Francine Fournier began her career in the ECW in mid 1995 by becoming the manager/valet for Stevie Richards.  After several incidents between her and Beulah who was managing Raven at the time, Francine and Beulah entered the ring to settle their differences. During the match Stevie Richards took Francine out, allowing Beulah to win the match. After the match Stevie and Raven helped Beulah piledrive Francine into the canvas.

Francine exacted her revenge against Stevie Richards/Raven when they lost the tag team title to The Pitbulls who she was managing in 1996. Pitbull #1 was later sidelined with an arm injury but the unstoppable Francine guided Pitbull #2 to a win over Shane Douglas for the ECW Television Title. During "Heat Wave 96", Shane Douglas and Pitbull #2 were the final two men in a 4-man elimination match. Francine entered the ring and threw powder in the eyes of Pitbull #2 and then removed her skirt showing her panties that had 'Franchise' written across them. Pitbull #1 came out to the aid of his partner who superbombed Francine right through a table. Shane Douglas managed to regain his ECW TV Title and then he carried Francine from the arena.

Francine went on to manage "The Franchise" Shane Douglas a 4-time ECW World Champion for the next 3 years.  In the middle of 1999 rumors started that Shane was leaving the ECW for a more lucrative contract elsewhere.  Francine quickly squashed any rumors about her future in an interview with World of Wrestling Magazine, "The only way I ever consider working somewhere else is if, God-forbid, ECW went out of business. As long as ECW is alive and Paul wants me on his payroll, I'll be here."

Francine was successfully continuing her career as "The Head Cheerleader" while taking no crap from the other women in the ECW. During the Living Dangerously PPV early in '99 porn star Jasmine St. Clare entered the ring and declared "I'm Jasmine St. Clare, I'm the hottest adult film star out there and I'm the new 'queen' of wrestling." Francine quickly let her know otherwise as she put the girl in a "stone cold stunner" and took her right out of the action! Teamed up with her real-life boyfriend at the time, Tommy Dreamer, Francine had shown Dawn Marie, Tammy Lynn Sytch, Miss Congeniality and others that she was one tough cookie who was the "Queen Of Extreme" and that she would defend her man to the bitter end.

11/27/07 Internet News - Francine Is Engaged
In an article posted on Slam Sports Francine revealed being engaged and looking forward to children and family:

"I got engaged," she proudly beamed. "I'm getting married next June, so I'm doing the planning for that right now. That's keeping me pretty busy. I'm from a big Catholic family, so there's a lot to do."

That's not to say she has closed the door entirely on professional wrestling -- though she is emphatic that her fiancé is not a wrestler ("No. No, no, no. He's a good guy."). Just that it isn't her goal to return to the industry on a full-time basis.

"I work for WEW (Women's Extreme Wrestling), an all-woman company that runs the occasional pay-per-view. I do a couple of indies here and there, and I like to do a lot of autograph signings. But I'm not too keen on doing this full-time. If something comes up, if the money's right, I'll consider it. But I don't want to be in the ring anymore."

"Right now, I'm focused on my wedding plans, becoming a mother one day, planning a family." Slam Sports

12/11/07 Internet News - Wedding Plans Going Well
Queen of Extreme Francine updated her myspace page recently with the following:

First off, I wanted to let you all know the wedding plans are coming along very smoothly. It helped a lot that I started planning 18 months in advance, so most of the things I needed to do were done months ago. Now I am just tying up loose ends and trying to get ready for Christmas. After the holidays, I will start up again with my planning. We are getting married in June, so a little over six months to go! I figure I will get back on track after the holidays. Remember, I have a huge family to buy for :)
