Trish Stratus added to her accomplishments (WWE Champion, 2001 Babe Of The Year, 2002 Babe Of The Year) Tuesday night at the Raw 10th Anniversary TV show, by winning the Diva Of The Decade award.  She was up against nominees Sable, Sunny, Lita & Chyna, a very formidable group of women who have become icons in the industry. Even though her physician, Dr. Lloyd Youngblood of San Antonio, had told her the chances were good she'd be able to come back one year after surgery, and even though other Superstars who had a similar procedure have returned, there have never been any guarantees. Dr. Youngblood also told her that after six months, she'd be able to return to a normal workout regimen. But the six-month anniversary of her surgery came and went in January, and Lita was still able to workout only intermittently.

Running was particularly difficult. Lita said she felt good while she was jogging, but her neck would bother her for days afterward, and it wasn't just post-exercise soreness. She was beginning to get concerned that she would never recover sufficiently.  "Now, I'd say about the last month, I've really gotten into a good workout schedule," she said.

Still, as a precaution, she hasn't run for several weeks, sticking to other forms of cardiovascular exercise instead until she visits Dr. Youngblood again. "Because things are going so well and I don't want to agitate it," she said. She's due for an appointment soon.

Fortunately, over the last few weeks, it seems more and more likely that she'll be able to return to the ring as a wrestler. Now that she's at the show every Monday for the HEAT taping, she says, "I'm around it all the time. But I still don't think about where I'll fit into storylines -- not yet."  [Phil Speer, wwe.com]

Amy Dumas, better known to WWE fans as Lita, achieved one of her career highlights this week, and it had nothing to do with sports entertainment.  Lita has been volunteering for the past several months at the Moore County (N.C.) Animal Center. On Thursday, the former Women's Champion went with the center's manager, Julie Bryant, and assistant manager, Jerry Bodner, to a public forum of the Moore County Board of Health, in an effort to secure more funding for the center. They succeeded.

The shelter will soon be allocated several hundred dollars more each month to fund education, adoption and treatment initiatives. The long-term goal, Lita said, is to increase both the adoption rate and the awareness of the pet overpopulation problem so that the center can become one of the few country-run no-kill shelters in the U.S. [Phil Speer, WWE.com]

The Hardy Boys were in studio guests Wednesday at Kiss 92 around 2:20 pm ET. They did two segments, with the first putting over their book, which they are in town promoting. The Coach got in the ring and introduced one of the greatest Women Superstars in the history of World Wrestling Entertainment and that is Lita! With that, Lita's music hit in the arena and she made her way out to the ring. Lita took the mic and said that it has been a long year for her. The fans interrupted her, chanting "Lita, Lita!" Lita said that it has been far too long since she's stood in this ring and it's been far too long since she's wrestled in this ring. But you know what? That is about to change because as of last week, she got word from her doctor that she can finally start...  Eric Bischoff's music hit in the arena and he made his way out to the ring. Eric dismissed The Coach from the ring, telling him he can head back to the announce position because he can handle it from here. Before Coach left the ring, Eric told him that he's doing a much better job than Ross and that he's a huge asset to RAW.

Now onto Lita... Eric told Lita that she is amazing. Eric told the fans to give it up for her and then he told her that she really impressed him. We've seen that she's got talent that's way beyond wrestling in the ring. Eric thinks that she's got talent that we haven't even seen yet and it's about time that we expose that talent, if she knows what he means. Lita said that she didn't, but Eric brought up that she's looking forward to getting back in the ring because the doctors cleared her. Basically what she's saying is that it's going to be about two months before she can get back in the ring and wrestle? Lita said that as of right now... Eric interrupted her, saying that basically what she's telling him is that as of right now, since she can't wrestle, she's worthless! But that's OK because Eric might have a solution to that problem. What if perhaps Lita could get the same kind of P.R. for RAW that Torrie Wilson got for Smackdown! in Playboy? Lita said that she thinks that it is great that Torrie Wilson made the decision to be in Playboy and it's great that she chose to be on the cover, but if she wants to be in Playboy, she'll be in Playboy... on her own terms, not because her boss forced her to do so. Eric said that he would never force anybody to do anything that they didn't want to do. Then again, there's another problem... how can he offer to have her pose nude for Playboy if he hasn't seen the goods himself? Eric told Lita to give him a private audition after the show in his hotel. On top of that, give him a really good reason to make the pitch to Playboy. Before she answers, why not give him every reason to keep her on the payroll. Lita said that since he put it to her that way; go to hell! And with that, Lita stepped out of the ring and Eric told her that she doesn't walk out on Eric Bischoff. If she does that, she'll never come back to RAW or Heat. Don't believe him? Lita, aka Amy Dumas, has founded an organization to support animal-related causes, and she’ll be participating in a celebration and fund-raiser on Saturday, July 19 in Aberdeen, N.C.  A.D.O.R.E. (Amy Dumas Operation Rescue & Education) is dedicated to helping animal shelters that aim to completely eliminate animal homelessness; that is, shelters with the goal that every pet has a home.

Lita said A.D.O.R.E. will benefit any shelter – from South Dakota to South Africa – so long as it meets the criteria. A portion of the proceeds generated from the sale of Lita’s autobiography, due out Sept. 19, will be donated to A.D.O.R.E.  For the July 19 event in North Carolina – Lita’s ADOREable Pet Celebration -- all monies raised with be split between two North Carolina shelters with which Lita has worked closely while she’s recovered from the neck surgery she had on April 31, 2002. They are Carolina Animal Rescue and Adoption (CARA) and the Moore County Animal Center.  The fund-raiser takes place from noon to 5 p.m. at Aberdeen Lake Park, located off US 1, across from Historic Downtown Aberdeen.

Lita encourages everyone, people with pets and without pets, to attend. There will be activities from coloring contests to “Ask the Vet,” and pet competitions from “Fastest Tail-Wagger” to “Best Blank Stare.”  From noon to 2 p.m., you can get an autograph and picture with Lita for $10; all proceeds go to the two animal shelters. Lita added that she will hang out for all five hours of the event, mingling and MC’ing the competitions.

Trish Stratus made her way out to the ring for a No Holds Barred Handicap Match with Trish Stratus against Gail Kim and Molly Holly! Trish Stratus gave Gail and Molly a drop kick to knock them down to the mat and then she whaled away on both Trish and Molly with a number of chops. Trish went for a cross body but Gail and Molly caught her and went to launch her to the outside of the ring but Trish safely landed on the apron. Molly hit Trish with the Molly Go Round and then she pinned her for the three count to pick up the win.

After the match, Gail Kim and Molly Holly continued to beat up on Trish Stratus and Molly grabbed two steel chairs and she and Gail laid Trish on the chair and then Gail held the other chair over her face and Molly went to the top rope but quickly came down as Lita stormed to the ring to make the save for Trish Stratus! Lita gave Molly a vicious DDT and then she gave Gail Kim a power bomb to lay her out. Lita then took her shirt off and then she gave Molly the Twist of Fate as the fans went nuts! Gail Kim and Molly Holly were shown with Eric Bischoff and they were complaining and Eric said that he doesn't know where she came from. The last time he checked, he fired her and he doesn't know how she got into the building. Stone Cold showed up, saying that he hired Lita back. As far as Molly and Gail wanting a piece of Trish Stratus, that's what she's going to get. At Unforgiven, it's going to be Molly Holly and Gail Kim vs. Trish Stratus and Lita at Unforgiven! Molly said that tonight after their match, the only thing people will be talking about is how Gail and Molly destroyed Trish and Lita. Molly and Gail then sat down to discuss tonight's match. 09/21/03 Unforgiven PPV
Gail Kim's music hit in the arena and she made her way out to the ring for a tag team match with Molly Holly against Trish Stratus and the returning Lita. This past Monday night, Lita made her return to the WWE by making the save for Trish Stratus, who was getting beat down by Gail Kim and Molly Holly. From there, a match was made for tonight with Lita teaming up with Trish Stratus against Gail Kim and Molly Holly.

As Lita and Trish were doing their intro poses, Molly and Gail attacked them both and Gail disposed of Trish and then she went after Lita but Lita decked her with a hard right hand to send her down to the mat. Trish Stratus ducked down to the mat and Lita jumped off her back, squashing Gail and Molly in the corner with a clothesline, shades of the old Hardy Boyz double team move.

Gail Kim had Trish Stratus in a dragon sleeper and Trish worked her way to the corner and then she climbed the ropes and flipped over to give Gail a reverse DDT to break the hold. Trish then crawled over in an attempt to make the tag but Molly snuck over to Lita's corner and pulled her down from the ring apron to cost Trish the tag. As a result, Lita's mouth was busted opened after hitting the ring apron.

Lita planted Gail with a power bomb and as she stood over Gail, Molly gave Lita a shot to the neck from behind. Molly then went to the top rope for the Molly Go Round but Trish pulled her down with a head scissors. Molly Holly's music hit in the arena and she made her way out to the ring as the Women's Champion and this is a rematch from Unforgiven with Molly Holly and Gail Kim against Trish Stratus and Lita in a tag team match. Trish Stratus started it off in the ring against Gail Kim and the two locked it up in the center of the ring and Trish took Gail down with a side headlock and then Gail got out of it and countered with a mat head scissors.

Molly Holly went for a suplex on Lita but Lita flipped over and planted Molly with a reverse DDT. As Trish and Molly fought to the outside of the ring, Lita planted Gail with the Twist of Fate and then she pinned her for the three count to get the win. [PowerWrestling.com]

In the ring, Terri said that there's only one word to describe the diva she's about to introduce and that is Lita! Lita's music then hit in the arena and she made her way out to the ring as Terri held Lita's book in her hand. Terri said that before they begin, while Lita was out with a broken neck, not only did she find time to start her own animal rescue organization but she also spent time to write her own autobiography and it is available tomorrow. Terri asked Lita how it feels to be back? Lita said that she has to start by saying 'what's up, Chicago?' Lita said yes, she had a broken neck but she doesn't want to talk about it anymore or hear about it anymore. She is so past that. If she was not ready to be here, then she wouldn't be here so like it or not, she's back. And nothing is going to stop her from...

Molly Holly and Gail Kim made their way out to the ring with Molly as the WWE Women's Champion. Molly took the mic from Terri and Gail took the book from her. Molly said first Trish Stratus gets a new DVD and now Lita has a book? Where's Gail's DVD and Molly's book? Where's their respect? Molly is the Women's Champion for crying out loud. Lita's comeback is about to be the shortest in WWE history. Gail Kim then nailed Lita in the back of the head with her book and then she hammered away on her as she was down on the mat. Molly then joined in on dominating Lita until Trish Stratus made her way out to the ring to make the save for Lita. Victoria made her way out and pulled Trish down and then nailed Lita. Victoria then gave Trish Stratus the Widow's Peak and then Gail and Molly gave Lita a double team DDT, dropping her right on her head. Gail Kim's music hit in the arena and she made her way out to the ring as Molly Holly, the Women's Champion sat down with Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler for commentary. Lita and Gail Kim locked it up in the center of the ring and Lita backed Gail Kim into the corner and then Gail reversed Lita and shoved her into the corner. Gail then went for a right hand but Lita reversed the tables on Gail and hit her in the head and then grabbed her in a front face lock and hammered away on her before giving her a suplex and a pin for a two count.

Lita signaled for the Twist of Fate but planted Gail with a vicious DDT to pick up the win. Gail Kim stood up out of her seat and looked to the ring where Lita celebrated her win over the former Women's Champion, Gail Kim. Lita's music hit in the arena and she made her way out to the ring for a six woman tag team match with Ivory and Trish Stratus against Gail Kim, Victoria and Molly Holly. Steven Richards accompanied Victoria to the ringside area. Gail, Victoria and Molly slid right into the ring and went right at it with Lita, Ivory and Trish. Ivory and Gail started it off legally in the ring and to start it off, Ivory took Gail down to the mat with a flap jack.

Lita planted Molly with the Twist of Fate and then she talked trash and Gail Kim attacked Lita from behind. Ivory gave Gail a face buster and then Victoria lifted Ivory up and spun around, giving her a sidewalk slam. Trish went for the Stratusfaction but Steven shoved Trish down to the mat and then Victoria pinned Trish for a two count. Steven then got on the ring apron and Lita pulled him down and then Steven shoved Lita into the security wall.

Victoria went for the Widow's Peak on Trish Stratus but Trish countered it into a sunset flip pin for a three count to get the win. Steven Richards got in the ring and nailed Trish Stratus in the back to knock her down and then Victoria stomped away on her. Victoria and Steven then double teamed Trish and then Chris Jericho came out to the ring and it looked as if he was going to go after Trish but he instead laid out Steven Richards and Victoria. Chris then helped a confused Trish Stratus up and smiled at her before leaving the ring. [PowerWrestling.com]

10/20/03 Monday Night Raw
Trish Stratus made her way out to the ring for a tag team match with Lita against Victoria, who was accompanied to the ring by Steven Richards and her partner and Women's Champion, Molly Holly! Victoria started the match off against Trish Stratus and the two got ready to lock it up but Victoria made the tag to Molly. Molly and Trish then tied it up in the center of the ring and Trish took Molly down to the mat with a waist lock to start it off.

Molly went for the Molly Go Round but Trish Stratus moved out of the way and Molly went crashing down to the mat. Trish went for a hurricanrana on Victoria but Steven Richards got in the ring and helped Victoria plant Trish with a power bomb and then Victoria pinned Trish to get the three count. As Lita and the referee attended to Trish, Victoria and Molly Holly got back in the ring with Steven Richards and they dominated Lita. As the beating was going on, Christian came out to the ring and he pulled Molly and Victoria out of the ring and then attacked Steven Richards. Christian then helped up Lita and made sure she was OK before leaving the ring.  [PowerWrestling.com]

Trish Stratus was shown in the backstage area on the phone and Lita showed up and Trish hung up the phone because she was checking her messages. Lita asked her if she got any good messages? Trish said her mom called and she got a couple others. Lita said Chris Jericho called, didn't he? Trish said that he did. He was wishing her luck for tonight, it's kinda nice. Lita said that she's known Chris Jericho and Christian for a while and she feels they're up to something. Lita said that she'd go and see if she can find anything out.

Lita was shown and she confronted Christian and asked him what the idea was behind him saving her last week? Christian said that he was reading through her book and he came across the picture of he and Lita together. It's not common knowledge that they were friends, but it's in her book so why hide it anymore? Lita said that he might be getting the wrong idea. That was a long time ago, even though there was history. Lita then said that she's got a match and she has to get ready and Christian wished her luck.

Trish Stratus made her way out to the ring for this Fatal Four Way Number One Contendership Match to determine the number one contender for Molly Holly's Women's Title for the Survivor Series! Gail started it off with a kick to the gut of Trish and then Victoria went to work on Trish as Lita took Gail down to the mat. As the match was going on, Molly Holly, the Women's Champion appeared on the stage to check out her possible competition for the Survivor Series.

Trish went for the Stratusfaction on Victoria but Steven Richards interrupted it by pulling Trish to the outside of the ring. Lita went for the Twist of Fate on Victoria but Gail Kim interrupted it and the two double teamed Lita. Victoria planted Lita with the Widow's Peak and then she pinned her but only got a two count as Gail Kim gave Victoria a hard kick to the head to break up the pin. Lita gave Victoria a big time DDT and then she pinned her for the three count to get the win! Lita celebrated her win as Molly Holly looked on from the stage and at the Survivor Series, the Women's Title is on the line with Lita challenging Molly Holly!  [PowerWrestling.com]

11/03/03 Monday Night Raw
Terri caught up with Molly Holly and she asked Molly how she's feeling about Survivor Series? Molly said that she's feeling like she's sick of hearing about Lita. Terri and the rest of the media can't wait to get their hands on the greatest comeback story ever; Lita breaks her neck, is out for a year and then returns to beat Molly Holly for the Women's Title. Then they can have their exclusive interview and talk about Lita's inspirational road to recovery. She'd like that, wouldn't she? Well that's not going to happen. But Molly does have a topic that she can interview Lita about and that's something that both Terri and Lita have in common; being destroyed by the Women's Champion.

With that, Molly Holly attacked Terri in the backstage area and fought with her out into the arena where Molly gave Terri a vicious body slam on the steel stage. When the two got in the ring, Terri did her best to fight back on Molly but Molly easily battled back on Terri. Lita's music hit in the arena and she ran out to the ring in an attempt to make the save for Terri. Lita chased Molly and Molly attempted to climb through the crowd but Lita stopped her. As Lita was pulling on Molly, someone nailed Lita in the head with a wrench and it turned out to be Gail Kim. Gail and Molly double teamed Lita, bringing her into the ring and planting her with a double team DDT.

Later in the backstage area, Lita was shown getting checked on by the trainer and Christian showed up to make sure she's OK. Christian apologized because he should have been there for her. The trainer told Christian that they can handle it from here. As Christian left the room, he had an evil smile on his face.  [PowerWrestling.com]

Trish Stratus & Lita vs. Molly Holly & Gail Kim, with Special Guest Referee Victoria and Special Announcer Stacy Kiebler.

Really Good Match. I was very impressed with all four of these women. Adding Stacy and Victoria to the mix was great. The crowd was hugely into this match. Victoria
ended up turning on Lita when Lita and Trish went to do Poetry in Motion (with Lita jumping off Trish's back) but Victoria clotheslined her as she was running. Molly hit the Molly-go-Round on Trish but Stacy pulled Victoria out of the ring before she could count the three. Victoria and Molly beat on Stacy. They bring Stacy into the ring but Stacy counters with a double clothesline. Lita ends up hitting a DDT on Gail and Trish hits the Stratusfear on Molly for the win (Mike Kiotta comes in to replace Victoria). After the match, Victoria tries to hit Trish with a chair but Trish ducks and Victoria hits the ropes( with the chair) and the chair flies back into her face. WINNERS: Lita and Trish Stratus in an awesome match: 4.5 out of 5 [Rajah, RajahWWF.com]

Next Sunday, Lita will not only get a chance at vengeance, but a shot at the Women's Championship as she squares off against Molly Holly at the Survivor Series. You can't help but think Molly Holly is just a little bit jealous of Lita. After all, her autobiography "A Less Traveled Road, the Reality of Amy Dumas" has been a hit with fans as evidenced by Lita's latest book signing.

They showed us footage of her book signing and some fans showed up really early to get an autographed copy of her book. Many of the female fans at the signing look at Lita as an inspiration for other women to get in the business. It's a positive thing to see so many fans interested in the book. The timing of her book coming out coinciding with her return is great and just to know that the fans still care about her is exciting. One fan said that meeting Lita was everything she thought it was going to be. She's a true person and she gives her fans everything you'd expect. Lita thought the fans were really great up in the New York area. They always get a strong turnout there and you start to see familiar faces there. Today, Lita received from a girl who is a really talented artist, she drew a picture of Lita and had it framed. It's special to know that someone took the time to draw a picture of you and bring it to you at a book signing. The day of the signing was one of those days that no matter how tired you are, it's always good to have that close interaction with the fans because sometimes you get so attached and to be able to get to know them and let them know that they're like Lita and Lita is like them is great. Lita's music hit in the arena and she made her way out to the ring and this Sunday at the Survivor Series, she will take on Molly Holly for the Women's Title! Also, she'll be in tag team action later tonight but she has to be thinking about this Sunday. Lita got in the ring and she took the mic and said that people tell her that coming back after everything she's been through this past year is a pretty big accomplishment and maybe it is. But she will tell everyone that nothing will compare to the feeling she will get when this Sunday at Survivor Series, she beats Molly Holly and becomes the next Women's Champion. 11/10/03 Monday Night Raw
Lita and Terri were shown and Terri was telling Lita that she's not here to wrestle tonight. She can't help her with Molly and Gail Kim. Lita said that she knows Terri got pulled into this last week and Lita is going to take care of the wrestling part of it. Terri told Lita that she's just scared and Bischoff showed up and told Terri to hit the bricks because he needed some time with Lita. Eric told her that he feels so bad for Lita. Lita thanked Eric for his sympathy, it means a lot. Eric said that it's not going to compare how she feels next Monday night when he takes over as the sole General Manager of RAW. He remembers that he fired her about 7 months ago but Austin brought her back. Eric then said that next week, Austin is going to be history so if he was Lita, he'd learn how to play ball with Mr. Bischoff. Bischoff left, wishing Lita good luck as Lita did her best to ignore him.

Lita's music hit in the arena and she made her way out to the ring along with Terri, who wasn't dressed for competition and they're up against Molly Holly and Gail Kim in this tag team match. Molly and Gail ran after Terri and attacked her and pulled her into their corner and then Gail gave her a side slam in the center of the ring, forcing her to legally start it in the ring.

Lita was finally tagged into the match and she unleashed on both Gail and Molly like a house of fire. Gail Kim kicked Lita right in the head and then Molly rolled Lita up from behind and hooked the ropes for the three count to get the win. Gail and Molly went after Terri and pulled her dress off and then slammed her into the security wall before leaving the ringside area. [PowerWrestling.com]

11/16/03 Survivor Series PPV
Lita's music hit in the arena and she made her way out to the ring for a shot at the Women's Title against the reigning and defending Champion, Molly Holly! Lita and Molly locked it up in the center of the ring and Lita put Molly in a waist lock and Molly countered it into a waist lock of her own until Lita kicked Molly in the stomach and took her down with a hip lock take over.

Molly knocked Lita into the corner and then she gave her a handspring elbow, shades of the Great Muta as said by Jim Ross. Lita went to the top rope and came off with a high cross body on Molly into a pin for a two count. Molly mounted Lita in the corner and started to give her some right hands but Lita fired out of the corner with a walking power bomb and then another pin for another two count. Lita took Molly down to the mat with a side Russian leg sweep and then she went to the top rope for the moonsault but Molly rolled out of the way. Molly then headed to the top rope and came off with the Molly Go Round on Lita and then pinned her but only got a two count.

Molly couldn't believe Lita kicked out, so she yelled at the referee and then she went to the corner and exposed the middle turnbuckle. As she was doing that, Lita rolled her up for a two count. Molly then pulled Lita into the exposed turnbuckle and then pinned her for the three count to get the win and retain the Women's Championship. [PowerWrestling.com]  For Pics - Click Here.

WebMaster's Note: I'm most impressed that the WWE restrained itself this time and decided that Molly should retain the title.  It would have been real easy for them to have Lita win the title immediately after her comeback.

11/17/03 Monday Night Raw
Chris Jericho's music hit in the arena and he made his way out to the ring for the return of the Highlight Reel! Chris said that it's not his fault that Steve Austin was in way over his head as the Co General Manager of RAW and it's not his fault that Austin was a bully and an overall failure but it is Chris Jericho's fault that Austin is gone. Even though Randy Orton was the sole survivor, it was Jericho's protesting and everything that sealed Austin's fate for good. So if you're happy that Chris Jericho cost Steve Austin his job, give him a hell yeah! The fans in the arena all booed and Chris told them that they can react any way they want; he doesn't care what they think anyway. The bottom line is that Austin is gone! And last night, while one man's career ended, another woman's dream was shattered. So please welcome his guest tonight; Lita!

Lita's music hit in the arena and she got in the ring with Chris Jericho and Chris said that it sounds like they love Lita here in Texas. But he just wanted to tell her that he feels so bad for her. She came so close. She had neck surgery and was out for over a year. She made her big comeback and came within a hair of achieving her dream of becoming the Women's Champion, only to lose. Lita told Chris that if he called her out to tell her something that she doesn't already know, then go for it because she didn't come out here to be insulted by a jackass like Chris Jericho. Chris told Lita that she has the wrong idea. He really feels bad for her. He knows how down in the dumps she is, but he knows someone in the back who can bring her up. Lita said that if he's talking about Christian, that is the last person she wants to see right now. Chris pointed out that he's not talking about Christian. He's talking about someone she's quite fond of. He's talking about someone who's contract just expired on Smackdown!, he's talking about someone who's making his return to Monday Night RAW, he's talking about Matt Hardy!

Matt Hardy's music hit in the arena and he made his way out and Lita had a huge smile on her face as he got in the ring and hugged her. Matt kissed Lita and then he took the mic and thanked them because it's good to be here. The fans heavily chanted "Hardy, Hardy" and Matt said there's something he needs to ask Lita and it's a real simple question. Matt told her to take his hand and he said it's something that he's been meaning to ask her for a real long time now. Matt got down on one knee and said "Lita..." Molly Holly's music then hit to interrupt and she came out and said that she has a question of her own. What does she have to do to get some respect around here? She's the Women's Champion and she defeated Lita at Survivor Series, but surprise, surprise, everything still revolves around Lita. They're unbelievable and they make her sick. Chris Jericho told Molly that it sounds like there's a little animosity between the two of them but let's use that as a positive. Chris said that he's not in charge of making matches, but there's a match he'd like to see; the happy couple, Matt Hardy and Lita together again after all this time against Molly Holly and a male partner of her choice against Matt Hardy and Lita. Molly said if that's the way they want it, fine. Then tonight, it'll be Matt Hardy and Lita against Molly Holly and Eric Bischoff!

Molly was shown walking backstage and Eric Bischoff approached her, saying he's not going to approve the match. Molly said she thought he'd like it. Eric asked her if she's crazy? Molly said after what happened with he and Lita and after what he said earlier, this could be the beginning of the end of Lita. Eric laughed and finally agreed with the match. But there's a catch... if somehow Matt and Lita win, then Lita gets a rematch against Molly for the Women's Title. But if Matt and Lita lose, then Eric fires Lita and she stays fired because Stone Cold won't be around to save her.

Later, Matt and Lita were shown backstage and Lita said that she's glad he's back. Lita asked him if he has a question to ask her? Matt said yeah, but not right now. He wants the whole world to witness it. But right now, they have to worry about getting her a shot at the Women's Title. Matt went into the locker room and Trish showed up, asking Lita if he's going to propose and Lita smiled, saying she doesn't know but she hopes so!

During the commercial break, Molly Holly and Eric Bischoff made their way out to the ring for an Intergender Tag Team Match against Matt Hardy and Lita. Molly Holly started it off in the ring against Lita and Lita shoved Molly and Molly attempted to fire back on Lita but Lita knocked her down to the mat with a clothesline. Lita got ready to make the tag but Matt dropped down to the arena floor and Lita asked Matt how he could do that and Eric Bischoff grabbed Lita by the hair and pulled her down to the mat and pinned her for the three count to get the win.

Eric Bischoff told Lita to get out of the ring because she's fired. Matt Hardy then got in the ring with a mic and Matt said that she looks surprised, why? Does she want to know the question he was going to ask her? Well here it is; how could she be so selfish! Lita broke her neck and the only thing she had to do was come join the lonely Matt Hardy on Smackdown! but no, that wasn't going to happen. She had to train, come back to RAW and win the Women's Title and she couldn't even do that right. Matt said it's obvious to him that the Women's Title is more important to her than Matt Hardy. Her career is more important than their relationship! And fine, if that's how she wants it, have it that way because as far as he's concerned, they are through! With that, Matt Hardy got out of the ring and left as Lita remained in the ring crying and remember, as stated in the stipulations in the match that just took place, Lita is fired!

Lita left the ring with tears in her eyes after what Matt Hardy did to her; breaking up with her and costing her a job as a wrestler at the same time. A few minutes later, Lita was shown backstage and she was leaving the arena with her bags and her dog and she seemed to be dropping things as she was walking through the hallway. Christian approached her, asking where she's going? Lita told him that she's leaving because she has no boyfriend and no job. She's fired. Christian told Lita that she doesn't have to go anywhere because she's not fired. He got her job back for her. He used the favor from Bischoff to get her rehired. Lita thanked him and Christian picked up her bags and the two went on their way to go talk. Lita said that it sounds good and the two left together. [PowerWrestling.com]

11/24/03 Monday Night Raw
Lita's music hit in the arena and she made her way out to the ring just one week after being fired and rehired in the same night and as she got in the ring, Eric Bischoff appeared on the Titantron and he said to kill the music. Eric then said that it is so good to see Lita again. My, she must have had a rough week. First of all, she loses her boyfriend and then she loses her job. He has to say that he wasn't exactly thrilled with Christian getting her job back, but come to think of it, keeping her around to play with might more entertaining than firing her in the first place. With that in mind, he knows he set up a match between her and Victoria, but to keep the excitement, he wants to introduce the Women's Champion, Molly Holly to spin the wheel to determine Lita's fate in her match tonight. Molly Holly then spun the wheel and it landed on a steel cage and this is the first time in the history of RAW that we will have two women in a steel cage! Molly and Eric both agreed that it's dangerous and Bischoff sarcastically wished her good luck.

Lita attacked Victoria as she entered the steel cage and then she immediately launched her into the steel cage wall like a dart. Lita went for a DDT but Victoria got out of it and knocked Lita down to the mat and then gave her a slingshot into the steel cage as the fans heavily chanted "Lita, Lita!" Lita knocked Victoria down in the ring and then she attempted to climb out of the cage but Victoria climbed up with Lita and stopped her from getting out. Lita kicked Victoria down to the mat but Victoria quickly popped back up to pull Lita back into the ring. Victoria then slammed Lita from the top turnbuckle to the center of the ring and then Victoria pinned her but only got a two count.

Lita climbed up the ropes in another attempt to get out of the ring but she slipped and fell back into the ring as Victoria was down on the mat. Lita later hit the moonsault on Victoria and then she crawled towards the cage door and tried to get out but Matt Hardy stormed to the ringside area and slammed the door on Lita's head. Victoria then crawled out of the cage to pick up the win over Lita, thanks to Matt Hardy. Matt Hardy got in the ring to taunt Lita and Christian stormed to the ring and chased Matt Hardy out of the ring and after Matt left the ring, Christian showed compassion for Lita as her head was in pain.  [PowerWrestling.com]

Speaking of Lita, many backstage feel that most of the other WWE Divas who are frequent in-ring competitors on Raw are further ahead in terms of in-ring ability than Lita. Due to her neck surgery, Lita missed out on working with Dave "Fit" Finlay, who has been training with all the Divas heavily to help improve their in-ring style. Despite this setback, most WWE officials are confident that Lita will catch up and work harder to improve her wrestling ability so that she can be on the same level as some of the other Divas who have impressive workrates.  [TheWrestleHolics.com]

12/01/03 Monday Night Raw
Trish Stratus was shown backstage and Lita showed up with a Chris Jericho action figure. Trish said thanks and then Lita asked what's going on between them? Trish said she doesn't know. They have awesome times together and she feels that connection. Trish asked about Lita and Christian and Lita called her a subject changer. Lita asked what happened last week and Trish said it was just special and tonight is going to be very special. Trish held up a Canadian sweater with Jericho's name on it and she made it for him. She said she'll put it on and maybe underneath she'll have nothing but a bra on. Trish left, telling Lita that she really believes that tonight is the night.

Later on, Matt Hardy's music hit in the arena and he made his way out to the ring for a singles match against Christian, who seems to have his heart set on Lita and it just so happens that Christian was accompanied to the ring by Lita. As Christian slid into the ring, Matt Hardy gave him a number of clubbing blows to the back and then Christian got to his feet and knocked Matt Hardy down with a series of right hands.

Matt went for the Twist of Fate but Christian got out of it and shoved Matt into the corner. Matt then planted Christian with the side effect and then he pinned him but only got a two count. Matt got out of the ring and exchanged words with Lita and Christian attacked him from behind. Christian hooked Matt Hardy and went for the Unprettier but Molly Holly came out to the ringside area and slammed Lita into the steel steps. As Christian set his sights on Lita, Matt rolled him up from behind, hooking the tights to get the three count. Christian got out of the ring and attended to Lita, who seemed to be in a lot of pain. Despite that, she was able to stand up by Christian's side.

Near the end of the show Chris Jericho and Christian were shown backstage, and Christian told Chris that the bet will be over tonight because he's going to seal the deal. Christian explained that he had a moment and Chris said "big deal," he's been making out with Trish for three weeks. She's been falling for everything he's saying, it's pathetic. Christian said that he's already rounding third base and is coming home. Chris asked Christian how sad Trish is? Christian said it's sad and Chris said that he can nail Trish before Christian nails Lita and he's going to win the bet. Christian said that he's on. Chris said that if he thought this was hot, wait until he sees the Highlight Reel he puts on tonight. Unfortunately, Trish Stratus was behind the wall and she heard every last thing that Chris Jericho and Christian had to say and she was left crying.  [PowerWrestling.com]

In the arena, Chris Jericho's music hit and he made his way out to the ring with Christian and as they got in the ring, Jim Ross noted that tonight, Kane and Goldberg will battle it out in a one on one match. Chris Jericho and Christian both had flowers in their hands and Chris took the mic and said before they beat the Dudley Boyz and become the new Tag Team Champions right here tonight, they have something very important to say. Christian took the mic and said that there's a lot of rumors flying around that Lita and Trish are mad at them and they just want to say from the bottoms of their hearts, they really hope that's not true. Chris said they seriously feel really bad about this. Chris has been calling Trish all week long on her cell phone, her home phone and leaving messages for her and she hasn't responded. It's breaking his heart and he doesn't know what else he can do to make this up to her. Trish Stratus and Lita then aggressively walked out to the ring and Chris said to look at their faces? What did they do to them that could make them feel this way? Trish held up the Canadian dollar and Chris asked her if she's mad at them because of the bet? It was just a joke. Maybe their sense of humor was a little off, but they know Christian and Chris Jericho. Do they really think that he and Christian would make a bet for one dollar Canadian to see who could sleep with them first? Is that what they think? Chris told Trish that she knows the chemistry they have, it's the real thing. He'd never jeopardize that for some stupid bet. He respects her too much and he feels too much for her for that. And Lita, she knows Christian feels the same way. He gave up his Survivor Series favor so she could keep her job. They know the real Jericho and Christian. Trish knows the real Chris Jericho. That's why he's begging her to please accept his apology. Chris begged and he gave Trish the flowers as did Christian. Chris told Trish that he can't stop thinking about her all the time. Trish turned her head and Chris told her that he's never felt this way about anybody in his entire life. He's never felt this way about anybody, ever. Accept his apology? Trish slapped Chris Jericho across the face and then she and Lita smashed the flowers into Jericho and Christian and continued to whale away on them.

The music of the Dudley Boyz hit in the arena and they made their way out as the Tag Team Champions and the titles are on the line in this tag team match! After the commercial break, Trish and Lita were shown at ringside as the Dudleys were going at it with Jericho and Christian in the ring to officially start the match. Bubba Ray Dudley gave Chris Jericho a Samoan drop and then the cameras panned out to Trish and Lita and they had a look of approval of the beating of Y2J.

Bubba went for a senton on Christian but Christian rolled out of the way and then Chris Jericho got in the ring and gave Bubba a lionsault and then Christian pinned Bubba but only got a two count. Chris Jericho grabbed Bubba and held him on the apron and Christian went to hit him but Bubba moved out of the way and Christian knocked Jericho down from the ring apron. Bubba then gave Christian a Bubba Bomb and a pin for a two count as Chris Jericho pulled the referee out of the ring. With the referee down, the Dudleys held both the legs of Chris Jericho and Christian and Lita and Trish came off the top rope with dueling head butts on Y2J and Christian. The Dudley Boyz then planted Christian with the 3D and then Bubba pinned Christian for the three count to get the win and retain the titles!

Later backstage, Jericho and Christian were shown yelling at Eric Bischoff to make this right. They should be the tag team champions. Bischoff said he will, but he has to know if they had a bet to see who would get it first? Christian said they did and he was just about to close the deal with Lita. Bischoff then said that at Armageddon, it'll be Christian teaming with Chris Jericho and their opponents are going to be Lita and her partner Trish Stratus in Eric Bischoff's Battle of the Sexes. Christian seemed happy with Bischoff's decision, but Jericho didn't seem to like it nearly as much.

Later in the evening Trish Stratus and Lita made their way out to the ring and for a tag team match with Trish and Lita teaming against Molly Holly and Victoria. After a commercial break, the match was under way with Molly slamming Trish's head into the turnbuckle and Chris Jericho and Christian were shown looking on from the aisle way. Molly gave Trish a power bomb pin and then she put her feet on the ropes for leverage but Lita got in the ring and broke the pin up with a drop kick.

As the match was going on, Matt Hardy got in the ring and distracted Lita and that gave Victoria and Molly the opportunity to give Lita a double team side slam and then Molly pinned Lita, hooking the leg to get the three count. Christian seemed pleased with the result, but Jericho wasn't as pleased as Christian was. Chris said something to Christian, but the cameras weren't close enough for us to hear him. 12/14/03 Sunday Heat
Matt Hardy was shown backstage with a number of WWE wrestlers sitting in front of a monitor watching footage of him slamming the cage door on Lita's head and he said regardless of how many times he sees that footage; it always puts a smile on his face because Matt was supposed to be number one in Lita's life but that wasn't the case. She chose her career over him so he showed her the door, literally. Maven showed up and said Matt taught her a lesson, didn't he? Matt said that sounded sarcastic and Maven said that it's absolutely none of his business what went on with he and Lita behind closed doors but the fact that he did what he did and is bragging about it makes him nothing but a punk coward. 12/14/03 Armageddon PPV
Eric Bischoff was shown backstage and he didn't seem too happy because that's not how he wanted to start off Armageddon, but he knows he can count on Jericho and Christian. Jericho said that he wanted to talk to Bischoff about this and Christian interjected, thanking him for making this match. They had the Tag Team Titles win and he was about to win the bet but the really big picture is that Lita embarrassed him in front of all of his peeps. Bischoff said that the only reason she's still here is so they can embarrass her in any way they see fit, so have a good time! Chris said that he wanted to talk about something but Mick Foley's music hit in the arena and he made his way out to the ring and Bischoff set his attention on that, ignoring Y2J.

Chris Jericho's music hit in the arena and he made his way out to the ring for this "Battle of the Sexes" tag team match with Christian against Trish Stratus and Lita. Coming out to the ring, Chris Jericho didn't seem to be too into this match but Christian was arrogantly anticipating it. Chris Jericho started it off in the ring against Trish Stratus and Chris tried to explain himself to Trish and Trish didn't seem to be buying into it and Chris touched Trish's face and Trish went to slap Chris but Chris blocked it and then she used her other hand to slap him across the head.

Chris Jericho put Trish on his knee and slapped her ass and then he yelled at her to calm down because this isn't what they want. Trish then kicked Chris Jericho in the chest to knock him back and then she gave him a head scissors a few moments later. Christian and Lita were tagged into the match and Christian grabbed Lita by the arms and pulled her around and then Lita got out of it by giving Christian a headbutt. Lita then got out of the ring and ran and Christian went right after her and she got him to follow her back into the ring and as he got in the ring, she hammered away on him.

Chris Jericho got tagged into the match against Lita and he stood on her hair and pulled her arms up to send her writhing in pain. Chris Jericho went for a power bomb on Lita but Lita countered it with a hurricanrana into a pin for a two count. Christian ripped Lita's shirt off and waved it in front of her and when he turned around, Lita gave Christian a low blow. Chris Jericho later went to the top rope and Lita pulled Jericho's feet out from under him to knock him down and Trish went for her head scissors off the ropes but Chris blocked it and sent Trish down to the mat. Christian then got in the ring and pinned Trish Stratus for a two count, pulling her head off the mat.

Christian went off the ropes and Trish ducked under it and Christian ran into Chris Jericho to knock him down from the ring apron and then Trish rolled up Christian for a two count. Christian then knocked Trish down with a clothesline and then Lita came off the top rope with the Lita-canrana. Chris Jericho grabbed Lita and pulled her to the outside of the ring and slammed her into the security wall. Chris Jericho then got in the ring and helped Trish Stratus up off the mat and then Christian rolled her up from behind and pinned her for the three count to get the win. Christian was excited for their victory but Chris Jericho just stood there and looked at Trish and he didn't seem too happy about the match result. 12/15/03 Monday Night Raw
Trish Stratus made her way out to the ring for the Battle of the Sexes II teaming up with Lita against Chris Jericho and Christian and this is a rematch from last night's pay per view of Armageddon! Chris Jericho, who didn't look happy at all started the match off in the ring against Trish Stratus and Trish said some stuff to Y2J and he backed off and made the tag to Christian, who arrogantly got in the ring and turned towards Lita and Lita slapped him, giving Trish the opportunity to roll Christian up for a two count.

Chris Jericho was later tagged into the match and he didn't hold back at all on Lita as he gave her a hard body slam and then he grabbed Lita by the hair and made the tag to Christian, who got in the ring and slammed Lita's head into the top turnbuckle. Christian perched Lita on the top rope and Trish distracted Christian and then Lita knocked Christian down and went for a moonsault but Christian was on his feet and Lita screwed up the moonsault, seemingly hurting her head and immediately making the tag to Trish. Christian gave Trish Stratus the Unprettier and then he pinned her for a two count as Chris Jericho got in the ring and broke up the pin. Chris argued with the referee, telling him to end the match and he did just that and Christian and Chris Jericho argued with Chris Jericho shoving Christian on his ass.

Charles Robinson checked on Trish Stratus as did another WWE official and trainer and Eric Bischoff's music hit in the arena and he made his way out to the ring as the Co General Manager of RAW. Eric took the mic and asked Chris what in the hell he's doing, stopping his Battle of the Sexes match? Does he have any idea... Chris Jericho took the mic and told Eric Bischoff to shut the hell up! Chris asked Eric if he has any idea how much of a jackass he is? Chris has been trying to tell Eric all week that this match should have never happened. He never wanted it to happen in the first place and now he made it twice. Is this how he wanted it to end? Chris told Eric that he hopes he's satisfied and then he called him a stupid son of a bitch. Eric asked Chris what he's talking about? He made this match for Chris Jericho and this is how he shows his gratitude? Maybe it's just because Chris Jericho is a little frustrated. So he doesn't want to wrestle in a girls match, so how about Eric Bischoff puts Chris Jericho in a match tonight in this very ring with someone who's equally as angry and equally as frustrated, Kane!  [PowerWrestling.com]

12/29/03 Monday Night Raw
Molly Holly, Victoria and Miss Jackie made their way out to the ring for this Six Woman Happy Holidays Match and this match is scheduled for one fall and in this match, the six ladies are dressed in Santa's outfits. Victoria and Stacy started it off in the ring and Victoria shoved Stacy three times and then whipped her off the ropes and Stacy went for a spin kick but Victoria ducked it and made the tag to Molly Holly.

Lita rolled Molly up but only got a two count as Miss Jackie got in the ring and broke it up. Trish Stratus gave Molly Holly the Stratusfaction and then she pinned her for the three count to get the win. The three women celebrated in the ring together and then they headed back to the backstage area together as Victoria attended to Molly in the ring. Victoria helped Molly up and then she laid her out with the Women's Championship and then held it and looked at it crazily as if it were her own. [PowerWrestling.com]
