Jacqueline "Jackie" Moore (born January 6, 1966 in Dallas, Texas wrestled for the Texas based WCCW & 6 years in the USWA under the alias "Sweet Georgia Brown" and then "Miss Texas". She was the first woman to be ranked in the PWI poll, partially due to the fact that she would wrestle women or men. She sprung on the scene in the WCW as a surprise to a few people. One moment Kevin Sullivan was with Woman and the next he was with Jacqueline. Supposedly she had a previous relationship with Kevin. During her stint with Kevin, Jacqueline and Woman became bitter enemies. Jacqueline went on to become the manager of Harlem Heat, and at least she didn't go to the nWo like half the people at WCW did. Surprisingly, the beautiful buxom and well-stacked black woman popped up in the WWF on the arm of Mark Mero right after his split with Sable. Sable was none to happy about this development and she was even less happy as Jackie made Sable's life a living hell for months. Not to be outdone by Sable, Jackie put herself on the map so to speak during the bathing suit contest between her and Sable during the Fully Loaded PPV in July 1998. Jackie was 'fully loaded' as she coyly gave us a peak at her breast while she paraded around the ring waiting for Sable. As hot looking as Jackie was that night, she was outdone by Sable who appeared in her 'painted hands' bathing suit. The feud between the two stretched on for months and even Luna got into the middle of things. In September Jackie got some revenge when she beat Sable in a match that reinstated the WWF Women's Championship Title Belt. Jackie was only able to hold onto it the belt for two months before losing the belt to Sable who she underestimated as an opponent. Late in December '98 Jacqueline who had been scorned by Mark Mero joined forces with Terri Runnels (whom Goldust had turned his back on) and the pair formed PMS (Pretty Mean Sisters). Semi-successful with the audience PMS added Ryan Shamrock not long after she arrived in the WWF but within a few months the group slowly split up. A lack of interesting storylines seem to have plagued PMS, I mean, how many times can you watch Terri and Jackie drool all over themselves while 'Meat' (Shawn Stasiak) comes out and loses another match. By September 1999 Terri pretty much came out by herself with Shawn although she did a few risqué promos suggesting that Meat just wasn't satisfying her which seemed to really steam Jackie up. Jackie stopped appearing with Terri and pretty much stayed out of action for the remainder of 1999.
One highlight that a lot of people don't know about Jackie is that during 1999 at the Capital Carnage PPV that was televised only in the UK - Jackie was bare-breasted and riding on top of referee Tim White's shoulder's. That's right the lady was the first woman in the WWF to truly expose her breasts. Even though Sable had teased us with her painted on bathing suit and appeared in the raw for Playboy, and Debra kept promising us a long look at her puppies, it was the bountiful Jacqueline that actually bared her chest for all the fans to see. Jacqueline won the WWF Women's Championship for a second time on February 3, 2000 in the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit, defeating Harvey Whippleman (who had won the belt from Miss Kitty while in drag and calling himself "Hervina") in a very short match. Her reign lasted throughout February and March, with Jacqueline defeating Ivory and Lita to retain the title, until March 30, when she was challenged by Stephanie McMahon. The inexperienced Stephanie defeated Jacqueline following extensive interference from D-Generation X.
Throughout August and September, Jacqueline feuded with WWF Women's Champion Lita, aligning herself with Edge and Christian to counter the presence of Lita's constant companions, The Hardy Boyz. She received further title shots on October 9 and November 2, but failed to unseat Lita on both occasions.
In mid-2001, Jacqueline, along with Tazz, Al Snow and Tori, became a trainer on the MTV reality TV series Tough Enough.
In late-2001, Jacqueline remained loyal to the WWF throughout The Invasion, feuding with Alliance members Stacy Keibler, Torrie Wilson, Ivory and Mighty Molly. She took part in the six pack challenge for the vacant WWF Women's Championship on November 18 at Survivor Series 2001 which was won by Trish Stratus. Several weeks later, Jacqueline challenged Trish for the title at Vengeance 2001. Due to Trish's relative inexperience, Jacqueline dominated the match but was surprised by a backslide pin costing herself victory and another championship reign. Jacqueline and Trish did shake hands before and after the match, in a show of good sportsmanship.
In 2002, Jacqueline became a referee, with her debut match being a Women's Championship bout between Jazz and Trish Stratus at the 2002 Royal Rumble. At WrestleMania X8 she refereed a match pitting Mr. Perfect, Lance Storm and Test against Scotty 2 Hotty, Albert and Rikishi on the Sunday Night HEAT pre-show. Jacqueline wrestled infrequently throughout 2002, receiving several title shots, none of which she was successful in. In late 2002 she and Trish Stratus began a feud with Victoria and Jazz, which culminated in a four way match for the title at Judgment Day on May 18, 2003 which was won by Jazz. She took part in a battle royal for the title on June 30, which was won by the debuting Gail Kim.
Jacqueline seldom appeared throughout late 2003 and early 2004, spending some of her time working as a trainer in Ohio Valley Wrestling. On the May 6, 2004 episode of SmackDown! in Tucson, Arizona, WWE Cruiserweight Champion Chavo Guerrero, Jr. issued an open challenge for anyone to face him for his title, a challenge which was answered by Jacqueline. Jacqueline defeated Chavo in an upset victory. Jacqueline was defeated by Chavo's father, Chavo Classic, in a non-title match on the May 13 episode of SmackDown!, and on May 16 at Judgment Day 2004 she lost the Cruiserweight Championship to Chavo Guerrero, Jr. in a match in which Chavo's arm was tied behind his back.
In June 2004, Jacqueline was released from World Wrestling Entertainment.
Jacqueline debuted in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling on the November 7, 2004 Victory Road 2004 pay-per-view, losing to Trinity. She made a second appearance with TNA on December 5 at Turning Point 2004, where she refereed a tag team match between Pat Kenney and Johnny B. Badd and Johnny Swinger and Glenn Gilberti.
In 2006, Jacqueline appeared at several TNA-branded house shows produced by the United Wrestling Federation. She returned to TNA proper at Final Resolution 2007 on January 14 as Miss Tennessee, joining forces with James Storm by attacking his erstwhile manager, Gail Kim. |
