For two weeks now Mark Mero has come out with Sable, just to insult her and send her back to the dressing room, only to bring out "the artist formerly known as Goldust" in women's undergarments as his valet.  I don't know about you, but I don't think this guy is wrapped to tightly. Of course we already know that Goldust isn't.

Sable has apparently had enough.  Earlier in the week on Monday Night "Raw" Sable came to ringside with Mark and MarilynMansonDust (aka Goldust) accompanied by Luna in a match against The Headknockers.  Mark ran her off from the ring only for Sable to return during the match to slap Goldust and hit Luna.

During the PPV "No Way Out Of Texas" she decided she had enough of Mark and shoved him down on the mat after a lengthy hollering match between the two.  My only disappointment was that everybody kept her and Luna from getting into a "good ole catfight", even though they both tried like hell.  Maybe we'll get this exciting match during Wrestlemania next month.   I hope so.  Lets face it, I don't think the top of that leather suit will last to long if they get into it.

What an explanation.  According to Mark Mero on Monday Night "Raw", Sable didn't push him at the PPV, he tripped.  Later on in the evening it seems he tripped again just before Sable and Luna went at each other once again.

Mark Mero tripped once again (oh darn) and Sable finally grabbed Luna by the hair and threw her halfway across the ring. 

3/09/98
Well it was an interesting Monday night.  Mark Mero and Goldust had a match where Luna and Sable were each handcuffed at separate sides of the ring.   During the match Goldust managed to knock out the referee and steal the keys.   He then unlocked Luna's cuffs and she went after Sable.  Much to Sable's dismay Luna proceeded to smear black, red, and green coloring all over her face and hair and throw a drink in her face while Sable was still handcuffed.  We now know Sable knows the word "bitch" and has no problem using it.  During a later interview Goldust and Luna challenged Mark & Sable to a mixed tag match at Wrestlemania XIV.  Told you we would get some type of action out of Sable & Luna at Wrestlemania.

"Luna you bitch", was how Sable started and "I want you to get in the ring tonight so I can kick your ass", was how she ended her challenge to Luna.  Later in the night Luna did come out and Sable proceeded to get Luna on the mat and tear her top off while punching her in the face.

3/23/98
During an award presentation in the ring, to Sable for "RAW Magazine Sales In January" (she was on the front cover) Luna came out and snatched the award from Sable and hit her in the face/head with it, breaking the award and sending Sable to the ground.  During the fight Sable's gown got torn showing us how classy she looks with stockings and garters on.

3/29/98
Wrestlemania was great.  Luna got her butt thoroughly stomped by Sable.  After throwing her across the ring by her hair and manhandling her, Sable got pinned Luna to the mat getting the three count to win the match for her and Mark Mero, who acted like he had won the match.  But it gets better.  On Monday night "Raw" Luna came out and called Sable a "slut" not once but twice and has now challenged Sable to an "evening gown match" at the next PPV (Unforgiven) - personally I can't see Luna in an evening gown.  Anyway, the loser is the person with the least amount of clothing left on.   I've got a feeling this is going to backfire on us.  If Sable does a job on Luna like she did at Wrestlemania, we're going to see Luna with the most clothing off and Sable still totally dressed.

4/26/98 Unforgiven PPV - Evening Gown Contest
Keeping her promise of stripping Sable down to her "bra and panties", Luna won the Evening Gown Match. Distracted by Marc Mero, Sable was attacked from behind and stripped of her clothes by Luna. She was left exposed in her thong panties and matching bra! For Pics - Click Here.

Apparently feeling frustrated about losing to Luna on PPV last night, thanks to Mark Mero, Sable came out to the ring on "RAW" and challenged Mark to match between the two of them in two weeks on Monday Night Raw.  This should be interesting, does she have enough ring savvy to beat him, or is she going to enlist some help?

She may not have done it fairly, but she did do it!  Sable looked great in her short, slit up the side black boxing trunks and black halter top coming out to ringside and waiting for Mark Mero to appear.  Once Mark got into the ring he demanded that Sable apologize to the world for making him look bad in the WWF.  Sable said "here's your apology" and proceeded to kick him where it would hurt the most.  Once he went down she picked him up and actually "power bombed" him, much to his embarrassment and the crowd's delight.  She then left the ring leaving him ranting and raving.

After distracting Mark Mero in his last two matches so that his opponent won, Mark issued a challenge to Sable on Monday night.   If she can find a wrestler in the WWF who can beat him on the PPV "Over the Edge" without her aid, he will release her from her contract.  If on the other hand, he beats whomever she chooses, she must leave the WWF forever.  Sorry Mark, hope you lose!!

"I got myself into this, and I'll get myself out of this" are the words that Sable may regret the most since entering the WWF. After she made it clear that Mark Mero would be wrestling her and not a star wrestler from the WWF stables, Mark said "Look at what's happened to us because of wrestling Sable."  He then told her he would do what he should have done all along, and laid himself down on the mat so she could get the 3 count on him.  Unfortunately for Sable when the ref hit the 2 count, Mark rolled her over and pinned her for the count out.   Sable dejectedly left the ring with Mark and some of the audience chanting "Na, na, na, nah....Na, na, na, nah.... Hey hey,hey, GOODBYE........... .  The last we saw of her she had her bags packed and was slowly leaving the arena, possible forever?  It should be interesting tonight to see if she's really leaving, since there is a rumor on the Internet that she has already signed a contract with the WCW.

It seems that Sable really is gone from the WWF for good.   Mark Mero appeared tonight during "RAW" at ringside with the ex-WCW sensation - Jacquelyn.

I've got it from a legitimate source that Sable is not really leaving the WWF since she just signed a new three year contract with them.  It should be interesting to see how this plays out.

Looks like my source was correct.  Guess who showed up on Monday Night "Raw" tonight.  That's right, none other than Sable herself.  After getting in the ring to the sounds of wild applause, she read a speech that Vince McMahon had prepared about how he did not set Steve Austin up last week for the kill.  sable sounded and looked as if she didn't believe a word she was reading.   As she finished, we heard the Stone Cold music and out he strolled to face Vince.   After entering the ring he graciously helped Sable through the ropes and all the way down the stairs and then climbed back into the ring.  Will there be a union between Stone Cold and Sable?  Why not - Their the two hottest items (Male/Female) the WWF have right now, it might be interesting to see these two work together.

Anyhow we never did get any real explanation as to why Sable is back.  I'm sure Mark Mero wishes she wasn't since Sable walked down towards ringside during the Mark Mero/Dustin Runnels match, distracting Mark, and once again causing him to lose.  The guy outta get a grip!

Why is it that Mark Mero teamed up with Jacquelyn, if he's going to be so worried/upset every time Sable comes out from backstage.  This time he screwed himself right out the "King of the Ring' during his elimination match.   All Sable had to do was walk halfway down to ringside and watch as he threw a fit and forgot he was supposed to be wrestling.

Well it seems that there might be something to that Sable/Austin connection.  Tonight just before Stone Cold came out to accept Kain's challenge for a "first blood" match Sunday night at the "King of the Ring" PPV, Sable entered the ring to announce Stone Cold.  He then asked her to go backstage and ingratiate herself to Vince McMahon by giving him a "hello", while showing her how to make the famous Stone Cold gesture.

I don't know about you, but I knew it had to come sooner or later..... Tonight on Monday Night "Raw" Sable and Jacquelyn finally had words.  Jacquelyn came out with Mark Mero to ringside and proceeded to bad mouth Sable to anyone who would listen.   Referring to Sable's sexuality she announced that Mark's problem with Sable was "Sable is unable" and "Sable may look good but she's no good under the hood".  Of course this brought Sable out at which point they exchanged some more barbs.  Jacquelyn said that she was "100% prime real estate" giving Sable the chance to reply "Yeh but how many times have you rented it out".  That statement of course infuriated Jacquelyn who  then issued Sable a challenge to a bathing suit contest.  It wasn't stated as to when but you can be sure it will probably be the next PPV - Fully Loaded.

Of course after that no doubt we will have the wrestling match between the two etc. etc.  Isn't it funny how history always repeats itself in the wrestling world.

[WebMaster Note: The "Bikini Contest" between Sable and Jacquelyn at the "Fully Loaded" PPV July 26, 1998 started off one of the best all-time feuds in the WWF.  Although initially only Jackie and Sable were involved it didn't take long (a week) for the psychotic Luna to join in the fun, eventually causing a full blown three way feud.] 

7/26/98 Fully Loaded PPV - Bikini Contest/Swim Suit Contest/Bathing Suit Contest
It was certainly an interesting "Fully Loaded" PPV.  First Jacquelyn came out with Mark Mero and revealed her bathing suit, which was quit fetching.  Parading around and looking hot she even flashed us more breast than was revealed by her outfit, if that was really possible.  Then Sable came out.  As she disrobed we were disappointed by the fact that she was wearing a halter top with bikini bottoms.  Jerry the King was going nuts because he had already seen what she was going to wear before "Fully Loaded" had begun during the pre-show interview.  Sable then went on to explain that Mr. McMahon had asked her to be conservative and told her she didn't really need to do more just to please the audience.  "Of course Mr. McMahon's idea of conservative and mine are not the same" she said and then she told us "here's my idea of conservative". 

With that she pulled the halter top off to reveal to us her chest with nothing but two hands body painted on, one on each breast.  Jacquelyn by this time was going out of her mind and apparently so was Vince McMahon who came down to ringside and forced Sable to cover up by wearing his coat.  He then escorted her up the ramp and back stage while letting her know exactly how he felt about her performance.  For pics - Click Here.

As Jacquelyn/Mark Mero, Sable and Jerry The King were all in the ring for the trophy presentation to the winner of the bikini contest from the night before, Mr. Vince McMahon added another of his stupid "I'm going to go out of my way to screw things up just because I can" that he's getting famous for.  Jerry The King was about to present Sable the winner's trophy when he was handed a note from 'The Desk Of Mr. Vince McMahon' which read "Due to the fact that body paint does not constitute a bikini, Mr. McMahon has disqualified Sable and declared Jacquelyn the winner", which caused immediate disapproval from the crowd.

After handing Jacquelyn the trophy Jerry asked Sable how she felt, "I don't need any stupid trophy to tell me I won this contest.  I think the fans spoke for themselves.   I'm not surprised at all that this would happen.  In fact I rather expected it.  I only wish that Mr McMahon would have been man enough to tell me to my face". 

As the crowd cheered Sable's comments, out strolled Vince who appeared to be extremely upset.  While walking to the ring he asked her several times "Did you say man enough?"  He then entered the ring and squared off with Sable, and then asked her, "You dare question my masculinity? Me, Vince McMahon.  I've dealt with a lot of ingrates before, that I've made superstars.  I never thought you'd be one of them. People like you are a dime a dozen.  I could snap my fingers and have you replaced by any number of bimbo's & airheads.  You owe me Sable, and when people like you owe me I generally collect.  However your 'Knight In Shining Armor' (because he let her stay in the WWF after she lost to Mark Mero) will allow you to continue to be gainfully employed..... just as long as you don't become an ungrateful bitch!"

At which point he turned to leave the ring, giving Sable the chance to 'flip' him off with both fingers.   She then took off her t-shirt giving us a fine view of another spectacular bikini.  For pics - Click Here.

08/03/98
The strange pairing of Sable and Luna began tonight when Sable came out to ringside with Golga who was to wrestle Mark Mero.  Sable told everyone "In the past we may have been enemies, but now we have a mutual understanding."  With that Luna was escorted to ringside by Kurrgan and the Giant Silva right after we were forced to listen to Kurrgan sing "There She Is Miss America".  It was not a pleasant rendition of the song.   Apparently Luna, Kergin, Golga and Silva are now known as 'The Oddities'.

During the match Jerry the King interviewed Sable and asked her "What is going on here?"  Sable responded by telling Jerry "Well Luna has always been the beauty queen of the World Wrestling Federation, or the self proclaimed beauty queen of the World Wrestling Federation, and actually once you get to know all of them them, they are nice people."

Just after that one of the nice people (Luna) walked over to Jacquelyn and clobbered her with a bunch of flowers that Luna had been holding.  That instigated the match that would take place between Luna and Jacquelyn the next week. For all the pics - Click Here.

Luna and Jacqueline squared off in the ring tonight on Monday Night Raw.  It was a great battle between the two.  During the match when Mark Mero was complaining to the ref about Luna's tactics, Sable pulled him off the ring apron and on to the floor.  When he confronted her about her actions Kurrgan came over to protect her and Mark ran for the other side of the ring. 

As it ended up Luna beat Jacqueline by a pin fall.  Sable did color commentary with Jerry The King during the match and as soon as it ended Sable snatched up the "Bikini Contest" trophy that Jacqueline had won previously and presented it to Luna who proudly walked around the ring and showed everyone what she had won.  Look forward to more on this since I don't think Jacqueline is going to feel kindly about losing her trophy. On Sunday Night Heat Jacquelyn made it clear to Sable that she wasn't a bit happy about having the trophy stolen from her last week.   Jacquelyn began the verbal contest by taunting Sable with "Hey Sable, get your Madison Ave. butt down here right now, because I've got somethin' to say."   "So put down those wing dings, and put down that cheap wine, and show your face you swine."

At this point Sable came out from backstage and replied "Jackie I like my wine fine and my men even finer, the only thing cheap around here is your perfume, and oh ya', of course your day rate." Jacquelyn looked like she was going to explode.  "Look honey I'm not playin', I want my damn trophy back. I've already beat you in a bikini contest, and you don't want any part of this in the ring,"  Jacquelyn said as she showed off her great body covered in a tight leopard skin outfit.  "But hell we can arm wrestle for it" she continued "so why don't you put your toothpick arms into play?" Sable stood there for a few seconds looking at the audience like 'can you believe this girl'?  Sable then told Jacquelyn "Whatever your game is I'll beat you at it.  Whether it's a bikini contest, a wrestling match or an arm wrestling contest, baby I'll be ready to drop a bomb on you!"  With that having been said, Sable turned around and walked backstage leaving Jacquelyn in the ring with a disgusted look on her face.

08/17/98
Well business is definitely picking up, just in time for the Summer Slam - Highway To Hell PPV between these two. (Isn't that another marvelous wrestling coincidence? NOT!) Tonight's Monday Night "Raw" action was the arm wrestling match. 

First Sable came out to ringside looking real nice in her black tight shorts and "Sable Bomb" t-shirt carrying the bikini contest trophy she had stolen from Jacquelyn the previous week.   Taking up the mic after entering the ring Sable said "Jacquelyn, if I've got something you want, then come out and get it" and which point Jacquelyn strolled to ringside without Mark Mero by her side.  This looked to be shaping up into a one on one cat fight with no one else involved.  Jacquelyn wasn't looking quit as fine as Sable with her black jeans on, but the tight halter top more than made up for not seeing any leg.

Both women stared each other down while the referee began explaining the rules to them.  Sable looked at ease, while Jacquelyn seemed to be nervous about the competition.  Once they interlocked their hands, the ref began doing a final check on women's grip, and was about to start the match, when Jacquelyn quickly broke away complaining to the ref about Sable.  While the ref was admonishing Jacquelyn for her actions Sable was shouting "Come on, come on lets go!"  Referee Hepner then brought them together once again, decided they were good to go and started the competition.

Jacquelyn immediately seemed to have the advantage, with her more muscular arms bending Sable's closer and closer to the table.  Sable began coming back though, which caused Jacquelyn to furiously shake her head back and forth and scream "nooooo!!" as she starting to lose control of the match.  Then once again it was her turn to get Sable's arm down about half way to her hopeful victory.  Sable back up, Jacquelyn back down to about the same point, then Sable back up even once again.  Then just as Sable was getting Jacquelyn to about the halfway point, Jacquelyn broke the grip completely, took a step back, and pushed the into Sable, who fell backwards, allowing the table to fall right onto her stomach while she was flat on her back.  It only kept her pinned for a few seconds before she pushed it off, grasping her stomach while she stayed on her knees trying to recuperate from the surprise.

Still crawling on her hands and knees while Jacquelyn gloriously displayed to everyone that she had the trophy back in her possession (??Do you see what's coming here wrestling fans??) Sable was once again attacked by Jacquelyn, but this time she broke the trophy over the back of Sable's head.   At this point Mark Mero began running to ringside just a few steps ahead of the "Oddities" who were looking for his and Jacquelyn's blood.  Luna immediately went over to Sable to make sure that she was alright, and eventually Giant Silva carried Sable back stage.

But wait..... the story doesn't end there.  After the next match Sable who was obviously furious over the matter, came out, got into the ring, grabbed up a mic and yelled "Jackie you bitch, get your ass out here right now."  Jacquelyn and Mark appeared on the big screen making it clear they were not willing to come out and have the "Oddities" swarm all over them, but Jackie did tell Sable "At Summer Slam bring anybody you want and we'll lay the brown bomber on you." 

Just a little less than two more weeks until we get to witness what is sure to be a great fight between Jacquelyn, Sable, and no doubt Luna.  I think her and Mark may have bitten off more than they can chew, but Jacquelyn can  certainly hold her own.   For pics - Click Here.

It looked like it might be a quiet night, but one should know better when it's the week before Summer Slam.  Mark Mero came out to ringside by himself to wrestle Kurrgan.  All the "oddities" were in the ring which prompted Mark to grab a mic and tell Kurrgan "As you can see I'm all be myself.  And Kurrgan if you've got any guts, you'll fight me one-on-one and get all those freaks outta here", at which point Kurrgan asked the "oddities" to leave and go backstage.

As soon as Kurrgan was busy beating Mark Mero half to death, someone jumped out from the audience and threw Sable on the ground and began beating the heck out of her, of course it was Jacquelyn, who did quit a number on Sable for the second time in the last few weeks.  It will be interesting at Summer Slam to see how Jacquelyn/Mark do against Kurrgan/Sable in the ring when everybody knows what's coming, and hopefully someone can't do a sneak attack.  I am assuming that Kurrgan will be Sable's partner since it really hasn't been announced officially yet, just Sable and a mystery partner.

On Sunday Night Heat, we were taken to the set of Pacific Blue where Sable was filming an upcoming episode.   Sable challenged Jacquelyn to an evening gown match to be aired on Monday Night Raw tomorrow night.

OK gang, I dropped the ball on this one.  I didn't get it taped, so there are no pics.  Sable thrashed Jacquelyn and was able to rip her evening gown off, leaving Jacquelyn in her undergarments.

9/20/98
Sable appeared with Luna and the 'Oddities' to be at ringside during the match between Luna and Jacquelyn.  After Luna lost the match and Jackie/Mark were heading to the dressing room, Sable issued once again, another challenge to Jacquelyn.  "Jackie you get out here!"  Jackie replied "You don't tell me what to do.  I've got something for you, and I'm not talking about a bikini contest, or arm wrestling contest.  Tomorrow night on Raw, I'm challenging you to a wrestling match.  If you think your woman enough, pin me!"   Sable responded to the challenge by saying "Pin you... that should be easy enough, after all you get nailed enough.  You've got it tomorrow night on Raw!"  For the pics - Click Here

9/21/98 Monday Night Raw
Congratulations are in order for Jacquelyn who won the WWF Women's Championship on Monday Night Raw, it's just too bad though that Mark Mero had to cheat to help her win the title.  Does this mean that Mark is now Jackie's valet?

Jacquelyn started by throwing Sable into the corner of the ring, but Sable easily slipped from her grasp turning the tables on Jackie. Sable began karate kicking Jackie several times to the stomach and then a devastating kick to the side of her head.  Sable then let Mark distract her which allowed Jacquelyn the chance to knock her senseless from behind.  Jackie then grabbed Sable and pushed her into the opposing corner where she gave Sable the same treatment with a couple of kicks and then rammed Sable in the mid section with her body several times.   As Sable began crawling across the ring, Jacquelyn began taunting her to get up, and each time Sable tried Jackie would punt kick her right in the ribs.  As Sable tried once more to get up Jacquelyn put her in a DDT and it looked like the match was already over.  Fortunately for Sable she was able to kick out on the count of two and the match continued.

After complaining to the ref about his slow count, Jackie snatched Sable up from the mat and placed her over the middle rope, using to choke Sable with.  As the ref was admonishing Jackie for her tactics Mark Mero was able to choke Sable for several more seconds as Jackie made sure that she kept the ref busy by arguing with him so that his back was turned away from Sable.   The moment Mark was through Jackie sat on top of Sable who was still draped over the rope.  Mark then directed Jackie to take a running start from the opposite side of the ring which would allow her to crush Sable totally while still hanging over the rope, but their plan backfired.  Just as Jacquelyn made her jump Sable moved and Jacquelyn got a rope between her thighs instead of her opponent.

Jackie who was in obvious pain was then picked up and thrown to the mat by Sable who began choking her unmercifully.   Sable then picked her up, threw her over her back, and delivered a 'clothes line' to Jackie each time she got up.  Finally Sable grabbed Jackie by the hair and threw her out of the ring.  Mark Mero was furious with Sable and while telling her so while standing on the ring apron, he to became a floor ornament as Sable decked him for all she was worth.  As Mark aided Jackie by helping her back into the ring Sable grabbed Jackie and tried to suplex her over the top rope and back into the ring.  Sadly this was Sable's downfall.  Mark wisely picked that moment to grab Sable's leg, holding on for dear life, which allowed Jackie to fall on top of Sable for a possible three count.   As the ref who got down on the mat to make the count he was unable to see that Mark was still holding Sable's leg.  The rest is history as Jacquelyn got the pin and is now the WWF Women's Champion.  For the pics from this match - Click Here

Jerry 'The King' was all over himself when Sable came down to the announcer's both for the Mark Mero/Vader match to be a guest announcer and discuss her loss to Jackie for the WWF Women's Championship Belt.   As Mero and Jackie were coming down to ringside Jim Ross asked Sable about her thoughts about not having the belt.  Sable told him "She may be the WWF's women's champion at this time, but that is a title that I want to hold, and it's something that I'm going to be working very hard to achieve.  I'm not going to be satisfied until I represent the World Wrestling Federation.  I would say that she is not only a disgrace to the WWF, but she is also a disgrace to Mark, and to herself as well."   Jim Ross later asked her about the rumors about her going into intense training to get the belt away from Jacquelyn.  "Yes that's true.  After that match I decided to make it my personal goal to achieve the women's belt". 

After Mark beat Vader, Jacquelyn got into the ring and as she was struttin' her stuff Sable happened to be watching her.  "Hey Sable, watcha' lookin' at?  You want a piece of me?"  At that point Sable got up and entered the ring to confront Jackie.   As she started towards Jackie, Mark stepped in the way "Whoa, whoa, whoa..." he told her as he stood toe to toe with Sable.  "The only reason your upset, is because as a women, you could never satisfy Marvelous Mark Mero, you know it and everybody else knows it!"  Of course as Mark was finishing this comment he made sure that Sable's back was towards Jackie.  Just as Sable slapped him, Jackie attacked from her favorite position, knocking Sable to the ground,  and then pulled a pair of scissors out of her boots.  Riding Sable who was on her knees trying to get away (funny how she wants to be the new women's champ, but she could only crawl on her knees the whole time Jackie was grabbing hair and cutting,  geez was this planned?) Well we all knew Sable would retialate one way or another for the hair clipping she got last Monday night, and boy did she.  Jaquelyn defended her title in a match against Starla Saxton (who?).   After the bell had rung Jacquelyn kept kicking Starla all over the ring, but this left an opening for Sable to jump into the ring and get Jackie from behind for a change!

Sable immediately grabbed Jackie by the hair and threw her halfway across the ring.  As soon as she got up Sable put a 'clothesline' on her knocking her down once again.  Not having had enough apparently, Jackie picked herself up once again, and as she started towards Sable she got a boot right in the mouth by a well placed karate kick, that knocked her down and out of the ring.  This finally seemed to make Jackie think about taking any further action, so she and Mark quickly left the arena.  For the pics from this match - Click Here

** Also tonight we saw Sable's acting debut on USA's Pacific Blue, where Sable played a women's prison inmate.   She wasn't great, but she didn't do any worse than HHH did on the program earlier in the year.  For pics from Sable's acting debut - Click Here

Sable managed to upset Jackie two evenings in a row.  Right after Jackie pummeled Terri Runnels during a match between Mark and Val, we went to an interview backstage with Sable who talked about her acting experience on Pacific Blue the night before.  "But there's only one thing I'm really interested in, and that's the WWF Women's Championship."  Sable then went across the hallway into a backstage lunch room and dragged Jackie out all the way to the arena floor and began beating the heck out of her until several WWF officials broke the fight up.  For pics from the action - Click Here

Sable was absent from the Judgement Day PPV other than a real quick interview involving Doc and Al Snow/Head.   She told Al "By the way Al, everybody's always interested in a little head."   For some pics - Click Here

Well we all knew the challenge was coming - it was just a question of when - for Jacquelyn to put the belt up against Sable.  On Monday Night Raw just after Mark's win over a DQ'ed Goldust while Jackie was picking Mark up from the mat, Sable came out to make her challenge.  "Oh Jacquelyn... Honey if you've got the time I've got the place.  Survivor Series, just you and I.  Oh yeh, just one more thing, there will be a new WWF Women's Champ", and with that she waved bye-bye to Jackie and left the stage.  This will take place on PPV Nov. the 15th at Survivor Series - Deadly Games.  For the pics from this challenge - Click Here

11/15/98 Sunday Night Heat
It seems that Jacquelyn underestimated her opponent this time and that congratulations are in order for the underdog - Sable.

We started off with an interview in the ring during Sunday Night Heat where Sable guaranteed us that she would become the new Women's WWF Champion.  During the interview Mark Mero came out to the ring to plead with Sable, "Nobody knows you as good as I do.  I'm out here out of the goodness of my heart, to give you a chance.  You see tonight, Jacquelyn is gonna hurt you Sable, your no wrestler, you never will be a wrestler, and if you were smart you would just say no!"  At that moment Jackie who had apparently come to ringside through the audience unseen, attacked Sable from behind, using the Championship belt to clobber Sable - is this the only way the great Women's WWF Champ knows how to take care of business?  Jackie then taunted Sable who was down on the mat, telling what she was going to do to her during the upcoming match.  Raising Jackie's hand in victory, both Mark and Jackie left the ring.  A few minutes later we went to a backstage interview with Sable who was extremely upset by Jackie's ambush tactics.   Asked whether Jackie had now thrown her off her game plan Sable replied "She didn't throw me off my game plan, the only thing that Jacquelyn did was piss me off!   Now I'm more determined than ever."  For the pics from Sunday Night Heat - Click Here.

Now onto the match itself.   Jackie and Mark came out to ringside looking all cocky and assured that they were going to get the win.  Sable on the other hand appeared to be 'all business'.   Before Jackie could even get in the ring Sable was over in the corner telling Jackie to get her butt in there. 

Mark took this opportunity to go to the other side of the ring and distract Sable, thereby once again allowing Jackie to attack her opponent from behind, knocking her down to the mat.  Jackie started yelling "You want me, you want me, come on!"  and began kicking Sable who was still unable to get up from the blow that Jackie had struck from behind.  Sable quickly recovered and after a minute or so was able to put the 'TKO' on Jackie and try for a pin.  Once the ref began the count, Mark grabbed Sable by the leg and pulled her out of the ring.  Mark would regret this action, since as soon as Sable confronted him she promptly kicked him in the groin, then gave Mark a 'Sable Bomb' right to the arena floor.  Sable who was focusing her attention on Mark rather than her opponent (Why doesn't she just ignore Mark?), gave Jackie the chance to attack from behind for the third time during the evening.  After dealing Sable another deadly blow to the back, Jackie quickly threw her back into the ring.

Jackie went back to her favorite tactic in the ring.  While Sable tried to get back up Jackie would kick her in the mid-section and yell at her "You want me, you want me" and then kick her some more.  Jackie then drug Sable over to the middle rope and began choking Sable with it.  Jackie broke the hold once during the ref's count, then went right back to choking Sable some more.  While Sable was trying to get her breath back, Jackie snatched her by the head and slammed her right into the turnbuckle.  Spinning Sable around Jackie punished Sable even more, treating her like a rag doll, by kicking her in the mid-section again 4 or 5 times.  Pulling Sable from the corner and to the middle of the ring, Jackie began to set her up for a 'Power Bomb' of her own, only to have Sable flip her over her back.  Sable headed to the opposing corner, only to have Jackie grab her and set her up in the corner for a 'Tornado DDT'.

This was Jacquelyn's last chance at retaining the belt, as the underdog Sable took over from here.  Sable countered the move and threw Jackie down on the mat face/chest first and then picked her up for the 'Sable Bomb', which she successfully put on Jackie to win the match and the belt.  For pics from the match - Click Here.

"It's been a wild ride, but last night at the Survivor Series was the greatest accomplishment of my career.   And tonight I would like to dedicate the Woman's Championship to all the fans of the World Wrestling Federation who have made Sable who she is."  From backstage we heard a voice "Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, hey, hey, hey, hold on a second" as Shane McMahon made his appearance on the stage.  "Sable... you want to dedicate the WWF Women's Championship to the fans?  The fans made Sable?   Oh no, no, no sweetheart, that is definitely wrong, there is only one man who made Sable and that is 'the man', Vincent K. McMahon, my pops."  He then went on to tell her how much Vince had done to make her a star and that she really had nothing to do with it.  This certainly raised Sable's hackles as she responded "Made me a star? I'm where I'm at in the World Wrestling Federation because I worked damn hard for it!  Nobody gave me anything!!!"  She then let him know that the only thing he knew about real women were the ones that he could buy, "And honey this one ain't for sale!"

It seems that Sable may have a bone to pick with Debra McMichael.  During a match between Jeff Jarrett and Kurrgan, Luna and the rest of the Oddities were having problems with The Insane Clown Posse, giving Debra a chance to get in the ring and use her female charms and ample body on the unsuspecting Kurrgan.  That's all Jeff needed as he snuck up behind his opponent and clobbered him with the guitar and won the match (of course the ref wasn't looking).

For some reason Sable took offense to this (who made her a sheriff) and called Debra down to the floor for a little one-on-one.  As Sable was telling Debra what she thought about her tactics Debra was telling Sable "No one tells me what to do!"  As Jeff grabbed Debra and began walking away Sable was still letting Debra know what she thought.  For pics from the action - Click Here.

It seems that the old feud between Sable and Luna may have started up again.  Sable was to defend her title against The Spider Lady on Monday Night Raw.  Before the match began a person from the audience jumped into the ring to give Sable a yellow rose.  Now we all know that a fan can't just jump into the ring whenever they want. 

While Sable had her back turned during the announcement of her opponent, placing her rose and Title Belt down, her masked opponent jumped into the ring and attacked Sable from behind.  Sable was thrashed quite severely, even to the point of getting a belt used on her while she was down on the mat.  Finally help arrived in the form of The Oddities.  While they were restraining the crazed Spider Lady, she unmasked herself to reveal Luna, her old nemisis who is supposedly now her friend.  As Luna left the ring she could be heard shouting "It's about me, it's about what I deserve."  For pics from the action - Click Here.
