Backstage, Regal confronted Debra. He asked her to cover her breasts as it was very distracting to him. Debra told him he would just have to deal with it. He then told her that Steph wanted him to deliver a message, there will be a special surprise guest ref to make sure things go smoothly in his title match against SCSA. Debra asked him who its is going to be, but Regal informed her that if her told her then it wouldn't be a surprise.

01/19/01 Internet Rumor
The WWF is looking to give Debra a better storyline and position. Debra will be given a new role in the company, because there are new plans for the commissioner angle right now. With the focus being on the Vince/Stephanie/Trish angle, and with Foley and Linda being out for now, she hasn't been given much to do. WWF writers have been brainstorming on ideas, and there are rumors of using her as a backstage interview personality. She will be used sparingly, due to the fact that she travels with the WWF full time with her husband Steve Austin. The WWF wants to continue to utilize her popularity.

On February 7, 2001, WWFShopZone.com will be debuting several new items. One of the new items that will be released on the 7th of February, will be a "Twin Mountain University" T-shirt, from Debra. This T-shirt is a must for anyone majoring in 'Puppies!' [Mitch Newton]

03/05/01 Monday Night Raw
As Vince and William continued a discussion, Lt. Commissioner Debra walked in to the room to resign from her post! She said that she wanted to go back to what she does best, and that was managing. Vince then said that her marriage to Stone Cold Steve Austin might cause a little problem with her managing. Vince then sent Debra to ask her husband what he thought of Debra's plan. As she left the room, Vince said to William, "She's hot!"

Debra then walked in to her husband's locker room, and when she said she had talked to Vince, Austin said she couldn't trust him! She said she wanted to go back to managing, and Austin told her that was all fine and well, and she could do what she wanted, but he wanted to talk about it later, because he was getting ready for his match.

In Vince's office, he and Debra discussed her return to managing, and then Mr. McMahon wished her luck in her new endeavor.

The main event of RAW saw Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock team up to take on the team of Kurt Angle and Triple H. Before the match began, J.R. announced that Angle had indeed broken Scotty 2 Hotty's ankle earlier in the night. Also, before the match, Mr. McMahon came to the ring and introduced Debra. She came to the ring and told her that from now on, Debra would be managing The Rock!

The Rock then came out to the ring and began yelling at Vince McMahon! Then, Stone Cold came out to the ring and grabbed Mr. McMahon by the jacket! Before Austin could do anything, Triple H pulled him off and the match was on. The Rattlesnake and the Game picked up right where they left off at No Way Out, and then both men tagged in their partners. The Rock and Angle went at each other with everything they had, and Angle did everything in his power to try and injure The Rock. Angle then went after Austin, and tried to take him out as well. The Rock then entered the ring and flattened Triple H! Then The Rock covered Angle for the win! After the match, Stone Cold and Debra tired to figured out her new position as The Rock's new manager! The two seemed very confused and frustrated as RAW went off the air!  [wwf.com]

03/08/01 Thursday Smackdown
Debra walked into Mr. McMahon's locker room. Debra said she disliked the way Mr. McMahon degraded Trish on RAW, saying it was no way to treat a lady. Mr. McMahon said he had the utmost respect for women. The chairman then said that unlike Debra, who deserved respect, Trish was trash! But the owner said he got carried away, and he apologized to Debra.

Debra also told the chairman that she was upset about managing The Rock, who will face her husband -- Stone Cold Steve Austin -- at WrestleMania! Mr.

McMahon said he was shocked on RAW when Debra resigned and said she wanted to go back to managing. The owner said he wanted to reward Debra for all her hard work, and he decided to allow her to manage the Federation Champion! Mr. McMahon said that he now understood the personal conflict, but he had always thought of Debra as a goal-oriented career woman. He told Debra to go back to Texas to be a housewife if she really wanted to, but he said he thought she could do a good job. Debra said it was an uncomfortable situation, but she was up for the challenge. Before Debra left, Mr. McMahon told her that he really admired the necklace she was wearing.

In the locker room, Stone Cold Steve Austin talked to his wife, Debra. The Rattlesnake told his wife that she had been tricked by Mr. McMahon, and that he was in a very uncomfortable situation.

Hermie interviewed The Rock. The Federation Champion said he didn't need Debra or any other manager -- especially for the biggest match in his career. Rock asked Debra one question -- Could she accept the fact that at WrestleMania, she couldn't stop The Rock from whipping her husband's candy ass?

The main event on SmackDown! was a Handicap Match pitting Haku and Rikishi against The Rock, accompanied by Debra. Amazingly, the People's Champion won the match, pinning Haku after a Rock Bottom! After the bout, Rikishi attacked The Rock and floored him with a Banzai Drop. Debra then got into the ring to save Rock, and Rikishi yelled at her. Haku then held her in the corner, preparing her for the Stink Face. But as Rikishi went for the Stink Face, Stone Cold ran to the ring to come to his wife's aid, knocking out Haku and Rikishi! As Austin left the ringside area, Debra checked on The Rock, who was still feeling the after-effects of the Banzai Drop. [wwf.com]

03/12/01 Monday Night Raw
Stone Cold Steve Austin went in to The Rock's locker room and told him that he would whip Rock's ass if something happened to Debra later! Rock then said he understood Austin's concern, but that Stone Cold should also have one concern - getting ready for WrestleMania!

During the match as Debra entered the ring to check on Rock, Angle put her in the ankle lock! At that, Stone Cold ran to the ring, tossed Angle out and then Stunned The Rock, making good on his earlier threats! [wwf.com]

03/15/01 Thursday Smackdown
Footage was shown of a sit-down interview taped earlier in the day, as Jim Ross talked to Stone Cold Steve Austin. Austin said that WrestleMania X-Seven was a huge deal to him, since it was in his homestate of Texas, and since it meant that he had made it back from his injury. Stone Cold then addressed Debra being named Rock's manager by Mr. McMahon. Austin called Mr. McMahon a sorry sonofabitch who was still trying to screw with his life. The Rattlesnake said he gave Rock a Stunner on RAW because Rock had put Debra in harm's way. Austin then promised to destroy Kurt Angle later in the night on SmackDown!  [wwf.com]

03/22/01 Thursday Smackdown
During an interview with the Rock and Stone Cold J.R.  brought up Mr. McMahon's announcement that Austin's wife -- Debra -- was now The Rock's manager. Rock admitted that the announcement had intensified the professional and personal rivalry between the two men. Rock said he never asked for Debra to be his manager, and he doesn't want Debra as his manager. He also said that he had no responsibility for Debra. Austin snapped, telling Rock that Debra was Rock's responsibility. But Rock disagreed, saying Debra was Austin's responsibility. That created more tension between the two men, who looked as if they were going to get physical. But cooler heads prevailed.

Later on backstage, Mr. McMahon was getting some coffee when he was approached by Stone Cold Steve Austin. Austin told McMahon that if anything happened to Debra at WrestleMania, he was not only holding Rock responsible, but also Vince! [wwf.com]

On April 2nd the WWF will be releasing a Special Collector's Edition WWF "Divas 2001" Magazine. Although Lita is on the front cover, the magazine will feature all the Divas. Included in the magazine will be 1 set of trading cards, out of 3 possible sets.

The next day (April 3rd) they will release a "Divas In Hedonism" video that was shot in Jamaica. I did catch that there are two different video covers and advertisements for the video.  In the April 2001 issue of RAW Magazine, the add shows Chyna, The Kat, Trish, Terri, Jacqueline, Debra, Tori and Lita. But if you go over to the WWF Shopzone the cover/advertisement features all the Divas with the exception of The Kat. [owow.com]

03/29/01 Thursday Smackdown
Debra entered Commissioner Regal's office, and Regal asked why Stone Cold still hadn't arrived at the arena. Regal told Debra that Mr. McMahon would hold her personally responsible if anything happened between the two men at the arena. Regal told Debra to use her influence to make sure that nothing happened, which Debra said was unfair.

Later backstage after Austin and The Rock had confronted one another and battled in the ring, Commissioner Regal told Debra that Mr. McMahon wanted to see her in his office right away!

After a break, Debra went into Mr. McMahon's office. The Federation chairman told Debra that because Stone Cold and Rock hadn't stayed away from each other like he instructed them to, that he was relieving Debra of her duties as Rock's manager. Debra said that it wasn't a fair decision, and Mr. McMahon told her that sometimes life isn't fair.

Backstage, Debra asked Dave Hebner where J.R. was, and Dave pointed her in the right direction.

Debra then entered J.R.'s locker room and said she felt terrible about what Austin did to him in Oklahoma last week. She said that she had nothing to do with it, and then she asked how he was doing. J.R. said he would be OK -- and then Stone Cold walked into the locker room! Austin accused J.R. [wwf.com]

04/16/01 Monday Night Raw
As RAW opened, World Wrestling Federation Chairman Vince McMahon made his way out to the ring. Mr. McMahon said that it was just one week ago, in that very ring, that his wife Linda told him she wanted a divorce. Vince said that marriage was a sacred vow and that that vow should last forever - literally till "death do us part!" Mr. McMahon said that he believed that divorce should be illegal - it caused nothing but hardships and heartache, plus you were required to divide you assets! Vince then told Linda, who he said was watching at home, that he would not grant her a divorce! He promised to fight it in order to make his marriage work!

Just then, Stone Cold Steve Austin's wife Debra came out to the ring, with a large smile on her face! She told Vince she didn't believe a word he just said! Debra said she knew one thing - that Vince had a negative influence on her husband! Vince retaliated by saying it was all Stone Cold's idea, not Vince's, and she couldn't blame him for Austin's actions. Mr. McMahon said he was proud of Austin, because now we know the real Stone Cold. Vince added that behind every great man was a great woman, and Debra must be the exception to the rule! Debra said she did blame Steve, but she also blamed Vince, and then she hauled off and slapped him right across the face!

Moments later, Mr. McMahon climbed into a limo, muttering under his breath. Elsewhere, Stone Cold Steve Austin dragged Debra into his locker room! Austin asked Debra what she was thinking, slapping her boss like that! Her told her to "sit her little ass down" and not move until her told her to!

Later as Triple H and Stephanie watched replays from their dressing room Stone Cold stormed in. Austin demanded that Triple H join him in beating up the Hardys. Triple H said that he wouldn't do that because he didn't want to blow his shot at Jeff later! Austin said he'd help the Game later, because he couldn't just sit on being beaten by Matt! Triple H said that he didn't want Austin to cost him the title later, so he told him to go to the hotel and calm down! Austin reluctantly agreed.

As Debra paced in Austin's locker room, he stormed in and told her to grab her little suitcase, because they were getting out of there. [wwf.com]

WebMaster's Note: The WWF could definitely develop Debra into a real interesting character here.  Imagine her taking her own "path" and giving Vince and SCSA both fits by being her own woman!  I've always liked Debra and would love to see her finally get a "meaty" part/storyline developed around her. The Lt. Commissioner angle was a dud.

The WWF Divas in Hedonism video will now be released on DVD. The DVD will feature bonus Diva Matches along with a selection of exclusive Pictures from the Jamaican Shoot, which will only be found on the DVD. [Dafydd Denatale]

----- Originally Debra was supposed to be on Austin’s side rather than Jim Ross’s in the Stone Cold Steve Austin heel turn storyline, but the WWF decided to let Debra go in a different direction. [Justin Rowland]

----- Debra, who had been placed as the Rock’s manager for the Wrestlemania main event, was abruptly removed on the Smackdown before the event. The reason is that officials didn’t feel she was a major part of TV in recent months, and her involvement didn’t make much sense. In addition, Steve Austin was not so keen on having his wife identified as such in the storyline.

The plan for Debra was that Vince McMahon put her with the Rock to mess with his head, and thereby cost him the match against Austin.
[Matt Boone]

----- Due to the fact that Debra has not been on TV much at all lately since SmackDown! before WrestleMania, the WWF decided to go in a completely different direction with the new Steve Austin angle.  The original plan was for Vince McMahon to put Debra with in order to infiltrate Rock's head and help Austin win.  At the end of the entire show, it would put Steve Austin, Debra, and Vince McMahon altogether.  Austin had been quoted saying this before, "I don't enjoy being linked with my wife on television angles."  Austin reluctantly agreed to go through with the storyline. [Michael Payton]

----- Although Debra is appearing as though she is completely opposed to Stone Cold's new found attitude, expect a twist to occur somewhere down the line, whereby Debra will turn heel along with Austin. It is highly likely that JR will be in the center of this, if indeed it occurs. [James Dylan]

----- Steve Austin is expected to start a semi-program with his wife, continuing on from SmackDown! where Austin forced Debra to get her things and leave the building after a noticed conversation with Jim Ross. Austin is expected to play the possessive husband type which should in turn get him more over as a heel and likely leading into Debra aligning with some outside force battling the Vince-HHH-Austin regime. Things should definitely start to take shape on tonight's RAW is WAR and tomorrow night's WWF SmackDown! tapings. [Matt Boone]

----- The original plan was for Debra, Steve Austin and Vince McMahon to all reunite after Wrestlemania as the revealing of their plan. McMahon would then have explained that Debra was put with Rock to mess with his mind. However, some members of management disagreed with certain people even completely against putting Debra in an angle with Austin, but once Steve was sold on the idea, it materialized. [Fred Cook]

04/26/01 Thursday Smackdown
In another backstage locker room, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Triple H, Stephanie and Debra watched Kane walk to the ring for his match against E&C. The Rattlesnake asked his wife to run down the hall and get him some coffee, and then Triple H and Stephanie also placed coffee orders with Mrs. Austin!

A few minutes later, Debra returned with the coffee. She gave Triple H and Stephanie theirs, and then dumped the Rattlesnake's coffee all over him! An irate Stone Cold told Debra to get in the truck, but not to leave until he told her to. [wwf.com]

WebMaster's Note: I'm beginning to like this lady more and more.  She's definitely turning into a woman with a mind of her own.

05/03/01 Thursday Smackdown
The first match on SmackDown! was for the Intercontinental Championship, as Triple H defended his title against the man he won it from -- Jeff Hardy. Matt Hardy and Lita accompanied Jeff to the ring, Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley seconded the Game, and Stone Cold came to ringside to provide color commentary for the bout. A few minutes into the bout, the Undertaker came through the crowd and attacked Stone Cold from behind! The Taker chased the Rattlesnake from ringside. The Game pinned Jeff following a Pedigree -- but instead of celebrating his win, Triple H immediately ran backstage to help his partner.

Backstage, Taker looked for Austin, but he was ambushed by the Rattlesnake. But the Taker recovered -- and tossed Stone Cold through a plate glass window, shattering it! As Taker was escorted away, Mr. McMahon and Triple H found Austin in a bloody heap, clutching his eyes and screaming that he couldn't see! Moments later, the Rattlesnake told a trainer that he couldn't see a thing out of his left eye. Triple H suggested that he may have glass in his eye -- and the trainer immediately called for an ambulance.

Backstage, EMT's wheeled Austin to a waiting ambulance, as the Rattlesnake screamed that he didn't deserve this. The Game got in the ambulance with Austin and screamed at the driver to leave for the hospital -- but the driver was the Undertaker! The Dead Man pounded on Triple H and Mr. McMahon, and then layed it in to a prone Rattlesnake! Finally, the Taker was escorted away, and Austin and the Game left for the hospital.

Moments later, Debra arrived to the arena.  In the McMahon/Helmsley locker room, Vince and Stephanie were talking about all the night's events when Debra walked in. Mrs. Austin said she couldn't find her husband anywhere, and she asked if something was wrong. Mr. McMahon tried to calmly tell her the news, but Stephanie spilled the beans! The Federation chairman said he would get Debra a ride to the hospital, and also told her that the Undertaker was still in the arena, if she wanted to get his side of the story.

Debra entered the Taker's locker room and confronted him, saying her husband had better be OK. Taker said that this had nothing to do with her, and Debra slapped the Taker! The Dead Man said that Debra hit just as hard as her husband, and he told her to go tell Austin so! Debra then left for the hospital.

Hand in hand, Mr. McMahon and Stephanie walked to the ring. Mr. McMahon asked the fans what was wrong with them -- Kane kicks Stephanie, and they cheer. Taker throws Stone Cold through a window, and they cheer. Mr. McMahon asked the crowd where their morals were, and he promised that they wouldn't be cheering when Taker met his mystery opponent, who had a grudge to pick with the Dead Man.

Suddenly, the Undertaker appeared on the stage, and started walking to the ring! Mr. McMahon demanded that the Taker stop, but the Dead Man got in the ring! The Federation chairman said that this wasn't Taker's yard, it was his ring! Vince then reminaded the Undertaker that he's Vince McMahon, dammit -- and the Taker clocked the chairman with a huge right hand, knocking him out cold! The Undertaker then told a petrified Stephanie to tell Vince -- once he woke up -- that the Dead Man had reclaimed his yard!

05/07/01 Monday Night Raw
Mr. McMahon came in to Debra's dressing room and told her that he really enjoyed when she slapped Undertaker last week. Debra asked him if it was better than when she slapped him! Vince then asked Debra if she would get him some coffee. Debra just stared at him until he finally said he'd go get it himself! [wwf.com]

05/10/01 Thursday Smackdown
Brandishing a chain, the Undertaker barged into Stone Cold's dressing room, but the Rattlesnake was nowhere to be found. The Taker said he would sit in Austin's locker room and wait for him to arrive. Moments later, Stone Cold was seen in Mr. McMahon's locker room, yelling at McMahon and Debra that Undertaker had no right being in his locker room. Austin said that if it wasn't for Taker's chain, he would go in and get his stuff. Mr. McMahon promised to think of something.

Later in Mr. McMahon's locker room, the Federation chairman suggested to Stone Cold that there was only one person who could safely go into the Rattlesnake's locker room and get his stuff -- Debra! Stone Cold said that was the best idea he'd heard all day, and he told his wife to go to his locker room and get his stuff. Moments later, Debra entered Stone Cold's locker room, where she politely asked the Taker to leave. The Dead Man refused, and said he had a message for Debra to give her husband. He then spat tobacco juice all over Debra!

An incensed Debra told Stone Cold and Mr. McMahon how the Undertaker had spat tobacco all over her, and Austin told McMahon that sending her in was the dumbest idea he's ever heard!

05/21/01 Monday Night Raw
In the backstage area, William Regal was discussing manners with someone, when Stone Cold walked up looking for Debra. Regal said that he hadn't seen Debra, but he knew that the Undertaker was in the building. Regal said that surely, Taker wouldn't abduct Debra. When Regal mentioned that, Austin immediately had a look of concern for his wife!

Stone Cold entered his dressing room, and Debra sat there waiting for him. Austin asked where she was. Debra said she was getting coffee. Austin said he was worried about the Undertaker, and just then, Taker burst through the door! The Dead Man said it wasn't over between them, and if Austin ever brought his family into it ever again, he would show Austin what it meant to step on someone's family! After Taker left, Austin screamed at Debra, telling her if she wasn't there, he would have beat Undertaker's ass! [wwf.com]

06/18/01 Monday Night Raw
Backstage, Stone Cold and Debra were talking in their locker room, and Austin said he needed a confidante. Debra said she could help him, but Austin shrugged her off. He said he needed a confidante, someone who knew about being a champion. Debra reminded him that she was Women's Champion, and the Rattlesnake laughed at his wife!

Stone Cold entered Regal's office, and Regal informed Austin that Spike wanted him in a match tonight. Regal suggested a six-man tag, with Austin and the Dudley Boyz against Spike, Chris Jericho and Chris Benoit. Austin said OK. The Rattlesnake then said he needed someone to talk to, someone to confide in. Regal said he was always there for him, but Austin said he wasn't talking about Regal, he was talking about Tajiri. Austin asked Regal to leave, and the commissioner did so.

Stone Cold sat in Commissioner Regal's chair and complained to Tajiri that Linda McMahon was ruining his life. Austin said he would never let a woman run his life. Stone Cold said it wasn't right for him to be treated that way, and he asked Tajiri what he thought the answer was. Tajiri mumbled to him in Japanese, and Austin said Tajiri was a very wise man. Commissioner Regal then came in and said that it was time for Tajiri's match, so the two headed to the ring!

Backstage, a limo arrived at the arena, and out walked Vince McMahon! McMahon was approached by the Brooklyn Brawler, who asked the Federation chairman how he was doing. Vince said he was doing pretty well, except for the fact that his wife's divorce attorneys had just put him through the ringer. McMahon then asked where Stone Cold was, and the Brawler told him that Stone Cold was in his office.

Stone Cold was polishing his Federation Championship when Mr. McMahon came in. McMahon asked Austin how he was feeling mentally. Austin said he was focused, and felt good. Mr. McMahon said he wanted to ask Austin about a couple of things, specifically about the hug Austin gave him last week on RAW IS WAR, and the look on Austin's eyes. He asked Austin what he was thinking. The Rattlesnake said it was just a good old-fashioned hug. McMahon then asked about the petition, saying that Linda wouldn't change her mind, and that Linda wasn't a rational woman. Vince said he was also angered that Austin decided to defend the Federation Championship against Spike without consulting with him. McMahon then questioned why Austin would put himself in a six-man on RAW. Austin said he was sick of Vince, and he gave Mr. McMahon an ultimatum -- it was him or Linda! The Rattlesnake then walked out of the locker room, leaving a perplexed Mr. McMahon behind. [wwf.com]

06/21/01 Thursday Smackdown
In Mr. McMahon's locker room, the Federation chairman was on the phone when Stone Cold Steve Austin entered his locker room. McMahon quickly hung up, and Austin asked Vince about the ultimatum he gave him on RAW -- him or Linda. He asked Vince if he had made up his mind. The chairman said he was still thinking about it, but he said Austin probably could predict which way he would go. Austin said he had a present for the chairman -- and gave him a hunting bow! Stone Cold even gave Mr. McMahon his hat! The chairman was taken aback by the whole situation!

Mr. McMahon was playing with the hunting bow when Stone Cold and Debra walked in. Debra was holding a stack of homemade cookies. Vince said the cookies were delicious, and Austin said they tasted like crap, and he liked to skim them across the river! Austin then yelled at his wife for putting too much sugar on the cookies!

Austin then went back to Mr. McMahon, and the chairman again thanked him for everything. Stone Cold then gave Mr. McMahon a framed and autographed picture of the two men shaking hands at WrestleMania! Austin said that the two of them were like the old song -- "That's What Friends Are For."

Later, Stone Cold was looking for Vince McMahon backstage, and he asked a technician where Vince was. The technician responded that he thought Vince had left the building, and Austin said that was impossible, since Vince wouldn't have left without telling him good-bye! During the break, Stone Cold entered Mr. McMahon's locker room to find the cookies, picture, hat, and bow and arrow lying on the couch, with Mr. McMahon nowhere to be found. Austin took the stuff back for safe keeping until he saw the chairman again.

As Stone Cold walked away, he ran into Mr. McMahon, who informed Austin that he had been with Michael Cole, who had threatened to sue the Federation for Stone Cold beating him up earlier in the evening. McMahon said he had talked Cole out of it, but Cole was still thinking about suing the Rattlesnake -- and if so, Mr. McMahon insisted it was coming out of Austin's wallet! McMahon then told Austin the chairman would not be at King of the Ring, and when Austin went to hug McMahon, McMahon stopped him, and issued an ultimatum to the Rattlesnake -- retain the title at King of the Ring, or else their relationship was through! As McMahon walked away, a dejected Stone Cold thought about the ramifications of that statement, as SmackDown! went off the air. [wwf.com]

06/29/01 Internet News
In the July issue of WWF Magazine, Aaron Williams conducts an interview with Steve Austin's wife, Debra. The interview is very interesting, Debra states that she is willing to get in the ring and fight for what she believes in. When asked if she would step in the ring with a McMahon (Stephanie) she replied:

'If need be. I never back down, and I'm willing to stand up and fight for what I believe in. I have the confidence, and if the need arises, I will definitely step up to the challenge.'

Throughout the interview there are also hints that a HHH/Stephanie vs. Debra/Austin feud could develop, upon HHH's return to WWF action.

07/19/01 Thursday Smackdown
The main event of SmackDown! pitted WCW Champion Booker T and Rhyno against Federation Champion Stone Cold Steve Austin and Olympic hero Kurt Angle. A pumped-up Stone Cold started the match with a bang, hitting consecutive Stunners on both Booker T and Rhyno within the first minute of the match! Suddenly, up on the Ovaltron, DDP was screaming at Austin. He showed the Rattlesnake that he had abducted Debra and thrown her in the trunk of his car. Page said that if he wanted his wife back, he could come and get her, which immediately prompted the Bionic Redneck to sprint to the backstage area.

Meanwhile, the Undertaker attacked Page backstage, but members of WCW/ECW pulled the Dead Man off DDP. Almost immediately, the entire backstage area was filled with members of both the WWF and WCW/ECW attacking each other. Austin was making his way to Page's car, but DDP pulled away before the Rattlesnake could reach him. Stone Cold then jumped into another car and sped after Page.

In his locker room, Diamond Dallas Page was greeted by Kanyon, who said that his false abduction of Debra was brilliant. DDP said the whole thing was Debra and Austin's idea! Page then noticed Kanyon's shirt, which read "Invasion MVP." Kanyon said that he was an integral part of Invasion, thus, he was the MVP! [wwf.com]

07/30/01 Monday Night Raw
Stone Cold continued to fire up Booker T, telling him he did not have any gold. Booker then rubbed his stomach and complained he felt 10 pounds heavier. Austin said he felt like that because of the "stupid" cookies he ate. Austin explained the last time he ate them he crapped for three days straight!

After Steve Austin inteferred in a WCW Championship match between Kurt Angle and Booker T. an incensed Angle ran into Debra, who was carrying a plate of cookies. Debra said that she made the cookies for The Rock. Angle told Debra that he was going to do what Austin did not have the guts to tell her -- her cookies suck and her husband sucks too. Angle demanded that Debra tell him that when he sees Austin in the ring, to consider a cookie one of Austin's ankles. Angle then broke the cookie in half!

08/02/01 Thursday Smackdown
Stacy Keibler went up to Stone Cold at the catering area with a tray of cookies, and offered him one. He enjoyed them so much that he took a few. Moments later, Debra caught her husband eating the cookies, and he tried to get out of it, telling her how good she looked!

Stone Cold and Debra talked backstage, and Austin said he was being polite when he ate Stacy's cookies. Lance Storm then came into their locker room, and promised that there would be nothing left of Angle for SummerSlam after he was done with him on SmackDown! Debra tried to interject herself, but Stone Cold told her to sit down and shut up! After Lance left, Austin told Debra never to embarrass him like that.

In Stone Cold's locker room, Debra asked him to eat one of her cookies, but Austin just threw it away and mocked his wife. He then told his wife to take her cookies and get out of there. Moments later, Debra made her way to the ring, still carrying the plate of cookies! She said that certain people were making disparaging comments about her cookies, and she had made a special batch for the people of Washington, D.C. She then walked around ringside, allowing the fans to try her cookies.

She asked the fans how the cookies tasted, but before they could answer, out came Stone Cold Steve Austin. Austin asked her what the hell she thought she was doing. He asked if she was Betty Crocker. He said this wasn't the Debra show, and he was the champ. As he spoke, Debra grabbed the microphone right out of his hand, and told her husband that the fans loved her cookies. But before she could finish, Austin grabbed the mic out of her hand.

Stone Cold started talking again, and again, Debra grabbed the mic out of his hand! She said she was tired of him disrespecting her, and of everything always being about him. She said he should be ashamed of how he treated her. But as she spoke, Austin calmly grabbed the mic out of her hand and started talking smack about Kurt Angle and The Rock. Debra could take no more. She dumped the cookies off the tray and walloped her husband in the head with the cookie tray! As Austin watched on, Debra then walked away from her husband! Austin ate the cookies and told her how much he loved them, but she wouldn't come back!

08/06/01 Monday Night Raw
Stone Cold Steve Austin and Debra arrived at the arena. The Rattlesnake and his wife seemed to be getting along well, and seemed to have patched up their disagreement from last Thursday's episode of SmackDown!

Lita was getting something to drink backstage when she ran into Debra. Lita said she was very impressed by Debra last Thursday on SmackDown! for talking back to Austin. She said she knew it was probably hard to live with a man like Stone Cold, and Debra got offended, asking what she meant by that. Lita said that it was odd to her that such a sweet woman like Debra could get along with a man like Austin. Debra was very offended, and said she would talk to Lita later. She then walked away in a huff.

In Stone Cold's locker room, Debra complained to her husband about what Lita had just said, embellishing a bit by saying Lita called Austin "trailer trash" and said that Matt Hardy could beat Austin's butt any day of the week!

Matt Hardy and Lita talked backstage, and were approached by Stone Cold Steve Austin. Austin said that Debra had told him everything she had said, and Lita denied the allegations. Austin told Lita to shut up, and Matt said not to talk to her like that! Austin said that if Lita was so confident that Matt could kick his ass, then maybe they should meet in the ring later in the night!

Later, Stone Cold walked backstage and saw Lita talking on her cell phone. He accused her of telling more lies, and she said the whole thing was just a misunderstanding. She said it was stupid, and he said they'd see who looked stupid tonight. Stone Cold entered his locker room and said he had just straightened everything out with Lita -- he told Debra that Lita had called her "country dumb," like Debra had just fallen off the back of the turnip truck! He also said Lita had said that Debra's roots were getting a bit too dark! Austin said he stuck up for Debra, and that he was going to whip Matt Hardy's ass right now!

With Debra and Lita at ringside, World Wrestling Federation Champion Stone Cold Steve Austin took on European Champion Matt Hardy in a non-title match. Matt got the early advantage on the Rattlesnake, but Stone Cold rallied back, assaulting the North Carolina native. Austin soon started choking Matt and wouldn't let go, as Debra and Lita got into it. Lita soon wound up in the ring, and Austin hit the Stunner on Lita. Matt snuck up behind Austin and went for the Twist of Fate, but Austin reversed, hit the Stunner and pinned Matt for the 1-2-3. After the bout, Austin talked trash to Lita, and assaulted referee Tim White. [wwf.com]

Debra was yelling at Stone Cold because she couldn’t believe Jericho had the nerve to degrade her cooking skills. She said she would feel a lot better if her husband ate one of her cookies. Austin asked her if he really had to eat one right then, but she insisted. When Debra turned her back for a few seconds, Stone Cold dumped the cookies on the floor. When she turned around, he told his wife that he had accidently dropped them. She told him that Y2J’s actions were obviously disturbing him because he would never drop her cookies on purpose. Austin said she was right and that he would take care of Jericho later on in the night. [wwf.com]

08/26/01 Sunday Heat
In the green room at WWF New York, Tajiri admired pictures of WCW's Stacy Keibler when Commissioner Regal walked in and told him to stop looking at her! After he told Tajiri to go wash his mouth out with soap, Regal got a good look at the pictures, and got a little steamy under the collar himself!

Later, as William Regal relaxed in the green room, he went to enjoy a cookie with his tea when Tajiri stormed in and smacked the cookie out of his hand! Tajiri told Regal not to eat the cookie because he was afraid they were made by Debra! Regal told Tajiri to relax, and they left to go out to the stage. [wwf.com]

08/27/01 Monday Night Raw
Stacy Keibler asked Shawn Stasiak if his plan to humiliate Kurt Angle would really work. Stasiak told Stacy his plan was beautiful, just like her! He had a bucket of sour milk hidden above an open door, which was supposed to drop on Angle when he entered the room. Stasiak would then beat up Angle so that Austin would be proud of him and pick him to be his partner. Shawn and Stacy then hid, expecting Angle to walk in. But instead, it was Debra -- Austin's wife! Shawn and Stacy then ran for their lives and eventually left the building!

Debra complained to Austin how someone could do that to her, and that Austin being her husband should stand up for her. Austin asked why he should because he's the champion. All Debra could do is scream in horror! [wwf.com]

Backstage, Stacy Keibler and Shawn Stasiak were carrying a covered food tray. Shawn asked Stacy if he really thought their plan was going to work, and Stacy said that he should leave the talking to her.

Debra was in Stone Cold’s locker room when Stacy and Shawn entered. They said they wanted to apologize for dousing her with rancid milk on RAW. Debra was furious, saying she had to wash her hair five times to get the smell out. Stacy said that she had baked Debra some cookies as a peace offering. Debra tried one and said that they were really good. Then, she smashed the tray of cookies in Stacy’s face and beat her over the back with the metal tray! The duo fled the locker room as Mrs. Stone Cold continued to verbally berate them. [wwf.com]

09/03/01 Monday Night Raw
As Stone Cold and Debra arrived in the arena, the rest of the Alliance waited and surprised the Rattlesnake! Stephanie told Austin that he was inspiring, and that it was great to see what Austin did to Kurt Angle's gold medals. Austin said that he threw Angle's medals in the river for the whole Alliance. Austin asked if anyone had seen Angle lately, and Stephanie said no. She also added that the Alliance had a huge surprise planned for Stone Cold later in the night!

In Stone Cold's dressing room, Stephanie entered the room and Austin nearly jumped out of his skin! Austin told Steph that she needed to knock, because she scared Debra half to death. Stephanie apologized, and told Austin that his surprise was getting nearer. Austin told Stephanie that Debra was asking if Angle was anywhere nearby, and Stephanie told everyone not to worry, because Angle wouldn't show his face. As Austin went to drink a beer, he cracked it open and nearly jumped out of his skin again! Outside Stone Cold's locker room, Stephanie and Debra got ready to go pick up Austin's surprise. When they found out it was ready, Debra stuck her head in the door and told Austin not to come out until they told him to. Stephanie then made her way out to the ring.

The Princess told the Canadian crowd that they were backwards - for example, Canadians shouldn't celebrate Labour Day, because Canada is the laziest country in the world! Steph said that no worked harder than Americans, and the hardest working one is Stone Cold Steve Austin! Then, the most paranoid SOB in sports-entertainment walked out to the ring. Stephanie then showed Stone Cold his surprise - a brand new pickup truck! In the parking area, Debra showed off the features of Austin's new truck and then asked Stone Cold to come back to take her in a ride in it! Austin and Stephanie hurried their way to the back. When they got there, Austin said that he loved his new truck! As he admired it, Kurt Angle jumped out of a production truck and hit Austin from behind! He threw a cinder block with a chain attached to it in the truck and took off with Austin knocked out in the back!

In the Alliance dressing room, Stephanie called the "Canadian Police" and described Austin's truck when suddenly, footage appeared on the television of Kurt Angle and Stone Cold. Angle parked the car and started speaking to Austin, who was blindfolded and chained up. Angle took off the blindfold and showed Austin where they were - a river in Toronto. As Austin said he was sorry, Angle kept asking him "What?" Angle threatened to throw Austin over the bridge, and Stone Cold kept saying he was sorry, and Angle said he didn't want to do it. Austin said thank you, and Angle continued saying he didn't want to do it - but only because the bridge wasn't nearly high enough! Back at the arena, Stephanie demanded that the members of the Alliance get moving so someone could help Stone Cold!

At a different, higher, bridge in Toronto, Kurt Angle led Stone Cold to the edge. Stone Cold said that he was sorry for throwing his medals in the Detroit River, and that he would go back and get them. Angle said it was too late for that. Kurt said he wanted Austin to beg, and then he put the blindfold back on Austin! Angle said if he didn't beg and cry, Angle would throw Austin over the edge faster than Austin threw his medals over the edge last week!

Back in the ring, Debra pleaded with Kurt Angle not to hurt her husband. She cried and sobbed and said that Austin may be a bad guy, but he was the love of her life. She begged Kurt not to hurt her husband. At the bridge, Angle demanded for Austin to beg. Austin said he was sorry, and Angle kept asking him "What?" Austin said he was so sorry. Angle called him pathetic for begging him, and then told him to cry. Austin said he couldn't cry. Angle told him to cry, and Austin started crying. Angle called him pathetic and a joke! Austin said he was sorry and that he was such a jackass for throwing his medals into the river.

Angle said there was one thing he wanted more than his medals - a match for the WWF Championship! Austin said it was Angle's match to name, and Angle said he wanted it at Unforgiven in Angle's hometown of Pittsburgh, PA! Austin agreed. Then Angle said that Austin was still going in the water, and pushed him backwards into a wading pool Angle had set on the side of the road! [wwf.com]

09/04/01 Smackdown (Special Tuesday Night Show)
Backstage, Stone Cold and Debra were talking when Shawn Stasiak walked in. Stasiak offered Austin a cup of coffee. The Rattlesnake took it and drank it, but it was too hot, so he threw it in Shawn's face, and then beat up Stasiak! He told Debra to get a paramedic because he thought he burned his mouth!

Debra checked on Stone Cold's burned tongue backstage, and then told Austin that she thought he should go to the ring and talk to the public. Austin said he had already explained himself to the members of the Alliance, and didn't want to talk to the people. Debra reasoned that the people in the arena were foreign, and Austin said he'd think about it. Backstage after another match, Debra told Stone Cold that he should go to the ring and explain, and Austin said she was right.

The sold-out crowd at the Air Canada Centre rose to its feet moments later, as Stone Cold's music played. But when he got to the stage, he suddenly grew reluctant and headed backstage. But moments later, he came back out and headed to the ring, not before jawing with a number of fans. The World Wrestling Federation Champion said that the only reason he was out there is because the people on hand were just a bunch of foreigners who didn't matter to him. Austin said he couldn't believe how bloodthirsty the people of Canada were on Monday night, as Kurt Angle was about to throw him off the bridge. He accused the people of not respecting him or his wife. He said he didn't respect the Canadian race. [wwf.com]

09/13/01 Thursday Smackdown [2 Nights After The World Trade Center Tragedy]

During the show several of the WWF/Alliance Superstars were asked to express their feelings about the WTC tragedy:
Debra said that she's not really good at doing stuff like this, but she comes from a family where all three of her brothers were in the armed forces. She was raised to be a fighter and stand up for what you believe in. What has happened has been unbelievable. It's ripped her heart out. How dare they do this to Americans. She's still in shock from watching it on TV. It was like a dream, it was horrible. Debra has lost a lot of loved ones in her life and she feels so bad for the people in New York for what they are going through. Especially for the ones that don't know where their loved ones are. Debra's heart goes out for everyone that has lost loved ones and everyone that has been a victim in this. In a way, we have all been victims. How dare they do this to Americans, and she can't wait until we pay these people back.

10/08/01 Monday Night Raw
Michael Cole was waiting to talk to Stone Cold, but Debra walked out of the locker room instead. Debra said that her husband had changed his mind, and didn't want to talk to Cole. She then said that she was looking for Commissioner Regal's office, and asked Cole where it was. He told her, and she went to talk to Regal.

Debra entered the commissioner's office, and told Regal how beautiful his office was. She asked him about his ruling about not allowing Alliance members at ringside. She said that surely he wasn't talking about her. Regal asked if she had baked any cookies today, and when she said no, Regal said she should go do it now -- since she was indeed barred from ringside for the title match!

The main event on RAW was up next, as Stone Cold Steve Austin returned to challenge Kurt Angle for the World Wrestling Federation Championship! Surprisingly, Debra headed to the ringside area shortly after her husband did, taking a seat near the timekeeper, and clearly defying Commissioner Regal's orders! Moments later, the commish came to ringside and grabbed her by her ear, demanding that she return to the locker room! Regal said that he would be sitting at ringside to make sure that things went smoothly from then on in the bout. As Austin got face-to-face with Regal, Angle's music hit, and it was time for the title match to begin! [wwf.com]

10/12/01 Internet Rumor
Debra approached Torrie Wilson backstage about spending too much time with Steve Austin backstage. Friends say Torrie Wilson was hanging around Austin to get into the WWF way of things and try and help her position with the company by befriending one of the top guys in the backstage environment. Others say she was merely being friendly and doing what guys like HHH, Undertaker, and Austin complain about. That being the new WCW guys not being out-going backstage with the other WWF superstars. [Matthew Boone]

10/26/01 Internet Rumor
It's being said that Debra telling Torrie Wilson to stop spending so much time following Steve Austin around backstage was to be out of petty jealousy more than anything else Torrie Wilson had done. Torrie Wilson came to her own defense by saying she was merely attempting to learn the tricks and trades from one of the locker room leaders in Steve Austin. [Matthew Boone]

12/07/01 Internet Rumor
Debra has been backstage at recent television shows despite not being on camera. The feeling is if she appears with Steve Austin it will have a negative effect on the change in character Austin is making. Stone Cold is trying to get back as a dominant baby face, which has turned out great recently. The addition of a wife figure on-air would only hurt chances, although not significantly, but would hurt the chances of Austin having the appeal of top baby face (alongside the Rock). [Matthew Boone]

----- We may have indeed have seen the last for Debra on WWF television. She has definitely not played a major role at all since her return with husband Stone Cold. The writers have been having many problems coming up with a role for her, and she hasn't been getting the crowd reactions she did when she first debuted a few years ago. [Amber A.]
