Just before the arm wrestling match on Sunday Night Heat between Chyna and V. McMahon, Luna got a call to ringside from Shane McMahon as a replacement for Chyna.  As Luna came down the ramp she was attacked from behind supposedly by Sable.  It wasn't Sable, I repeat it was not Sable.  It was the sister/obsessed fan that attacked Luna. Apparently Luna didn't care that it wasn't Sable that attacked her last night on Heat.  When Sable came out tonight during Chyna's match with the Stooges, she got as far as the end of the ramp before a hooded lady began beating the heck out of her with a belt.  Of course we know it was Luna.  Now the event between the two at the Royal Rumble has escalated into a strap match.  Luna's vicious, but I think it's not in her stars yet to obtain the Women's Championship Belt.  For pics from the action - Click Here.

01/24/99 Sunday Night Heat
During Sunday Night Heat just before the Royal Rumble No Chance In Hell PPV, Sable came out to ringside to discuss with Michael Cole how she felt about Luna challenging for the Women's Championship Belt.   Sable said that she felt Luna really should have a chance at the title when Luna attacked her from behind and got a backbreaker on her.  Luna then proceeded top work on Sable's lower back some more until officials could run her off.  Would this undermine Sable's chance of retaining the belt in less than one hour?  For pics from this action - Click Here.

NOT AT ALL.  As Shane McMahon was in the ring at the beginning of the strap match telling Luna that somehow Sable had developed a back injury and would not be able to defend the title, out she came.  Limping slightly and holding her back all the way into the ring, Sable grabbed the mic from Shane and all she said was "Ring The Bell!"  As soon as the bell was rung Sable took the initiative and began whipping Luna furiously with the strap.   Luna quickly departed the ring, whereupon Sable pulled on the strap and pulled Luna right into the ring post.  Luna finally reentered the ring, and began to dish out to Sable some of what she had already gotten.  Sable eventually flipped Luna into a corner and touched one post , then a second and was on her way to the third when Luna pulled on the strap and the tide began to turn in her favor again.  As Sable was pulled towards her, Luna took the opportunity to hit her opponent right in the mid-section knocking her to the mat.

With her opponent momentarily helpless, Luna wrapped the strap around Sable's neck and began choking her with the it.   With Sable in a weakened condition, Luna went to working on Sable's lower back area for a minute, then went right back to the choking maneuver.  Luna now appeared to have the match totally in hand.  Luna easily touched the first 3 corner posts before Sable found a reserve of strength and began spinning Luna around before finally causing her to lift off her feet and fall chest first onto the mat.  This caused the tide of the match to swing back towards Sable's advantage, as she hit Luna several times with the strap and backed her into the corner of the ring and beat her senseless once more.   Unfortunately Sable became over confident and after swinging Luna into the opposing corner, she took a running start at her opponent, and run into the ring post as Luna quickly moved out of the way.

Luna quickly capitalized on this, and put the second backbreaker on Sable for the evening. It appeared once again that this might spell the end for the current Women's Champion, as Luna went back to using the strap and choking Sable.  Luna got Sable up onto her feet and then with the strap still around Sable's throat, Luna began walking towards the ring post for the tag, dragging Sable along on her back.  Sable who was still trying to recover from the combination of the backbreaker and gasping for air while her opponent choked her with the strap, was unable to do anything while Luna drug her around helplessly.

Luna tagged the first post and headed for the second, but not before Sable was also able to tag the post.  Still maintaining her superiority, Luna headed for ring post number to and was able to tag it.  Unbeknownst to her though, Sable was able to do the same, as well with post number 3.  As Luna headed for the final ring post, Sable was able to pull both combatants into the middle of the ring, and away from Luna's final destination.  Sable then flipped herself over Luna and ran towards the ringpost to try for the win.  Just as she reached about halfway to her goal, Luna tugged on the strap and pulled Sable backwards, causing her to fall to the mat.  In the meantime Shane McMichael, feeling that Luna was going to lose when Sable had headed for the 4th ringpost, had gotten up on ring apron and was distracting the ref while Luna regained her composure.  As Luna headed towards the final ringpost for the win, the fan lady  jumped up onto the ring apron and decked Luna while the ref was still talking with Shane.  The fan quickly jumped into the audience and disappeared (isn't it funny that it's the same security guy chasing her as the last time she appeared).  The only thing the ref saw was Sable tagging the last ringpost, and so he gave her the win.  For all the pics - Click Here.

02/07/99 Sunday Night Heat
Luna finally got her opportunity and she certainly took advantage of it and proved herself on Sunday Night Heat.  The match pitted Luna against Jacquelyn for who was to be the #1 contender for the belt against Sable next week during the St. Valentine's Day Massacre PPV.  At the beginning of the match it looked like Luna made a fatal mistake by turning her back on Jackie and waving to Shane McMahon.  Jacquelyn took advantage of this and began attacking Luna from behind before the bell had even rung.   Choking her opponent with the middle rope Jackie quickly had the match going all her way.  Jacquelyn's advantage did not last very long, and after several minutes Luna was able to get her into a neck breaker and jump on her from the middle rope and try and get the pin.  Jackie was able to find enough strength to avoid the pin, at which point Luna quickly picked Jackie up and start her offense again by body slamming Jackie to the mat.  This time Luna took a flying leap from the top rope, only to find her opponent no longer there.   Luna was in pretty bad shape from hitting the mat full force, but was lucky to have D'Lo come out and distract her deadly opponent.  As D'Lo told Jackie a few things, Luna was able to position herself so that when Jackie turned around she found herself immediately placed into a DDT and pinned for the 3-count.  For pics - Click Here.

02/22/99 Monday Night Raw
Sable came out again this week for another interview with Kevin Kelly with this new "I'm better than you attitude."  Kevin told her that many people were taken back by her attitude to which her reply was that "Oh Kevin I think you misunderstood, they weren't taken back, they admired it.  In fact they admire everything that Sable does. Did you see me on Regis & Kathy Lee?  I was to die for!"  Sable saw Tori (The Sable fan) out in the audience and told her to come into the ring, just so she could belittle her.  At this point Luna came out to tell Sable that all women couldn't look like her and that the only way she got where she was, was because of her looks.  As Luna and the fan were leaving, Sable attacked both women from behind with her title belt and left the ring.  For pics - Click Here.

03/01/99 Monday Night Raw
Luna certainly got suckered and ambushed tonight.  Luna and Tori came out to the ring together to talk about Sable who had treated Tori so badly the week before and it appeared that Tori had changed sides after her mistreatment the week before.   As Luna issued a challenge to Sable, Tori seemed to relish the thought of her and Luna getting even. As soon as Sable reached the ring Luna was there to meet her, but  Tori quickly jumped Luna from behind and she as unable to defend herself against the totally unexpected attack. Tori and Sable began kicking the stuffing's out of Luna and Sable finally Sable-bombed her.   Tori acted thrilled that she had helped her idol defeat Luna but Sable totally ignored the fact that Tori was even alive.  Acting like a sex symbol, Sable gave us a sexy "grind" and promptly left the ring.  For Pics - Click Here.

It was reported by WWF.com that Luna had been fired on Monday.  On Tuesday they retracted the statement and said she was indefinitely suspended due to several altercations she has had backstage with Jackie, Ivory and Sable.  And just last week she was celebrating one year in the WWF, my how time flies when your having fun.

08/22/99 Summer Slam PPV
There was one bright spot in the boring match between Tori & Ivory!  After Ivory pinned Tori Luna came out for the attack and chased Ivory all the way backstage.  Maybe Luna can spice up the now totally lackluster women's division.  For pics - Click Here.

08/26/99 Thursday SmackDown
Tori & Ivory faced off in an Evening Gown match.  After pummeling Ivory with shots to the head and face and stripping her of her gown, tori continued to beat on her opponent.  Ref's and officials came out to break the two women up, but it was Luna who finally got tori to back off while Ivory dashed to the dressing room.  What is the bond between these two women?  Ever since Tori first appeared in the WWF Luna has been like her guardian angel.  For pics - Click Here.

08/30/99 Monday Night Raw
Ivory was in the ring giving Michael Cole an interview when she started saying that she was a lady and that Tori was a slut.  Poor Michael had has back turned as Tori rushed out to the ring and slammed right into him to get to Ivory.  All 3 went down with him on the bottom as the two women went at each other.

All of a sudden Luna was in the ring as she helped Tori and tried to attack Ivory.  Just as Luna caught Ivory Jackie appeared and attacked Luna.  It sorted itself out to Tori/Ivory & Luna/Jackie for a few seconds but then it quickly changed to Tori/Jackie & Luna/Ivory who were battling each other.  The refs finally seperated all 4 women as they cut to a commercial break.  If the WWF plays their cards right this could be the jumpstart the women's division has needed for awhile since the Sable/Luna/Jackie feud back in 1998.  All 4 women are WRESTLERS and some good matches could come out of this.  For pics - Click Here.

09/13/99 Monday Night Raw
Jeff issued a challenge to any woman who wanted to come and try for the belt.  Unfortunately for Luna she decided to rush out to the ring and give it a shot.  I figured if any woman might be able to do it Luna would.  It was not to be as Jeff worked her over just like he did Jackie the week before.  As the match continued Ivory ran out to the ring, snatched the guitar away from Miss Kitty and clobbered Luna with it and then scampered back to the dressing room.  Expect a Luna/Ivory feud to heat things up in the women's category.

Lillian the ring announcer declared Luna the winner by disqualification which totally pissed Jeff off.  He went down to holler at her about the decision and she walked up the stairs to the ring to try and get away from him.  Standing on the ring apron she got tangled in the ropes and fell into the ring which gave Jeff the opportunity to put her in a figure-four leg lock until WWF refs/officials broke it up.  For pics - Click Here.

09/23/99 Thursday SmackDown
During a backstage interview with Lillian Garcia Luna accepted Ivory's challenge for the Women's Title Belt at Unforgiven and upped the ante by challenging Ivory to make it a 'hardcore' match.

09/26/99 Sunday Heat & Unforgiven PPV
After inviting Moolah into the ring to supposedly dedicate the match to her, Ivory began to insult Moolah until she got punched right in the mouth.  She quickly scrambled out of the ring before Moolah could do anymore damage to her.  For pics - Click Here.

The actual match between Ivory and Luna was pretty good as Luna once again proved she can be a 'psychotic bitch' by throwing a TV, a phone and other assorted objects at Ivory as well as making a few 'copies' of her in the copying machine.  The match started in the backstage area and stayed there.  Luna had Ivory pinned several times but was not able to capitalize on any of them.  Just as it looked like Ivory would hit Luna with a broom handle and get the win Tori stepped in, grabbed the handle and took a wild swing at Ivory.  Ivory decked her and put her in a travel case and then used the handle on Luna anyway to get the win.

Right after the match Lillian Garcia was interviewing Moolah and Mae Young about the earlier confrontation with Jeff during his match when Ivory interrupted and told Moolah "Did you see that old lady? That's a real WWF champ.." Before she could finish her sentence Moolah hit her in the mouth again and both women went down to the ground in another catfight that Ivory was not winning.  The refs and officials had to pull Moolah off the champ.  For pics - Click Here.

11/14/99 Survivor Series PPV
The 8 person women's match was like most of the Survivor Series PPV - flat and not real interesting.  First off it took longer to introduce the 8 women than the actual match lasted and secondly once you really started getting into it, it was all over.

The two teams consisted of Debra/Tori/Moolah/Mae Young vs. Ivory/Luna/Jacqueline/Terri which looked like it could be a real scrap/catfight.  It never really got momentum as within a couple of minutes Moolah pinned Ivory and just as Terri tried to pull Moolah off Debra jumped her.  Now here was the catfight that most of us have been waiting for months to see! The two best built women in the WWF were finally going to rip clothes, hair and anything else they could think of off the other one.  Not so kimosabe!  Debra quickly ripped Terri's top off and then immediately left the ring as the bell rung declaring her team the winners.  For pics - Click Here.

11/15/99 Monday Night Raw
Although Luna's intentions were good the present she the wedding gift she presented Stephanie and Test left a little to be desired.  Telling Stephanie that she heard Steph liked stuffed animals, Luna bought them a real squirrel prepared by a taxidermist.  Strange girl.

Also for the very first time Luna appeared by the side of her real life husband Gangrel for his match against Chris Jericho. Before the bout could commence, Chyna and Miss Kitty appeared from the back, offering to give Jericho a sex change, in reference to a boast that Y2J had made at the pay-per-view. The two women eventually distracted Jericho to the point where he actually lost the match to Gangrel!

11/18/99 Thursday Smackdown
In a Hardcore Women's Title Match, Ivory defended against Luna and Jacqueline. The action eventually moved to the backstage area and eventually ended up in the concession area. At one point Ivory even got tossed into the men's restroom while two guys were using the stalls! The match finally ended when Ivory pinned Jackie at a pretzel stand just after Jackie hit Luna with a pan full of pretzels.  For pics - Click Here.

11/28/99 Sunday Night Heat
Gangrel faced off against Steve Blackman with Luna again at ringside.  The match was pretty even between the two until Blackman rolled out of the ring and Luna hopped on his back.  Blackman snapmared her to the floor quickly but it gave Gangrel a chance to get an advantage on Blackman and win the match.
