Well folks, it's that time again.  Although, I do see that the Webmaster hasn't had time to update, so ya'll haven't read the column from last week yet.  Don't get yourselves in too much of a tizzie, I'm sure things will be back to normal soon.  I'm going to carry over the question from last week so that you'll have a chance to answer it.  Some of you might be wondering if I've disappeared off the face of the planet because there have been so many problems lately, but I'm still here.

Smackdown was actually pretty decent, I hope you guys got to catch it.  I'm glad Trish won her match, although, I'm upset the Hardyz lost the Tag belts so soon.  They should have let them hold on to 'em a little while longer.  I sure would have laughed my ass off if Linda would have smacked the shit out of Stephanie after Steph slapped her!  Unfortunately, that didn't happen, but I'm sure we'll see the whole family feud thing heat up again in the coming weeks.  I'm glad Mick Foley is back, he brings so much personality to the show.  And most of all, I wish the Alliance would get their own damn TV show!!!

I guess that's all the rambling I'm gonna do.  I'll let you guys get down to doing what you really come here for....

THE NEWS AND RUMORS

-Recently, Tori was featured on Tough Enough, and was most recently seen on WWF TV playing the role as Raven's masked ninja has been released by the WWF. As I previously reported, Tori was featured on the finale of Tough Enough, and was later reported that she was indeed gone from the WWF.

Reportedly, Tori was asked by several WWF officials to head over to Ohio Valley Wrestling and work with some of the new women to work on her skills. Tori told officials that she doesn't believe she needs training.

Tori is expected to wait out the rest of her contract and then will be officially done with the WWF. Tori will join Chyna and the rest of the superstars that were let go by the WWF.

On a side note, Tori is not expected to join another wrestling promotion for the time being. [Sam Husary]

==>Personally, I think the whole damn deal about Tori being released is BULLSHIT.  They never even really gave her a chance.  Whether or not she refused to go to OVW has nothing to do with it in my mind.  I think they were just looking for a reason.

-It's being said that Debra telling Torrie Wilson to stop spending so much time following Steve Austin around backstage was to be out of petty jealousy more than anything else Torrie Wilson had done. Torrie Wilson came to her own defense by saying she was merely attempting to learn the tricks and trades from one of the locker room leaders in Steve Austin. [Matthew Boone]

-Terri Runnels will be getting married on November 3rd of this year and will be walked down the aisle by Ray "Big Bossman" Traylor. [Matthew Boone]

-Trish Stratus won the 2001 Babe of the Year contest the WWF held over the past few weeks. She defeated Lita in the finals by a percentage score of 55 to 45 and will now be awarded with her very own WWF website. [WrestlingDotCom]

-Trish Stratus returned to the ring on Monday's Raw after her ankle injury several months ago. Trish had not wrestled in a match since the injury occurred, but was said to have felt the tag team match went very well. [Ryan Clark]

-Jasmine St. Claire will not be appearing at Spooky World anymore, she has been taken off the Spooky World website as a scheduled guest, this is believed to be due to her past career in the Adult Industry. However, blonde bombshell, Trish Stratus will be appearing there on the 26th of this month. [Amish Patel]

-It is now known that Stacy Keibler was paired with the Dudley Boyz as a way of freshening up the team's appeal. Another main reason she was paired with the tag-team was to set-up mixed tag matches against The Hardy Boyz and Lita which would definitely be a crowd pleaser. [Matthew Boone]

-Stacy Keibler is expected to get "revenge" on Torrie Wilson for her loss in the Lingerie Match at No Mercy.  [Ryan Clark]

-Many were wondering why Stacy Keibler was recently made the valet of the Dudley Boys. There are several factors involved, not including the fact that Stacy looks great in glasses. The WWF felt that the Dudleyz needed to be freshened up a bit, and Stacy was the answer. In addition, there could be a Dudleyz/Stacy vs. Hardyz/Lita program coming up, possibly on Survivor Series. I want to know what is going on with Matt Hardy! He's suddenly become a dawg! I like Matt and he's one of the reasons I watch wrestling but he's a dog right now. Can someone PLEASE explain what is going on with my couple! How can he treat Lita like this? It's rumor that this is the beginning of a either A.> A break up of Matt and Lita therefore having Lita leave the Hardy Boyz ::tear:: or B.> A chance to start a new relationship between Jeff and Lita that the fans have been rooting for or C.> A rekindling of love between everyone's favorite Xtreme couple or D.> For Jeff to get off his duff kick his brother in his rear and finally start a relationship with Trish! < Can you tell what I'm hoping for> Anyways that's just what I heard. And this reader had some thoughts on the Stacey Keibler/Torrie Wilson feud:

Now that "No Mercy" has come and gone...  We see now that the ongoing feud between Stacy and Torrie came to quite a match on almost the same level as the "Bra and Panty" tag match...  At least with a decent enough time to make it a worthwhile event...  It definitely captured my interest that's for sure...  Torrie's in-ring skills have improved rather remarkably in the short time since her arrival in the WWF...  Stacy has a ways to go yet, but with more time, she may improve steadily...  I do favor Torrie more than Stacy also, but I still favor Trish Stratus and Tori (Terry Poch)...!  This has been a slight improvement in the Womens's division...  I'm still undecided about the Molly Holly-Lita storyline, I'll reserve judgment on that one...  Anyway, I expect there will be more from Torrie and Stacy in the weeks to come from the "No Mercy" fallout.

CONCLUSION

Well... unfortunately, it has once again been a relatively uneventful week.  I would apologize again, but there's really nothing I could do to make it better.  Let's just keep our fingers crossed and hope it gets a little livelier pretty soon.  Get those answers in by next Wednesday please so that I'll have time to get them in the column.
