Miss ElizabethMiss Elizabeth (Elizabeth Hulette) and her man, "Macho Man" Randy Savage, were an extraordinary couple during their stay in the WWF. He of course did all the talking and she stood demurely by and smiled prettily for the fans.  They finally married one another at the SUMMERSLAM '91 PPV "A Match Made In Heaven - A MatchMiss Elizabeth Made In Hell." During the reception Liz opened a package from Jake "The Snake" Roberts which contained a live Cobra snake. A few seconds later Jake attacked Randy Savage and needless to say it was utter chaos from that point on.

After a year or two of wedded bliss one of the biggest feuds to ever hit the WWF began brewing. Randy's jealousy got the best of him during the time that Elizabeth managed Randy and Hulk Hogan as a Championship tag team. This feud gave fans several great matches between the two and finally culminated in one of the best matches ever in WWF history - Macho Man/Hulk Hogan anything goes - at WrestleMania 5.

Not long after leaving the WWF and entering the WCW Liz and Randy story line revolved around them splitting up and getting a divorce. According to the "plot" she planned to take Randy for everything he had while she worked with Ric Flair and the Horsemen and spent all Randy's money.  It came as a surprise to some when Liz and Randy really did get a divorce in real life.

The estranged pair became part of the nWo and began a feud with Diamond Dallas and Kimberly. Both of them would taunt DDP & Kimberly more than once about Kimberly's Playboy centerfold which had just been released. "Macho" managed to do a lot of hiding behind Elizabeth whenever Diamond Dallas came after him and the fans never really got what they hoped for during this battle of the couples - we never really got to see a one-on-one between the two women.

In December 1997 Elizabeth married Cary Lubetsky a South Florida attorney.  In a magazine interview she stated "I want to have kids" and "I wanted to lead a normal life". Miss Elizabeth then began working part-time for the WCW.  It was rumored not long after, that the happy couple had split up after just a couple of months into the marriage.

During 1999 she became a valet for "The Total Package" Lex Luger, which included making Sting think that she was his manager and had left Lex. During the Starrcade PPV in December she helped Lex defeat The Stinger by first trying to spray him with mace and then hitting him with a baseball bat. I don't think I or the fans have ever seen Miss Elizabeth this vicious and even Bobbie 'The Brain' was astounded. It was nice that after all those years, we got to see the sweet, demure 'Miss' Elizabeth show us some real 'attitude'!

Miss ElizabethAfter the WCW folded in early 2001 we no longer saw anything of Liz nor was there any news other than she had gotten divorced and had moved in with Lex Luger in Atlanta, GA.

On May 1, 2003 the wrestling world was shocked by the news that "The First Lady Of Wrestling" had died under mysterious circumstances, after being rushed to the hospital from the home of Lex Luger.  It was also widely reported that police had been called to the residence Easter weekend over a domestic disturbance and that Lex had been arrested for assault and had to post bail.  For all the unfortunate final news in the career of Miss Elizabeth please read the Latest Updates page.
