got in the ring and looked at the cover and then took the mic. Trish said that once again, Christy is out here trying to steal her spotlight, and it’s starting to piss her off. Trish said tonight is a special night, and it’s not everyday that you are on the cover of Playboy, and she looks marvellous and sexy. Trish said that something is not quite right and then got down on her knees and pulled out a can of spray paint. She started to spray the cover and then Christy slapped Trish but Trish then scored with the Chick Kick and said her head is so hard that it broke her shoe! When we come back from commercial break, Christy comes to the ring. She gets on the mic and says that she has something to say, but she needs to say it personally. She calls Trish out. Trish comes to the ring and gets on the mic saying she knows what Christy wants to announce. She says she wants to announce her Playboy coming out this Friday. Christy says she challenges her to a women's title match at WrestleMania 21. Trish blows it off saying she is a 6 time world champion, but she eventually accepts. Christy says she has been trained by someone, someone Trish knows very well! Lita comes to the ring and stares Trish down. Christy Hemme is with Lita backstage. Lita says she is doing well, but she needs to learn how to defend Trish's kicks and how to hit a few of her own. Lita says she brought along two people to help her out. Tajiri and Regal are there and are willing to help, under one condition, that she signs Tajiri's copy of Playboy. She does and then Tajiri throws some kicks. She then tries and they are pretty weak. Regal tries to help her out by motivation and tells her to give it all she's got. She kicks him in the balls! Regal goes down as the ladies say they will get him some ice.
Trish tells Maria during a backstage interview that she is not concerned about Lita training Christy, and says she is going to get Hannibal Lector to train her because she is going to eat Christy alive. Maria tries to ask Trish if the Twist of Fate sent her a message. Trish says it did, but she has one for Christy. She hits Maria in the gut with the mic and then slaps her in the face before throwing her into a trash can. Fit Finlay comes out and checks on her.
Later, Christy and Lita are outside Maria's locker room. Christy says that Maria will be ok, but Christy is going to stay with her. She makes Lita promise she will show her how to beat that bitch. Lita says she will. PowerWrestling.com
03/21/05 Monday Night Raw - Maven/Simon Dean/Molly Holly vs. Christy Hemme/Tajiri/Regal Mixed Tag Match
Christy is shown in the back walking down to the ring with Tajiri, Regal, and Lita. They tell her that if she has any problems tonight that she should tag either Regal or Tajiri. She said she's ready for this and she has been working on her kicks.
Simon Dean and Regal start if ott, Regal gets control with an early knockdown followed by some chain wrestling. Regal tags Tajiri and drop toe holds Dean allowing Tajiri to dropkick him in the face. Maven rocks Tajiri from the outside allowing Dean the advantage. Maven is tagged in and he unloads on the chest of Tajiri before slamming him down and tagging Dean back in. Dean and MAven double slam Tajiri and then then both do pushups!
Tajiri tries to work his way to a cover but Simon cheaps shots Regal, but this allows Tajiri to get a spinning heel kick. Tajiri tags Christy! molly comes in and Trish taunts Christy allowing Molly the chance the beat her down. Christy comes back with a kick followed by several kicks to Molly's thighs. Molly fights back and whips Christy to the corner. She goes for an alabama Slam, but Christy rolls her up in a sunset flip. Tajiri and Regal hit the ring. Regal kicks Dean in the side of the head and Tajiri takes Maven down with a baseball slide outside of the ring. Christy and Molly go back and forth until Christy reverses a blow from Molly. Christy and Lita make their way to the ring for the arm wrestling contest as Jerry Lawler shares more pictures from Christy's Playboy pictorial. Trish Stratus makes her way to the ring with a disgusted look on her face, staring at Lita and Christy in the ring.
Christy and Trish locked up but Trish pulled away and needed to warm up with her title belt. They locked up again but Christy quickly slammed Trish’s arm down and Christy has won with ease! Lilian informed us that Trish said she was not ready, and wants a second chance. They locked up again and Christy slammed Trish’s arm down again! Trish knocked down Lilian and then kicked out the leg of Lita who was helping Lilian up. Christy looked pissed as Trish showed off her belt and left the ring. PowerWrestling.com
04/03/05 WrestleMania XXI PPV - Women's Title Match
Christy Hemme heads to the ring ready to give it a shot at Trish Stratus. The champion heads to the ring and the ladies are ready to get it on. Trish lays down in the ring and tells Christy to pin her. She gets up and tosses Christy around the ring a few times before tossing her outside the ring and then throwing her into the steps. Back in the ring Trish works Christy over with chops in the corner of the ring.
Trish goes for a kick to Christy's head but Christy catches it and Lita distracts the ref and Christy kicks her right in the groin. Christy controls a bit with kicks and she springs into a pin but only gets a two. Trish then gains more control and she runs at Christy in the corner but Christy does a split on top of the ropes and she sunset flips Trish.
Trish gives some cheap shots to Christy and Lita outside the ring. Back in the ring, Christy starts her kicks up and she rocks Trish off the ropes before hitting her with the twist of fate. She makes the cover but Trish kicks out! Christy pounces on her and she punches the crap out of her. Trish eventually hits the Chick Kick to the head of Christy and she gets the win. 04/04/05 Monday Night Raw - WrestleMania Women's Title Rematch
Trish is shown in the back blowing on her title and shining it up as she will defend against Christy Hemme again tonight. Christy heads to the ring with Lita after the commercial break. J.R tells us that Trish requested the rematch herself!
Trish poses and then kicks Christy right in the side of the head before the match even starts. Lita gets in the face of Trish and Trish slaps her across the face. Lita retaliates and punches Trish all over the ring but Trish kicks her in the gut and then places her in a small half crab on Lita's messed up leg. Lita screams in pain as Trish tugs on her leg. Referees come to the ring as they take Trish off of Lita. Christy is still down and Lita screams in pain. Christy gets up and tends to Lita. The bell never rang. PowerWrestling.com
04/11/05 Monday Night Raw - Molly Holly and Trish Stratus vs. Victoria and Christy Hemme Tag Team Match
The music of Trish Stratus hit in the arena as she made her way to the ring as the Women’s Champion, and she will be teaming with Molly Holly against Victoria and Christy Hemme. Molly and Victoria locked up and Victoria grabbed a hammerlock but Molly reversed into a fireman’s carry. Victoria came back and hit an arm drag and then another, followed by a body slam. Victoria hit the standing moonsault and then made the tag to Christy. Christy came in and kicked at the hamstrings of Molly and then scored with a scoop slam and a leg drop for two.
Trish kicked Christy in the back from the apron and then Molly stomped her on the canvas and tagged in the champ. Trish slapped Christy across the face and then sent her to the corner and kicked away at her as the fans chanted “slut”. Trish chopped the chest of Christy and then choked her before sitting on the top turnbuckle and choked away some more. Molly got the tag and hit a snapmare and a low dropkick to the face for two. Molly locked in a half Boston crab and Christy tried to fight to the corner and kicked Molly off and got the tag to Victoria. Victoria came in with right hands and a reverse elbow and some clotheslines, followed by a back body drop. Victoria went for the Widow’s Peak but Trish came in with a Chick Kick.
Victoria made the tag to Christy who took Molly down but then Trish grabbed her from the apron, but Christy knocked her down. Molly slapped the face of Christy and then sent her to the corner and Trish held her while Molly went for the handspring but Christy moved and Molly nailed Trish! Christy then rolled up Molly for the shock win! Christy wins! Trish was tossed out the ring by Victoria and Christy and then the music of Kane hit in the arena and he is stalking Trish after what she did to Lita last week on RAW! Lita and Christy are backstage talking and Lita said Christy is undefeated in Lingerie Pillow Fights. The music of Christy Hemme hit in the arena as she made her way down to the ring for this Lingerie Pillow Fight against Candice Michelle! There was a bed set up in the ring with pillows and stuff as usual.
Both ladies took off their robes to reveal their lingerie. They both swung their robes over their heads and then started whacking each other with pillows. Feathers went everywhere as they continued to hammer each other with the pillows. Christy got on the bed and Candice tipped over the bed sending Christy under the bottom rope to the outside. Christy didn’t know where she was and then got back in the ring and Christy did the splits in the corner and rolled up Candice for the win. The two celebrated together and Christy did the splits. 05/29/05 Victoria, BC - RAW House Show - Christy Hemme vs. Victoria
Hemme and Victoria receive nice pops each. Eventually Coach decides he likes Victoria more and sides with her for the rest of the match. Christy doesn’t like that so she low blows the Coach, out comes another ref, Christy rolls up Vic, and Victoria is pinned. Rajah.com

Jim Ross welcomes us live as Jerry is in the ring. He says today officially starts the first day of summer and what better way to start the summer than to have a Diva swimsuit competition! He welcomes Christy Hemme who comes out to a huge pop. He then brings out Candice Michelle who gets no reaction at all. Maria is next to the ring and she is all smiles as the crowd cheers her on a bit. Victoria is next and she gets a decent reaction from the crowd. Jerry Lawler then says that competing in her first swimsuit competition is Lilian Garcia! Lilian comes down to the ring to a decent pop as the King starts to get excited. He says the rules are very simple. The King says he gets to pick the winner after all the girls strut their stuff. King says Lilian has been with the company for six years and King has been waiting six years to say this "drop that towel!" Lilian goes to drop the towel but the music of Viscera hits and he makes his way to the ring as the King comments and says he should check out all these beauties. King says he can help him judge the competition. Viscera says there's nothing in the world he'd rather do, but that's not why he is out here. He said he was in the back watching and the thought of her made him all hot. What he wants, he gets and he's got to have it! He picks Lilian up in his arms and he takes her away!
King says they have one less contestant but that is no reason to stop the show. Victoria is first, wearing black, the crowd barely pops as it looks like she could kick MY ass. Maria is wearing spotted leopard stuff. King comments, etc. You know the drill. Candice looks good. Christy gets the biggest pop, if there really was one. She ropes the King with her towel. King says he needs to catch his breath for a moment and says he needs one more look, he goes behind them and looks at their ass. He then picks Christy Hemme as the crowd chants for Stacy. Victoria gets off the apron looking upset as the other girls celebrate. Victoria comes back in the ring and snaps! She kicks Christy in the gut, kicks Candice through the ropes and then kicks Maria right in the side of the head. She kicks Christy in the boob and then pounces on her to slap and punch the crap out of her. King asks her what she is going and she kicks him square in the nuts. Victoria then drops Christy with the Widow's Peak as she leaves the ring.

Six Person Tag Team Match - Victoria and The Heart Throbs vs. Rosey, The Hurricane and Christy Hemme
The music of the Heart Throbs hit in the arena as Antonio and Romeo made their way to the ring, and they will be teaming with Victoria in this six person tag match against The Hurricane, Rosey and Christy Hemme with Stacy Keibler! The Hurricane and Antonio kicked things off with a tie up. Hurricane hit a fireman’s carry but Antonio came back with a kick to the gut and some right hands. Hurricane scored with a vertical suplex and floated over for two when Romeo broke the fall. Antonio tagged Romeo in and they hit a double side Russian leg sweep on Hurricane for two. Antonio back in who threw Hurricane hard into the corner and kicked away at him. Antonio hit a vertical suplex for another near fall and then tagged Romeo back in.
The Heart Throbs hit a double suplex and then tagged in Victoria. Victoria stomped Hurricane but then he kicked her away and tagged in Christy. Christy hit a series of clotheslines and a stomp, and then threw Victoria to the mat by the hair. Christy choked Victoria and then things broke down as the referee pulled her off of Victoria. Rosey and Hurricane took out the Heart Throbs and Christy continued choking Victoria and then referee called for the bell! Christy tackled Victoria through the ropes and mounted her again and started choking her some more. The Hurricane and Rosey pulled Christy off and took her to the back. PowerWrestling.com
06/20/05 Monday Night Raw - Phoenix Arizona
Todd shows highlights of Christy getting attacked by Victoria and then getting disqualified a couple of weeks later when fighting Victoria. This Sunday they will face at Vengeance. Christy says every time she thinks about that bitch she gets so mad, it makes her blood boil, she wants to rip her head off. Christy gets fired up with Todd but then out of nowhere she is cracked with glass in the back of the head. Victoria stands over her and says she guess she is a bitch. Todd is yelling at Victoria and he checks on Christy and finds blood on the back of her head. He yells for someone to call 911 as she is not moving and out cold.
When we come back the EMT's are working on Christy Hemme. She is awake but she is very stunned and asks what happened. Todd explains some stuff as they place a neck brace on her. PowerWrestling.com
06/26/05 Vengeance PPV - Las Vegas Nevada - Christy Hemme vs. Victoria
Victoria made her way to the ring, with remixed entrance music and new attire for this one on one match with Christy Hemme.
Christy chased Victoria around ringside, but Victoria stomped her as she entered the ring. Christy scored with a boot to the head and then slammed her head into the canvas. Christy then sent Victoria into the turnbuckle repeatedly, but Victoria came back with a hotshot on the ropes. Victoria hit some right hands on his concussed head of Christy and then pulled her by the hair while Christy was on her back.
Victoria choked Christy in the corner and then sent her to the ropes and picked her up with a double handed choke for two. Victoria covered again, but Christy again kicked out. Victoria locked in a rear naked choke as Christy screamed in pain. Christy fought to her feet and went for a rollup but Victoria held onto the ropes. Victoria went for the Widow’s Peak but Christy rolled through, and then Victoria blocked her sunset flip attempt. Victoria grabbed Christy by the hair in the corner and yanked her to the mat.
Victoria went for the moonsault, but Christy avoided it and then yanked Victoria around the ring by her hair. Fans were booing Christy at this point. Christy scored with a DDT for a near fall and then went for a sunset flip in the corner, but Victoria sat down on it and held the ropes for the victory. PowerWrestling.com

08/25/05 Thursday SmackDown! - Greensboro, North Carolina - Stacy vs. Christy Lingerie Pillow Fight
Theodore Long is shown entering his office, and there is some guy in there. He says his name is Paul Cannon from the network. He says everyone at the network want to make sure that Smackdown stays as the number one leader in its timeslot. He says in two weeks time on September 1st, Smackdown debuts on Friday nights. He said he wants to make sure Smackdown continues to be the flagship show. He says he’s come up with a main event for the first Friday Smackdown, a rematch from SummerSlam for the World Heavyweight Championship, JBL vs. Batista. He says this is going to be a wonderful business relationship. Long thanks him and he leaves.
Later during the show, Theodore Long is in the ring, and says right here in this ring, they are going to have themselves an old fashioned Lingerie Pillow Fight. He said he has two Diva’s who he drafted from RAW, and then introduced WWE’s Babe of the Year, Stacy Keibler to the ring. Stacy kissed Long as she entered the ring, and then Long introduced her opponent, the fire red Playboy cover girl, Christy Hemme! Long said he doesn’t see any sense in wasting any more time, and they were about to disrobe when Cannon made his way to the stage. He said while he appreciates Long’s attempts to boost the ratings, this is not acceptable. He said the network feels that people do not want to see a Lingerie Pillow Fight; and so on behalf of the network, this match is cancelled. The crowd booed and Christy and Stacy did not look pleased. 09/01/05 Thursday SmackDown! - Jacksonville, Florida - Stacy Keibler vs. Christy Hemme
Backstage Stacy and Christy ask Palmer Canon why he stopped their match last week. He says the network wants to see them in the most positive light possible and he has signed a fully clothed match for them tonight. The two divas make their way to the ring excited about the match. They shake hands and we are under way.
The two girls lock up, Stacy does a cartwheel out of an arm hold and then some weird music hits and "Sylvan" makes his way to the ring dressed like a metrosexual. He walks past the girls and poses for the crowd. Stacy and Christy laugh at him as he gets on the mic and says "that's what you call an entrance!" He then makes fun of both women and says he is sexier and more stylish. The music of hardcore Holly hits and he makes his way to the ring and the crowd chants his name! He calls Sylvan "sly" and Sylvan corrects him. Holly says nobody cares how he walks to the ring, he better get his ass out of here. Holly says like every male in this audience, he's here to watch these two hot girls get it on. Christy and Stacy smile on. Sylvan calls him "Bobby" a few times and puts him arm on his shoulder but Holly clocks him, rocks him in the face a few times and scares him off! 09/29/05 Friday SmackDown! - Laredo, Texas - Melina vs. Christy Hemme
We watch a video from earlier in the day, Melina is on a cell phone call when a motorcycle approaches with Christy Hemme on it. Melina tells Christy she better watch herself, and shoves Christy. Melina breaks a nail shoving Christy, and tells Christy she will pay for Melina’s nail.
Back to the ring as Melina is introduced in front of a buzzing media circus. Nitro and Mercury accompany her. Melina continues to prepare herself as we head for commercial. Christy Hemme comes out as the program resumes. She dances to and in the ring, to the crowd’s delight.
A lock up and Christy throws Melina into the corner. Another lock up and Melina pushes Christy into the ropes, and then slaps her. Melina with a standing drop kick and a cover. Two count, and Melina begins to work on Christy’s left arm. Christy fights to the ropes, and the hold is broken. Melina stalks Christy, and begins to work the arm again. Melina steps through the ropes, drapes Christy’s arm over the second rope, and drops to the floor. After two unsuccessful pin attempts, Melina throws a temper tantrum.
Christy is thrown to the corner and reverses into a sunset flip for a two count. Christy delivers with a boot to the midsection, and gets another two count. She throws Melina across the ring by her hair and gets a two count with the feet on the ropes. Johnny Nitro then grabs Christy’s leg and takes her down to the mat allowing Melina to get the three count. Christy gets up and throws Melina down. Nitro and Mercury get in the ring and grab Christy. MNM attempt the Snap Shot when Animal and Heidenreich make the save. PowerWrestling.com
10/09/05 No Mercy PPV - Houston, Texas - MNM vs. Christy Hemme and The Legion of Doom
The music of MNM hit in the arena as Joey Mercury, Johnny Nitro and Melina made their way to the ring set for six person tag team action against Christy Hemme and the WWE Tag Team Champions, Heidenreich and Road Warrior Animal.
To end the match Melina tagged in and dived off the ropes onto Animal, but he caught her and then tagged in Christy. Animal held Melina up while Christy clotheslined her and then nailed a boot to the face followed by a huricanrana. Animal got inside and called for the Doomsday Device. He got Melina on his shoulders and Christy went up top and they nailed it! Christy covered for the win!
Mercury carried Melina to the back while LOD and Christy celebrated their huge win in the ring. PowerWrestling.com
11/14/05 Monday Night Raw - Minneapolis, Minnesota - Divas Battle Royal - Eddie Guerrero Tribute Show
Ashley, Maria, Christy Hemme, Victoria, Melina, Jillian Hall, Mickie James, Candice Michelle and Trish Stratus
All of the women wear Eddie Guerrero shirts to the ring and throw them into the crowd. Trish charges at Victoria who connects with an elbow. Trish with a handstand, but Victoria pulls her up. Trish is able to hit a rana on Victoria. Trish and Ashley with elbows to Victoria. Christy Hemme with a rana to Melina. Mickie with a head scissors on Jillian, but Jillian sends Mickie over the top to the floor to eliminate her. Maria eliminates Jillian. Candice with a choke of Ashley in the corner.
Victoria and Candice slingshot Ashley over the top rope to eliminate her. Trish chops Melina, but Melina kicks Trish. Melina and Victoria try for a double clothesline on Trish, but Trish does the Matrix. Christy clotheslines Victoria and Trish sends Melina to the apron. Melina pulls Trish onto the apron. Victoria sends Christy to the apron and Candice knocks Christy off the apron to the floor.
Trish kicks Candice followed by a whirlybird head scissors that eliminates Candice. Victoria with a side slam on Trish, but while Victoria yells at Trish, Maria eliminates Victoria. Melina has some words for Trish, but then they both eliminate Maria. Trish with a forearm to Melina and then Trish tries for Stratusfaction, but Melina sends Trish to the apron. Melina knocks Trish off the apron to eliminate her. PowerWrestling.com
11/25/05 Friday SmackDown! - Sheffield, England - Melina vs. Christy Hemme
Melina comes into the ring, but she is met with a drop kick from Christy. Christy goes out after Melina and Joey throws Christy down. The referee sends Plain and Peanut to the back. Christy with a forearm to Melina and then she hits a cross body from the top turnbuckle followed by a split leg drop. Christy catapults Melina into the top turnbuckle and then Christy pulls Melina by the hair.
Melina leaves the ring and Christy goes out after Melina. Melina with a clothesline to Christy and then she rolls Christy back into the ring. Melina with a back breaker and then stretches Christy over her knee. Melina slams Christy and then puts her in a bow and arrow with Christy’s boot touching her head. Melina with knees to Christy’s back, but Christy with a kick to Melina’s head followed by forearms.
Melina with a kick to Christy’s head. Christy with a punch to Melina, but Melina comes back with a clothesline. Melina slams Christy’s head into the turnbuckle followed by an Irish whip. Christy moves and gets a sunset flip for a two count. Melina kicks Christy followed by a flying face driver for the three count. After the match, Mercury and Nitro come out to celebrate with Melina. 12/07/05 Internet News - WWE releases Christy Hemme
WWE and Diva Christy Hemme have come to terms on her release. WWE.com will have more details as they become available. WWE.com
----- It is not yet known at this time the reason behind the release of Christy Hemme other than the fact that it caught many people off guard.
Hemme was getting ready to relocate to Louisville, Kentucky to begin shooting an angle with Ohio Valley Wrestling and was also scheduled last week to travel to New Zealand with Batista for promotion. That trip however was cancelled. Hemme recieved word of her release this morning according to sources. She won 250,000 with the Diva Search Contest a year ago and had also posed in Playboy in conjunction with WrestleMania 21.
It is somewhat of a surprise to many as WWE had promoted Hemme very hard over the past year and she had a backstage reputation of someone who wanted to work hard and learn.
There was no backstage talk at the Smackdown! tapings that Hemme would be released, so as mentioned earlier this has come as quite a shock to many in the company. PWinsider.com
WebMaster's Note: ANOTHER WWE screwup? Way back when, I complained about paying some unknown $250,000 when the WWE was releasing excellent, well proven wrestlers (Jazz, Gail Kim, etc.) at the same time. Now, a little over one year later they dump the chick? Will wonders never cease.
12/27/05 Internet News - Christy Reveals Why She Was Released
Christy Hemme posted the following on her official message board at ChristyHemme.com:
“Hello everyone! Thank you so much to everyone who has and is still supporting me. Even though the partnership with WWE and I did not end very will (sic), I am truly thankful for the experience. All I can say at this time to clear up some of the rumors, there was no battle over money. Money was never my motivation for working. Truth is that I was completely dedicated to the company and believed in everything I was doing. I trusted it. I was willing to put my personal life aside to give everything I had to what I was doin and become better wrestler/performer. I was told that I was a budget cut and creatively they didn't have anything for me. I am very disappointed in the WWE, where I learned a very important lesson. I am a very determined person with a huge amount of energy for my life and my career. Everything happens for a reason and anything that has happened in my life that has knocked me down has only built me back up stronger. I feel stronger than ever and I am hungry for this huge future before me. Again, THANK YOU soooo much to everyone who has believed in me and is supporting me. PowerWrestling.com
