01/01/01 Monday Night Raw Austin was summoned to Stephanie's dressing room, where he told her that she better be talking to him about his title shot. Steph told Stone Cold that he had to earn a title shot and since he liked beer so much... he had to be a beer vendor and sell every beer and hotdog or he would never get another title shot. Later Steph wanted to know how Austin was doing, when Austin "accidentally" squirted mustard all over her, saying that he was having problems with the mustard. Steph screamed and went to her dressing room. Backstage, Steph was complaining to her dad about Steve's actions over a speaker phone. Trish Stratus came into the room as Vince told Steph that Test would be fighting Benoit for the IC belt tonight. Vince then lost reception and hung up before Stephanie turned to Trish and told her that her big-breasted tactics wouldn't work and that she was a fake. Steph then told Trish her to leave. Steve Austin made his way to the ring with his last beer in hand. Austin demanded that Stephanie come out and give him his title shot because he had sold all the beer. After some hesitation Stephanie came out and asked him who he thought he is talking to. She wanted to know how he had sold all the beer and hotdogs, since she hadn't see him sell a thing all night long. Austin then showed her the Acolytes backstage on the TitanTron and informed her that they bought all of it. Stone Cold placed his vending tray over Steph's shoulders, and told her to be careful since it was a little sticky. After telling Steve she was giving him a title shot with Steven Regal for later in the night (I don't think the European Title is what Steve had in mind), Stephanie then asked Austin to take the tray off of her. Steve said OK and began to take it off, but he some trouble getting it off and he was forced to give it a big tug. Unfortunately he tore Stephanie's shirt off in the process! Stephanie had to bare the humiliation of standing in the middle of the ring in her bra, before quickly running for the dressing room. As she was leaving Austin told her that she had more foam in her bra than one of his beers. Backstage, Regal confronted Debra. He asked her to cover her breasts as it was very distracting to him. Debra told him he would just have to deal with it. He then told her that Steph wanted him to deliver a message, there will be a special surprise guest ref to make sure things go smoothly in his title match against SCSA. Debra asked him who its is going to be, but Regal informed her that if her told her then it wouldn't be a surprise. Regal came into the ring first, and ran his mouth for awhile before announcing the guest referee: Stephanie McMahon! Steph came to the ring with her ref shirt and both Steven and her showed how happy they were at this turn of events. Austin came out and dominated the match immediately. Austin eventually went for a pin, but Stephanie surprisingly "got something in her eye," causing Austin to get up and kick her out of the ring. As Austin turned around Regal quickly got the upper hand. While all this was happening Earl Hebner came into the ring until Steph got back in. Eventually Austin regained control of the match and went for another pin. Steph stood by the turnbuckle and wouldn't count, forcing Austin to pull her over. This allowed Regal to nail his opponent from behind and roll him up. Steph did a "fast count" and gave Regal the win. Stephanie quickly ran to the top of the ramp for safety and then stopped to announce Regal as the winner and Austin as the loser. 01/04/01 Thursday Smackdown Suddenly, "No Chance in Hell" blared in the arena, and Vince McMahon came to his daughter's aid! Vince told Austin that he was not to harm a hair on Stephanie's head -- because Vince could give him what he wanted. Vince said he could rewrite the record book, giving Austin the win via disqualification -- putting Stone Cold in the Triple Threat Match for the No. 1 contenders spot! He said he would do that for the Rattlesnake, as long as Austin promised not to hurt Stephanie. Vince promised Austin that if he didn't accept the offer, then he would put Austin through hell. Stone Cold accepted Mr. McMahon's offer to compete in the Triple Threat Match, and he promised not to harm daddy's little girl. But Vince hadn't said anything about harming daddy -- and the Rattlesnake gave Mr. McMahon a Stone Cold Stunner! The Rattlesnake glared at Stephanie before leaving the ring. Moments later, Stephanie checked on her father, whose neck was in a lot of pain. Mr. McMahon told his daughter that he had decided to name a special troubleshooting referee for the Triple Threat Match, and that the referee's last name was McMahon. Stephanie was worried that it would be her, but Vince said that it would instead be him! Later in the locker room area, Mr. McMahon asked his daughter to get him some pain killers for his neck, and also to cut the sleeves off his referee shirt. When Stephanie returned to the locker room, she found Trish Stratus rubbing down her father's neck! Trish asked Mr. McMahon how his holidays were -- and he said he had a feeling that they were the same as hers! Trish said she was there to see Steph, and she asked if Steph enjoyed what Trish did to Test on Monday's RAW. Stephanie said what she'd enjoy was if Trish got the hell out of the locker room. Trish did leave -- but not before thanking Mr. McMahon for a favor. Stephanie asked her father what he was doing with Trish. Vince avoided the question and told Stephanie to calm down. He said the only concern was his role as referee in the Triple Threat Match. [wwf.com] 01/05/01 Internet Rumor 01/08/01 Monday Night Raw Stephanie came back as Vince was asking what was taking so long. And as Stephanie sat down, she heard a toilet flush, and Trish walked out! Stephanie immediately stood up and said that she was putting Trish in action tonight - she would team with Albert against Test, because, Stephanie said, she heard Trish liked two-on-one! Vince McMahon stammered a bit when Stephanie made the match, and then walked down the hallway. In a two-on-one match, Trish and Albert teamed up against Test. As Test went after Trish, William Regal walked out to help her! As Trish and Regal walked away, Albert pinned Test after an Albert Bomb! Thursday Smackdown Kurt said that the one problem he had with the match at the Royal Rumble was going against the McMahon family -- specifically, the fact that Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley would be in the Game's corner. Kurt then introduced the woman who will be in his corner at the Royal Rumble -- Trish Stratus! Later, Mr. McMahon went into his locker room, where Trish Stratus was waiting for him. Mr. McMahon said he couldn't believe everything that had happened that night. He asked Trish what she was doing, volunteering her services to be in Kurt Angle's corner. Trish admitted that she had been a very bad girl -- and said that she thought she deserved a spanking! A smiling Mr. McMahon said he definitely agreed. [wwf.com] 01/15/01 Monday Night Raw Kurt Angle's music then filled the Bradley Center, and surprisingly, the crowd cheered for him! Kurt told Stephanie that he was very disappointed in her -- but she blew it! Angle said that her husband hadn't been Federation Champion since June's King of the Ring. And speaking of games, Angle said that Donkey Kong himself had a better chance at becoming Federation Champion than Triple H. Angle then said that the difference between Triple H and Donkey Kong was that Donkey Kong was the big smelly ape that people actually liked! Angle then talked about his decision
last Thursday on SmackDown! to enlist Trish Stratus to stand in his corner at the
Rumble. Trish joined Angle on the stage and told Stephanie and Triple H that there
were no hard feelings, but she couldn't say no to Kurt Angle. She said that whether
it was Angle or Mr. McMahon, she loved a man on top! Stephanie said that since the
word "no" didn't seem to be in Trish's vocabulary, then Trish shouldn't have a problem
with the match she was about to make. Stephanie said that Trish would face Jackie
on RAW in a match suitable to Trish's talents -- a spanking match! 01/18/01
Thursday Smackdown Backstage, Trish barged into Stephanie's dressing room, where Mrs. Game was enjoying some vegetables and dip. Trish yelled at Stephanie for embarrassing her on Monday night, putting her in a spanking match against Jackie. Stephanie yelled right back, screaming at Trish about all the gifts Trish has been receiving lately. Stephanie then said she had another gift for Trish -- and she threw the vegetable dip all over Trish's outfit! Trish then responded by shoving Stephanie to the ground! As the two women went at it, Mr. McMahon walked in and separated them. He told Stephanie to act her age, and then asked why they couldn't be one big happy family! As Mr. McMahon escorted Trish back to her dressing room, Stephanie sat on the couch in shock, after hearing her father use the word "family." Mr. McMahon entered Trish's locker room to apologize for Stephanie's behavior -- and he found Trish half-naked, still cleaning herself off! Trish told the Federation chairman that she didn't want to come between him and his family, but she really did appreciate all he had done for her. She then gave the chairman a hug -- and gave Mr. McMahon's backside a little squeeze! As the owner enjoyed the hug, Federation official Dave Hebner burst into the room and told Mr. McMahon that his guests were waiting for him in the parking lot. An irate Mr. McMahon screamed at Hebner for barging in as Trish struggled to cover herself up. Moments later, Stephanie was seen in her locker room, watching this footage in a state of shock and unbridled anger. In the parking area, Mr. McMahon reprimanded Dave Hebner about barging in on him and Trish. Mr. McMahon then asked someone in the limo if they were ready for the Royal Rumble, and got in the limo to talk to the person, whose identity was not revealed. Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley then headed to the ring, and the former Women's Champion was not in a good mood. Stephanie compared Trish Stratus to a pile of garbage, and she demanded that Trish come to the ring. Trish said that Stephanie had it all wrong, and that Mr. McMahon was just a mentor to her. Trish said that she and Stephanie were the same, and that she loved the business. Trish said she would bend over backwards for the World Wrestling Federation. Stephanie told Trish never to compare herself to her. Stephanie declared that she was the dominant female in the World Wrestling Federation, and she would prove it -- the easy way or the hard way. Triple H then walked to the ring to interrupt the proceedings. He demanded that the two women calm down. He told Stephanie that she was above dealing with the likes of Trish. The Game told Trish to get out of the ring before he knocked her down. Suddenly, Kurt Angle's music filled the arena. The World Wrestling Federation Champion told Triple H to have some respect for his new business advisor. Angle called the Game an ass, and changed the topic of conversation to their showdown for the Federation Championship at the Royal Rumble. Angle also talked about how he was personally invited to attend the Presidential Inauguration on Saturday in Washington, D.C. He asked the Game where his gold medals and invitation to the presidential inauguration were. Angle said that after the Royal Rumble, Triple H also wouldn't have the Federation Championship. Triple H then blindsided Angle, just as Stephanie and Trish started to fight as well! After Angle escaped from the Game's clutches, the two men separated the women, whose battled seemed to be just as intense as the men's! After the break, Trish and Angle were complaining to each other about Triple H and Stephanie when Mr. McMahon walked in. Royal Rumble PPV Triple H went for a cover after a facebuster, but Angle kicked out. The Game then locked on a figure-four leglock, but the Federation Champion would not relent to the pain. As Angle reached for the ropes, Trish went to help him, and Stephanie got in her face! The two women slapped each other and then fought on top of the Spanish announce table! Mr. McMahon came out to try to separate the two women, but he was unsuccessful! Finally, Mr. McMahon put Trish on his shoulder and walked away, but Stephanie knocked them down as they left! Trish and Stephanie fought all the way to the back as Mr. McMahon continued to separate the two. Eventually Stone Cold Steve Austin ran down to the ring! The Rattlesnake destroyed the Game, annihilating him with the title belt and a Stone Cold Stunner! Stone Cold then revived referee Earl Hebner, who counted the three! Kurt Angle kept the Federation Championship, thanks to Stone Cold! [wwf.com] For Pics - Click Here. 01/22/01 Monday Night Raw Kurt Angle's music then hit and the World Wrestling Federation Champion came out and told Triple H he should stop whining. Angle said the only person who cost the Game the title, it was Kurt Angle. Kurt said that Triple H should spend less time crying and more time trying and he might actually win something! After the Game threatened Angle with a sledgehammer, Kurt suggested that Triple H couldn't beat anyone with natural ability - he always won using foreign objects! The Game then challenge Kurt for the title later on RAW - a challenge Kurt accepted! Trish Stratus decided it was time to come out and issue a challenge of her own! Trish demanded that Stephanie face her one-on-one later on RAW! Stephanie was more than happy to accept, but she warned Trish that she was in for a painful spanking later! In the parking lot, Triple H awaited the arrival of Stone Cold Steve Austin. Meanwhile, Trish Stratus walked into Vince McMahon's locker room! Behind Mr. McMahon's closed dressing room door, Trish's voice was heard saying, "Oh that's very nice!" Trish finally emerged from Mr. McMahon's dressing room. Before she left, Mr. McMahon told her that she forgot her hat. When she came out, her hair was a mess and she was sweating! It was time for the Mixed Tag Team main event. Triple H gained the early advantage with a baseball slide and took the action to the floor, ramming Angle's head repeatedly into the announce table. Once back in the ring, the Game continued his assault and went to work on Angle's left knee -- the same knee Triple H worked over at Royal Rumble. A courageous champion fought back with a neckbreaker and tagged in Trish. In came Stephanie, who was pulled by the hair and thrown to the canvas by Angle! Stephanie answered with a slap to the face of a remorseful Angle. Later, Stephanie thwarted a Trish attempted leap of the top. The two ladies exchanged some slaps to the face and the cat fight was on! Stephanie rammed Trish's head into the turnbuckle, kicked her repeatedly in the gut and clotheslined her down. Trish came right back with a bulldog and went for the pin, but Triple H broke up the count and Pedigreed Trish! Stephanie took advantage and covered Trish for the one-two-three win! As Triple H and Angle exchanged words after the match, Stone Cold Steve Austin hit the ring and attacked Triple H! A Stone Cold Stunner left the Game laying in the center of the ring. Monday Night Raw Showing his heart, The Rock came back with a clothesline and nearly won the match with a spinebuster. Rikishi came back with a Samoan Drop, but while Stephanie had the referee distracted, Triple H rolled The Rock over Rikishi, and Austin rolled Rikishi over The Rock! On the outside, Stephanie slapped Austin, while inside, The Rock nailed Rock Bottom to win the match! As a result, Triple H gets to name his stipulation at No Way Out! Afterward, The Rock attacked the Game, but Rikishi came to help his friend. Austin entered the ring, Stunned Rikishi and stared down Triple H nose-to-nose as RAW went off the air! [wwf.com] 02/15/01
Thursday Smackdown In the footage, the chairman told his desolate wife that he still loved her, which is why he placed her in such a ritzy sanitarium. He then handed his wife some roses, although he said it was too bad she couldn't appreciate them, the same way he said she never appreciated him. Mr. McMahon then said that his wedding band was a token of just how much he still loved her -- and he showed her his wedding band, which was conveniently on his middle finger! He said that a lot of people thought that he and Linda were divorced, but he said he wisened up once she got sick. He said that when she got sick, he got 100 percent of everything, but if he had gotten divorced, then Linda would have gotten 50 percent of everything. Vince also said that Valentine's Day was about friendship -- and he brought in Trish Stratus. The chairman introduced Trish to Linda. Trish said that Linda reminded her of her grandmother. Trish then kissed Linda on the forehead, and said that Linda was cold as ice. Mr. McMahon said that some things never change. The chairman then said that since Linda couldn't appreciate the roses anyway, he was going to give them to someone who would appreciate them -- and he gave the roses to Trish! Mr. McMahon and Trish then left Linda sitting there. Back in the ring, Mr. McMahon introduced the crowd to two of his closest friends -- William Regal and Trish Stratus! The two walked to the ring, and Mr. McMahon gave the box of chocolates to Trish. Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley then walked to the ring with a look on her face which could turn a man to stone. The chairman told his daughter to stay away from the ring -- but Stephanie got in the ring, speared Trish and slapped Regal! Regal and Mr. McMahon separated the two ladies, who were irate at each other! Back in the parking area, an angry Trish told Mr. McMahon that she wanted to fight Stephanie! Mr. McMahon said no, and he and Regal put Trish into a limousine. Regal then suggested to Mr. McMahon that a Stephanie-Trish match on Pay-Per-View could make a pretty penny for the chairman, and the owner -- who just moments earlier was repulsed by the thought -- suddenly he seemed interested in making such a match for No Way Out! Monday Night Raw A limousine pulled into the parking area, and Stephanie started knocking on the windows, demanding that Trish show her face! Trish stuck her head out of the sunroof -- and Stephanie climbed on top of the limo, and started pounding on Trish! The Game and William Regal pulled the two women apart as an irate Stephanie continued to scream at Stratus! In the McMahon/Helmsley locker room, Stephanie asked Triple H if he was ready. The Game told his wife to calm down, as their match was still a ways off. Stephanie told Triple H that she was going to go for a walk to clear her head before their match against William Regal and Trish Stratus later in the night. Stephanie couldn't wait until the match later in the night -- she headed straight to the ring! Stephanie said that her father wasn't at the arena, which left her in control. Stephanie said she was disgusted by the footage of her father's and Trish's visit to the sanitarium to see Linda McMahon, which aired last Thursday on SmackDown! Stephanie said that her father and her had worked very hard to put her mother in her place, since there was only room for one dominant female per family. In the World Wrestling Federation, Stephanie said that female was her. Stephanie said that she had taken care of her mom, but now she had another meddlesome bitch to deal with! She said that Trish should have stayed in the backseat, where she was more comfortable! Stephanie said she wasn't afraid of anybody, including Stone Cold Steve Austin, who she had slapped last Monday on RAW! Stephanie then said that since Triple H wasn't ready yet, she wanted Trish in the ring one-on-one right now! Instead, out came Stone Cold Steve Austin! The Rattlesnake thanked Stephanie for reminding him what she did to him last week on RAW! Austin said that since he couldn't touch Triple H, he had a present for Stephanie -- and Stone Cold then gave Stephanie a Stone Cold Stunner! Triple H ran to the ring in a fit of rage as Austin left Stephanie and her husband in the ring! After a commercial break, a medical technician checked on Stephanie as an irate Triple H trashed his locker room! As Trish and William Regal watched the footage of Stephanie, Trish said that the Stunner would be nothing compared to what she would do to Stephanie at No Way Out. Thursday Smackdown Backstage, Kurt Angle approached William Regal and Trish Stratus. Angle told Trish that it's been great having her in his corner, but he didn't want The Rock to have any excuses at No Way Out, so he was ending their business relationship. Regal said it was a great idea, because now Trish could accompany him to the ring, starting later in the night on SmackDown! when he battled Test. Trish said she had another obligation for the night, and she walked away. In the parking area, Trish approached the limo, opened the door, and told someone inside that she had been waiting for them all night. Trish then climbed into the limo. After a commercial break, the limo was again shown -- only this time, the windows were all fogged up, and Trish could be heard moaning and groaning! In the McMahon/Helmsley locker room, Stephanie was shown watching footage of the steamy limo. Stephanie looked sick to her stomach. She then ran out of her locker room saying she would show Trish who daddy's little girl was. Stephanie then ran to the backstage parking area, where she banged on the doors of the limo, demanding for Trish to show her face. But Trish snuck up from behind and knocked Stephanie head-first into the limo! The entire thing had been a ruse, designed to trick Stephanie! Trish relentlessly attacked Stephanie, even throwing her into a pile of manure which was on hand for a farm show! Trish dumped a bucket of mud onto Stephanie's head, as Mrs. Game just cried and screamed! [wwf.com] 02/23/01 Internet Rumors ----- A lot of planning is being put into the Trish Stratus vs. Stephanie match. The feud is still on its basic foundations, and there is plenty more life remaining. By all means, look for the rivalry to continue after No Way Out, all the way through till Wrestlemania. Of course Wrestlemania is where a lot of disagreements are settled, so look for the theory to come into play in this case. [James Dylan] 02/25/01
No Way Out PPV Stephanie speared Trish as the match began, and both women looked determined to prove that they were the dominant female in the World Wrestling Federation. Stephanie dominated the attack early on, nailing Trish with a snap mare, and pulling Trish's hair out by the roots! The women continued their fight outside the ring, where Stephanie jumped off the guardrail and hit Trish with a clothesline! As Stephanie tried suplexing Trish to the outside, Trish reversed the move and snapped Stephanie's neck on the top rope. Trish then brought Stephanie into the ring and slapped the taste out of her mouth, before nailing Stephanie with a bulldog! Trish could only earn a two-count after that, however. After Stephanie punched Trish in the face, Trish hit Stephanie with a DDT, but again, Stephanie kicked out. Trish then climbed to the top rope and locked Stephanie in an illegal choke hold! But Stephanie slammed Trish off the top rope! Stephanie then threw Trish to the outside, where she drove her face-first onto the announce table three times! Stephanie then threw a pitcher of water onto Trish! Back in the ring, Trish went for a hurricanrana, which Stephanie reversed into a powerbomb, again for a two-count. Stephanie then stripped Trish of her pants, and spanked her! Stephanie continued ripping at Trish's clothes and choking her adversary. With both women down, William Regal ran to the ring and put Trish on top of Stephanie, but when the ref got to two, Regal second-guessed himself, and he put Stephanie's foot on the bottom rope! Trish got mad and slapped Regal. The goodwill ambassador responded by knocking Trish out! Stephanie then covered Trish for the win! Backstage, Mr. McMahon stopped William Regal and screamed at him! Monday Night Raw A long black limo pulled into the parking area and Vince McMahon and Trish Stratus got out! William Regal went up to Vince and asked him to talk over the match like gentlemen. Vince told Regal that the match was still on! As Vince and Trish discussed strategy for their match against Stephanie and William Regal later, Kurt Angle demanded a rematch against The Rock, saying he did care if the title was on the line! Vince told Kurt that he would take the request under advisement. Vince and Trish went on to fill a custodian's bucket with mud so they could humiliate Regal later! Stephanie then came into Vince's office and she asked what would happen if her and her father were in the ring at the same time. Vince said she should know what was going to happen. William Regal then went to Trish's locker room and she just told him to go to hell! Vince McMahon and Trish Stratus teamed up to take on William Regal and Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley in a mixed tag match! Mr. McMahon and Trish brought to the ring their bucket of goop. Before the match, Vince gave Trish a good-luck kiss! The action began with Stephanie and Trish brawling in the ring. But before long, it was Vince and Stephanie in the ring! As Stephanie went to tag Regal, he walked away from her! Vince then asked for a microphone and told Stephanie that he always gets what he wants! He then told Stephanie that he wants the same thing that William, Stephanie and Trish wanted! Vince told the referee to leave and pulled Trish into the ring! Vince told Regal to go ahead and get what he wanted! William then gave Trish a neckbreaker! After that, Vince told Stephanie to get the bucket! Stephanie smiled as she put the horrible-smelling goop on Trish! Mr. McMahon said that there is only one daddy's little girl, and it was Stephanie! Vince told Trish that she was daddy's little toy and playtime was over! Stephanie then went on to dunk Trish's head in the bucket as Vince and William smiled on! Monday Night Raw Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley instantly came to the ring upon hearing Shane's challenge. Stephanie said that Vince was doing what he was doing to Linda because he loved them! Stephanie then demanded Shane to rip up the contract! As she continued to beg Shane to change his mind, Vince McMahon and Trish Stratus came out to the stage! Mr. McMahon said that he could only think of one thing - Linda sitting watching Shane in the ring. Vince said he didn't think Linda would be very proud of him. Vince then sent Trish down to the ring to grab the contract so Vince could sign it. Vince walked down to the ring saying he'd never backed down from a challenge in his life, and he signed the contract! Then Vince climbed up in to the ring, as Stephanie tried to keep her father and her brother separated. Before Vince got in the ring, Triple H ran down and attacked Shane from behind! Mr. McMahon told the Game to Pedigree Shane, and Vince told Shane he would never forgive Linda for giving birth to him! Vince said he would wheel Linda down to the ring at WrestleMania so she could watch Vince beat Shane's ass! Triple H's beating of Shane continued in the back, where the Game beat Shane across the parking area as Vince screamed on! As Vince told Shane their WrestleMania match would be a street fight, Triple H shoved Shane into a limo, and Vince told the driver to take him home to his mother! [wwf.com] 03/23/01
Internet News 03/29/01 Thursday Smackdown Backstage, Shane exchanged pleasantries with Billy Gunn, who congratulated Shane on his purchase of WCW. Stephanie then walked up to Shane, irate that he has bought WCW from right under Vince's nose! Wrestlemania X-Seven PPV WCW chairman Shane McMahon was psyched for the street fight against his father, World Wrestling Federation chairman Vince McMahon. Prior to the match, Shane gave a special shoutout to some of his new friends from WCW, who were sitting in the skybox at the Astrodome. Shane then introduced the special referee for the bout. Mr. McMahon was accompanied to ringside by Stephanie, whose jumpsuit was adorned with the words "Daddy's Girl." Vince slapped Shane as the match got underway. Vince choked out his son, but Shane battled back. Stephanie then got in the ring and slapped Shane! Shane continued to battle with Vince, as the fight continued outside the ring. Shane scored with a clothesline off the security wall, and then got out a kendo stick from under the ring, nailing his father repeatedly! Shane then started jukin' and jivin', punching his father loopy! With Vince down, Shane took the top off the Spanish announcer's table. He hit his dad in the head with a TV monitor and put his dad on the table. Shane then went to the top rope and went for the elbow -- but Stephanie moved Vince from the table, sending Shane crashing through! Suddenly, Trish walked down the aisle, wheeling down a sedated Linda McMahon! Trish looked like she was helping Vince to get up, but she instead slapped Vince! Stephanie then slapped Trish, but Trish slapped right back! Trish and Stephanie got in the ring and battled it out. Mick Foley pulled Stephanie off Trish, and Stephanie slapped Mick. Stephanie then slapped Mick, and Mick and Trish chased Stephanie from the ring! With Shane still out, Vince realized that his sedated wife was at ringside. Vince looked at her with evil intentions, but Mick came back and told Vince not to think about doing anything. As Mick tried to wheel Linda from ringside, Mr. McMahon assaulted Mick with a steel chair. Vince then grabbed Linda's wheelchair and put his sedated wife into the ring! Mr. McMahon sat up a chair in the corner and sat Linda down. He then went outside the ring to get Shane -- he wanted to make Linda watch him torture Shane! Mr. McMahon threw four garbage cans into the ring, nailing Shane with one of them, and screaming at Linda as he did so! But when he turned his back on Linda for the third time, Linda arose from her chair, much to Vince's shock! Linda then kicked her own husband below the belt! Mick Foley continued the assault for Linda, and then Shane got involved. Shane then put a trash can in Vince's face in one corner, and ascended the turnbuckle on the other side of the ring. She said that when Trish slapped Mr. McMahon at WrestleMania, Stephanie couldn't believe that Trish could do that after everything Vince had done for her! Stephanie said that she was going to get revenge later - in a whipping match! As Commissioner William Regal spoke to his mother on the phone in his office, Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley came in to make sure Trish couldn't weasel her way out of the whipping match later. Regal reassured Stephanie that the match would go on as planned. A few moments later, Vince came in to ask Regal if he knew what to do during the whipping match. Regal said he did. Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley went to the ring for her whipping match, and as Trish Stratus made her way down the ramp, Stephanie ran up and attacked her! The two eventually made their way back in to the ring, where Stephanie used her strap to try and choke out Trish! Trish finally got up and hit Stephanie with a bulldog, leaving Stephanie lying in the ring! Trish began whipping Stephanie with complete disregard! Monday Night Raw As Stephanie prepared for her match later, Stone Cold and Triple H spoke to each other. When Stephanie asked to be included on the conversation, the two men said they were done. In a six-person intergender tag team match, the Hardy Boyz and Lita took on World Wrestling Federation Champion Stone Cold Steve Austin, Intercontinental Champion Triple H and Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley. The match began with Austin and Triple H going after the Hardys, and Stephanie knocked Lita out of the ring. The Hardys isolated the Game and nailed him with Poetry in Motion, and Jeff hit him with a corkscrew off the top rope! Jeff then attempted to pin Triple H, with help from Matt, but the Game kicked out and tagged in Austin. Matt Hardy then began pounding on Austin in the corner and went for a cover, but Austin kicked out! Jeff Hardy was tagged in, and Austin began punishing him with fierce right hands. Stone Cold tagged in Triple H, who continued to brutalize Jeff, but Jeff was able to escape and tag in his brother, who flew in and hit both Austin and Triple H with a double-clothesline! The match then spilled out of the ring, while in the ring, Lita hit Stephanie with the Twist of Fate and a moonsault! Lita then covered Stephanie for the win! After the match, Triple H and Austin assaulted Lita with a steel chair and a Pedigree! Stone Cold then laid out both Hardy Boyz with his steel chair! Lita then rolled on top of Matt Hardy, trying to protect him from further beatings, but Austin just hit her with a chair! The Game then pulled Lita up by the hair, leaving her defenseless as Austin hit her with a Stunner! All three members of Team Extreme were left lying as RAW went off the air! [wwf.com] 04/12/01 Thursday Smackdown As Austin mocked the crowd, Jeff Hardy attacked Triple H from behind with a chair, and then hit the Rattlesnake! With Austin and the Game reeling, Stephanie went up to Jeff and slapped him across his face! Jeff retaliated by nailing Stephanie with the Twist of Fate! Jeff then fled the ringside area as an irate Triple H and Stone Cold tried to recover! After the commercial break, Commissioner William Regal watched footage of what had just happened, calling it an outrage. Triple H entered the commissioner's office, and an enraged Game told Regal that nobody did that to his wife, and he wanted a piece of Jeff Hardy on SmackDown! Regal said he would take care of it. Jeff Hardy entered Commissioner Regal's office, and Regal informed him that he would be receiving an Intercontinental Championship match against the Game on SmackDown! Regal then told Jeff never to put his hands on a woman ever again, and when Jeff tried to complain about what Austin and the Game did to Lita, Regal just ignored him and told him to stay away from Stephanie! Regal said that if Jeff ever put his hands on Stephanie again, then he would never receive another title shot -- and Jeff said that after SmackDown!, he might not ever need another title shot, since he could be the new Intercontinental Champion! A medical technician checked on Stephanie's neck. The billion-dollar princess complained to Triple H that not only had Jeff injured her neck, but he had also broken her earring -- her really expensive diamond ones! The Game told Stephanie to stay backstage to get medical attention, and he promised to kick Jeff's ass just for her. The main event on SmackDown! was an Intercontinental Championship match, as Triple H defended against Jeff Hardy. With Stone Cold, Matt Hardy and Lita not in the arena, and with Stephanie backstage still nursing her neck injury suffered earlier in the night, the bout was set to be straight-up one-on-one for the title. The Game gained control of the match, but soon made a mistake by mouthing off to the referee, and then shoving him down. That gave Matt Hardy -- who had been at the arena all along -- the opportunity to sneak into the ring and nail Triple H in the head with a chair, allowing Jeff to hit the Swanton and score the pin! Monday Night Raw Triple H came back with a face-buster and went for the pin, but Lita pulled him off! The match spilled outside the ring, where Jeff smacked the Game with the Intercontinental Title! The referee didn't see it, so the match continued, and Jeff started tossing Triple H face-first into the ring steps! Jeff tossed Triple H into the ring and nailed him with a sky-high drop kick, but Triple H kicked out at two! Triple H began to climb the ropes, but Jeff followed him up and hit the Game with a Hurricanrana off the top rope! Hardy then tried for a Swanton Bomb, but the Game rolled away! As Matt Hardy watched on in the back, Stone Cold attacked him! Lita saw what happened on the TitanTron, and she began to go back to help Matt, but Stone Cold met her at the entrance! He began slowly stalking her out to ring side, and meanwhile, Triple H pinned Jeff Hardy after a Pedigree to regain the Intercontinental Title! Monday Night Raw Stephanie then found Test in the back, and angrily scolded him for getting involved in Shane McMahon's match with the Big Show at Backlash. Stephanie added that since Test enjoyed interfering in family matters, Mr. McMahon booked him a match with Triple H! Mr. McMahon and Stephanie made their way to the ring for the chairman's State of the Federation address. Mr. McMahon started by saying he was infinitely proud of Steve Austin and Triple H because they were different from anyone else, in that both refuse to live a life of mediocrity. Instead, they seize the moment, they create their own rules and they are leaders. Mr. McMahon then said he'd be remiss if he didn't mention what he thought were two blemishes at Backlash -- Shane McMahon's win over the Big Show, and Kane nailing Stephanie in the face with his boot, giving her a bruise on the side of her mouth. As a result -- in the interest of fairness and complying with Austin's wish to defend the Federation Championship -- Mr. Mr. McMahon ruled that Austin would go one-on-one with Kane with the Federation Championship on the line. Prior to the bout, Stephanie said that Rikishi had made her look ridiculous on RAW, and a woman in her position couldn't afford to look ridiculous. She promised that Triple H would make Rikishi look ridiculous on SmackDown! Rikishi laughed at the Billion-Dollar Princess as he walked to the ring. With Rikishi prone, Triple H held the 400-pounder so that Stephanie could slap him. Moments later, Test ran to the ring to attack Triple H, and Big Show followed soon after to assault Test. A melee ensued, and it looked like Rikishi was going to give Stephanie another Stink Face! But Rikishi became sidetracked with the Big Show, and Triple H saved his wife. Rikishi still got to back that ass up, though -- after a savate kick and an avalanche, the Big Show was easy prey for the Stink Face! Test and Rikishi just laughed as an irate Big Show left the ring! Judgment Day PPV Kane nailed the Game in the face with the chain, but the Game retaliated by pulling on the chain, trying to hyperextend Kane's arm. Outside the ring, Triple H tossed Kane into the ring steps, but Kane knocked the chain into Triple H's head, busting the Game wide open! Kane wrapped the chain around Triple H's bloody head, and the Game was feeling the effects. Kane then threw Triple H to the outside, wrapped the chain around the Game's neck, and hung the Cebebral Assassin! Back in the ring, Kane went up top, but Triple H caught him and threw him from the top. The fight soon spilled to the outside, where the two men took it to each other with unmatched fury. In the ring, Triple H went for the Pedigree, but Kane powered out with a low blow. The Big Red Machine then again nailed Triple H in the head with the chain. Kane went up top and clotheslined Triple H with the chain! Kane then chokeslammed Triple H, but Stone Cold Steve Austin ran to the ring before Kane could go for the pin! Monday Night Raw The ECW faction cleared the ring of all other athletes, until the WCW team entered the ring and looked ready to fight. Instead of punching, ECW and WCW hugged. Shane and Paul Heyman embraced in the middle of the ring as Vince took a microphone and asked what was going on. Shane told him to watch as the ECW/WCW team wrecked the Federation’s Superstars! Tazz locked the Tazzmission on Hardcore Holly; Faarooq took a 3-D, and virtually every other Federation member took a pounding. Shane told Vince he knew he could never compete with his father’s checkbook, but the elder McMahon could be outsmarted by his offspring. Shane said he was responsible for everything that took place that night, including the merger of WCW and ECW. Shane promised that at Invasion ECW and WCW would kick the Federation’s ass! But that’s not all, Shane said. He wanted to introduce Vince to the new owner of ECW… STEPHANIE MCMAHON-HELMSLEY! She said that Shane had defeated Big Show in a Last Man Standing match, and had stood toe-to-toe in a match with Kurt Angle. She said there was just one word that accurately described Shane -- Gladiator! She said that no matter what the odds, Shane always came out on top! Suddenly, the Y2J countdown began, and out came Chris Jericho! Jericho told Stephanie not to sell herself short, since she always ended up on the bottom, on the side, upside down and bent over! He said that for her, a "SummerSlam" was a quickie on a hot summer night! He said when her body hits the floor, it was usually naked with a paying customer! Stephanie told Jericho he was pretty funny, and he was pretty catty. She said he was like a girl in that way, and that his mouth always got him in trouble. She said she remembered numerous occasions when Triple H had beaten him up! Y2J said that The Game had been gone for such a long time, and he knew how lonely she was, and that she had been forced to form an alliance with many superstars, lighting guys, prop guys, and nearly everyone else! Jericho then said he had footage to prove that fact, as he showed a video still of a less-endowed Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley. Back when Triple H and Stephanie McMahon first formed the "McMahon-Helmsley Regime" rumors went rampant that Jericho's constant negative remarks towards WWF Chairman's daughter would lead into the two having a relationship and "screwing" Triple H. It has been previously reported that "The Game" plays backstage politics to his advantage to secure his spot as the "#1 Blonde-Heel" in the WWF which is what Jericho would be if he aligned with Stephanie. The current situation is much different as Vince McMahon personally doesn't see Jericho as a main-eventer, but a lot have been pushing for it to happen. The feeling is since the crowd is not hesitant to jump on Stephanie with less-than flattering remarks about her physique, that Jericho can exploit those in his promos and get more established and better over as a top tier baby face. Do not look for it to be a scheme as there is next to no chance that the Triple H-Stephanie McMahon on-air relationship will be torn while Triple H is rehabbing his injured quadriceps tear. Summer Slam PPV Jericho eventually was able to hit Rhyno with a drop-kick and made a cover, but Stephanie distracted the referee! Y2J walked over and pushed the ref out of the way and then planted a huge kiss right on Stephanie! As Stephanie coughed and was nauseous outside the ring, Jericho tried to end the match with a Lionsault, but Rhyno was able to kick out! The Man Beat then went to lock Y2J into his own Walls of Jericho! As Jericho screamed, he inched his way to the ropes - which caused Rhyno to break the hold! Internet Rumor ----- Stephanie McMahon did not suggest the idea of Chris Jericho mocking her breast implants on RAW, but it was brought up in a production meeting and Stephanie claimed if it was a good stepping-stone for Jericho, that she was for the idea. Stephanie also requested that she take an accidental gore from Rhyno at SummerSlam, but was convinced by Triple H to withdraw her request. Many backstage say Stephanie is a great team-player and is more than willing to make herself look stupid, with examples such as the Austin-appreciation song, to better the company. Monday Night Raw In Stone Cold's dressing room, Stephanie entered the room and Austin nearly jumped out of his skin! Austin told Steph that she needed to knock, because she scared Debra half to death. Stephanie apologized, and told Austin that his surprise was getting nearer. Austin told Stephanie that Debra was asking if Angle was anywhere nearby, and Stephanie told everyone not to worry, because Angle wouldn't show his face. As Austin went to drink a beer, he cracked it open and nearly jumped out of his skin again! Outside Stone Cold's locker room, Stephanie and Debra got ready to go pick up Austin's surprise. When they found out it was ready, Debra stuck her head in the door and told Austin not to come out until they told him to. Stephanie then made her way out to the ring. The Princess told the Canadian crowd that they were backwards - for example, Canadians shouldn't celebrate Labour Day, because Canada is the laziest country in the world! Steph said that no worked harder than Americans, and the hardest working one is Stone Cold Steve Austin! Then, the most paranoid SOB in sports-entertainment walked out to the ring. Stephanie then showed Stone Cold his surprise - a brand new pickup truck! In the parking area, Debra showed off the features of Austin's new truck and then asked Stone Cold to come back to take her in a ride in it! Austin and Stephanie hurried their way to the back. When they got there, Austin said that he loved his new truck! As he admired it, Kurt Angle jumped out of a production truck and hit Austin from behind! He threw a cinder block with a chain attached to it in the truck and took off with Austin knocked out in the back! In the Alliance dressing room, Stephanie called the "Canadian Police" and described Austin's truck when suddenly, footage appeared on the television of Kurt Angle and Stone Cold. Angle parked the car and started speaking to Austin, who was blindfolded and chained up. Angle took off the blindfold and showed Austin where they were - a river in Toronto. As Austin said he was sorry, Angle kept asking him "What?" Angle threatened to throw Austin over the bridge, and Stone Cold kept saying he was sorry, and Angle said he didn't want to do it. Austin said thank you, and Angle continued saying he didn't want to do it - but only because the bridge wasn't nearly high enough! Back at the arena, Stephanie demanded that the members of the Alliance get moving so someone could help Stone Cold! At a different, higher, bridge in Toronto, Kurt Angle led Stone Cold to the edge. Stone Cold said that he was sorry for throwing his medals in the Detroit River, and that he would go back and get them. Angle said it was too late for that. Kurt said he wanted Austin to beg, and then he put the blindfold back on Austin! Angle said if he didn't beg and cry, Angle would throw Austin over the edge faster than Austin threw his medals over the edge last week! Back in the ring, Debra pleaded with Kurt Angle not to hurt her husband. She cried and sobbed and said that Austin may be a bad guy, but he was the love of her life. She begged Kurt not to hurt her husband. At the bridge, Angle demanded for Austin to beg. Austin said he was sorry, and Angle kept asking him "What?" Austin said he was so sorry. Angle called him pathetic for begging him, and then told him to cry. Austin said he couldn't cry. Angle told him to cry, and Austin started crying. Angle called him pathetic and a joke! Austin said he was sorry and that he was such a jackass for throwing his medals into the river. Angle said there was one thing he wanted more than his medals - a match for the WWF Championship! Monday Night Raw Michael Cole knocked on The Rock's dressing room looking for an interview. Cole made a mistake by barging in on The Rock, who was in the shower. The Rock stormed out, and asked what in the blue hell was wrong with him. The Rock chastised Cole for rudely barging in on him then accused Cole of staring at The People's Strudel! Michael Cole finally got his interview with The Rock, asking who would be Test's partner. First, The Rock said he had two words for Cole: eye contact. The Rock said tonight provided practice for his handicap match at Unforgiven. The Rock said the person needed to be fast, easy to manipulate, and - because that person had to line up with Test - needed to have no testicles. That person would have to be Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley! The Rock said he couldn't wait to face the former lovers. He could practically hear the wedding theme. "Here comes a Test," The Rock sang. "With the woman with enormous breasts." In the locker room. Stephanie stormed in and asked Test if he heard what The Rock said. Test said he didn't need Stephanie's help and that he would take on The Rock himself. Stephanie insisted on her involvement and said she would kick The Rock's ass! She ran off to prepare while Test continued to protest. The main event of the evening began with Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley personally introducing, "The man who will help me kick The Rock's ass ... Test!" Stephanie sat down next to Paul Heyman and donned a headset as The Rock emerged from beneath the TitanTron. Test got the early jump on The Great One and assumed control. The Rock battled back with a Samoan Drop and then hurled Test over the top rope. Once Test disabled Rocky outside the ring, Stephanie literally stepped in. She landed a series of kicks to The Rock's body before Test brought the WCW Champion back in the ring. Rock managed to kick out of Test's cover after taking a sidewalk slam. The San Antonio crowd began chanting The Rock's name while Test pummled The Rock. A sudden DDT from The Rock sent both men to the mat and evened things up. The Rock then took over, landing a series of shots to Test in the corner. Test fell victim to a spinebuster and Rocky readied a People's Elbow. Stephanie averted the most electrifying move in sports entertainment by grabbing Rock's ankle when he neared the rope. Test took advantage and landed a Big Boot to Rock's face when The Great One turned around! Stephanie then tried to cover The Rock but he kicked out! Rock threw Test out of the ring and went for a Rock Bottom on Stephanie, but Test caught Rock from begind. Booker T began walking to ringside, and managed to catch Stephanie just as Rock - thrown by Test - crashed into Stephanie. Test turned back to The Rock and found himself dropped by a Rock Bottom which allowed the WCW Champion to hold his title. Monday Night Raw Elsewhere, Stephanie paced in anger over what her brother had said when Rob Van Dam walked up and asked her if there was anything he could do that would make her feel better. Stephanie said that he could pin Chris Jericho later. RVD asked if that was it, and she said that he could also put the Hardcore title on the line against Jericho at Unforgiven! RVD said it would be no problem! Later, ECW owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley teamed with Test to take on WCW Champion The Rock in a handicap match! The action began with Test and Rock in the ring, but Rocky quickly exited the ring and knocked Stephanie off the ring apron. The Rock re-entered the ring, where Test was waiting for him. The Rock fought his way back and began laying the smack down on Test. After Rock nailed Test with a DDT, Rock went for a pin, but Test kicked out. Then, Test tagged in his partner Stephanie! Rock went to hit Steph with a Rock Bottom, but Test made the save! Stephanie quickly tagged Test, who was hit by a Rock Bottom! When Rock went for the pin, the referee, Nick Patrick, was in the corner talking to Stephanie! So Rock got up and hit Patrick with a Rock Bottom! With Test and the referee down, Rock dragged Stephanie into the ring. As Rock went after her, Shane Mcmahon and Booker T entered the ring and took down The Rock! 09/21/01 Internet Rumors ----- In the past few weeks there seems to have been somewhat of reconciliation between Stephanie McMahon Helmsley and Test. The unholy alliance occurred when Test turned his back on the WWF, and joined the Alliance. It has been rumored that we could possibly see a rejuvenation take place between Test and Stephanie, possibly culminating in the return angle for the Game, Triple H. [Amish Patel] ----- As of late, there has been a lot of controversy regarding Stephanie McMahon's sudden switch in theme music on last week's Raw ... As many know, currently - Stephanie comes out to ECW/WCW's theme music … Before the Invasion angle, her entrance theme was done by Drowning Pool - titled “Let The Bodies Hit The Floor.” Many reports hinted that this sudden change could be a sign of her possibly re-uniting with Triple H upon his return. Apparently, the reason why the World Wrestling Federation switched Stephanie's music was to stay away from offending any victims of last week's tragedy. In Macon Telegraph's publication, a writer stated that Clear Channel Communications, a company that owns many popular/major radio stations across the nation, had a list of songs that they felt should be pulled from the public as a result of all of the recent events happening. Unforgiven PPV 09/24/01 Monday Night Raw The Rock was asked by Michael Cole his thoughts about his WCW Title defense against Rob Van Dam. The Rock explained that Unforgiven was a very special night for him because he walked out still the WCW Champion. Rock then said that tonight was also a special night because for the first time, he would be defending the WCW Title against Rob Van Dam. Tonight was also special to The Rock because it was Stephanie's birthday, and he warned her that if she got involved in The Rock's match, then just like the doctor wiped all the afterbirth goo off her body 25 years ago, Rock would slap her candy ass! Rock then wanted to help celebrate Stephanie's birthday by singing her a birthday song: Happy Birthday to Steph - You're a ho with big breasts - So take the night off from hooking - If you smell what The Rock is cooking! It was finally time for The Rock's WCW Title defense against Rob Van Dam. But before the match began, Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley, the Billion Dollar Princess/birthday girl, made her way to ringside to cheer on Van Dam, and smirked at the People's Champion, who she pinned last week on RAW. Rock got started with a couple of quick arm drag take downs, and RVD answered with a reverse heel kick. When the fight took to the outside, the Federation Hardcore Champion gained the advantage and nearly won after a flying karate kick from the top rope. Much to the delight of Stephanie, Van Dam continued on the offensive, ramming Rock's head into the steel steps before taking apart the American announce table. When RVD charged The Rock, the WCW Champion backdropped him on that very table. Back in the ring, Van Dam kicked out after a Rock spinebuster, and soon missed a split-legged moonsault. Stephanie then got involved by slapping The Rock. But the Great One battled back with a series of right hands, DDT and a Sharpshooter! But Stephanie climbed to the apron, which forced Rock to break the hold and chase Stephanie up the rampway. Rock grabbed Steph by the hair and dragged her into the ring. He was about to give her the Rock Bottom, but RVD caught him from behind. Van Dam then went up for the Five Star Frog Splash, but Stephanie pushed referee Charles Robinson into the ropes, which forced RVD to slip and fall! Thursday Smackdown Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley provided color commentary for the Hardcore Championship match between Rob Van Dam and Chris Jericho. As RVD hit the ring, he questioned why Stephanie was at ringside, after he had asked her to stay in the back. The match was fast and furious, just like their first match at Unforgiven, and the fans chanted "RVD" and "Y2J" all the way through. RVD soon came off the top for a dropkick, but Jericho caught him and locked him in the Walls of Jericho. Stephanie then got in the ring and was about to nail Y2J with a chair, but Jericho caught the Billion-Dollar Princess and trapped her in the Walls of Jericho! That allowed RVD to nail Jericho with a savate kick. Y2J battled back, crushing Stephanie and the referee in the corner and hitting a bulldog onto a steel chair, and then nailing the Lionsault. But a groggy referee was unable to count the pinfall. Moments later, Jericho went for a flyinf forearm on RVD, but he ducked, and Y2J nailed Stephanie instead! RVD then snuck up behind Y2J and hit him with the Van Daminator, allowing him to score the pinfall win. After the match, a number of Alliance members ran to ringside to check on Stephanie, who seemed to be unconscious at ringside. Moments later, Stephanie complained to the Alliance members backstage, sending some of them to get her water and then whining that she needed a specialist. Stephanie said she'd like nothing more than to see Stone Cold Steve Austin defeat Kurt Angle to become World Wrestling Federation Champion. As she continued to speak, the Y2J countdown began, and out came Jericho himself! As the crowd chanted for Y2J, Jericho told Stephanie that it was good to see her again. Monday Night Raw Stephanie then said speaking of Champions, the new WCW Champion, Chris Jericho...Vince cut Stephanie off, and Vince informed Stephanie that Chris Jericho has been booked to compete tonight. He's involved in a tag team match. Jericho is going to help beat the Dudley Boyz and bring back the WWF Tag Team Titles where they belong. By the way, Jericho's tag team partner here tonight, The Rock! Quite frankly, if the two of them are up for it, there are lots more challenges headed their way tonight. Shane asked if he wants to keep throwing on challenges, what's to stop Shane from walking down this ramp and kicking Vince's ass?! Shane and Stephanie started to walk to the ring, but the Alliance Commissioner made his way out to try to restrain Shane. Vince asked Shane to come on. What is stopping him from coming into the ring? Vince got ready for a fight, and Shane said that Vince is lucky. Not in front of mom. Linda questioned that, and she told Vince to look at their children. What has happened to them? Where did they go wrong? Look at their daughter. She has become a man eater, and their son is a wuss! Shane wanted to get in the ring and fight, but William Regal stopped him from doing so. Thursday Smackdown Later Vince and Linda were celebrating Al Snow's win over Tazz backstage, when Sgt. Slaughter came in with a message from Shane. Shane had sent the message that he was waiting in the parking lot, and wanted to fight Vince in a street fight. Vince said he'd been waiting for this since WrestleMania, and that this wouldn't take long. He told Linda to wait in the locker room. Vince went out to the parking lot and called out his son, but Shane was nowhere to be found. Back in the McMahon locker room, Shane and Stephanie entered, much to Linda's surprise. Shane said that he wouldn't fight Vince in a street fight on SmackDown! -- he would do it on Monday's RAW. Shane took his mom to task for calling him a wuss on RAW, and challenged her to do it again. He physically intimidated Linda, to the point where she slapped him to break free. Shane said it didn't feel good to be slapped, and he held his mom and allowed Stephanie to slap her mom right in the face! Shane called his mom a wuss as he and his mom exited the locker room. During the break, Shane and Stephanie ran from the arena. Moments later, Vince returned to the locker room to find Linda crying, and with a big bruise on her face. Vince asked Sgt. Slaughter to take Linda to the car, and the Federation chairman was clearly not a happy man. The main event on SmackDown! was a Hardcore Championship match, as The Rock challenged Rob Van Dam. The men soon battled up the ramp, and as they battled back to the ring, they started using steel chairs and garbage cans. Rock scored a near-fall after a Rock Bottom onto a garbage can! Rock looked to have the title won with a sharpshooter, but Shane McMahon came down and broke it up. RVD then went up for the Five-Star Frog Splash, and Shane threw the ref back into the ring. Survivor Series PPV 11/19/01 Monday Night Raw Mr. McMahon came back into the ring and said there was still a ton of business to be taken care of that night. He requested that his son and daughter join him in the ring without any music or fanfare. Shane and Stephanie walked down the entrance ramp arm in arm to a loud chorus of booing. Vince said he was so proud to hear the arena calling his daughter a slut! "What has happened to our family?," Vince asked. He said that before he gave his children a piece of his mind, he would let his kids speak first. Shane congratulated his father for winning the sports-entertainment battle. "I lost to the better man," Shane admitted. With his head hung in shame, Shane O’Mac crawled through the ropes and left the arena. Now it was Stephanie’s turn. She cried that she was young and made mistakes. She said her biggest mistake was listening to her brother Shane would convinced her to go against her father after purchasing WCW. It was Shane, Stephanie said, who told her to slap their mother on SmackDown! several weeks ago. "And dad, when I told you I wanted you to die, that was all Shane’s idea too!" Stephanie whined. Stephanie claimed that the only thing Shane told the truth about was what he just uttered moments ago. Vince was the better man. The Billion-Dollar Princess said that her father was a genius. Stephanie stared at her father with big, blue puppy-dog eyes and whined that she was sorry. Vince took back the microphone and called for security to take "this woman" out of the ring! Internet Rumors ----- With Shane and Stephanie McMahon now seeming out of a job in the storylines, expect them to become more involved backstage. Stephanie McMahon will most likely be in charge of the creative team handling with her brother, Shane focusing more on the administrative duties. In addition, also expect Shane to run the New Media department, including overseeing WWF publications. [Amish Patel] ----- Stephanie McMahon has recently told the writers to not push her character as much on TV. [Deven Vickerman] ----- Apparently a few of the WWF writers have approached former WWF women's champion Stephanie Helmsley and asked if she would be interested in getting back into the ring, and involved with an angle for the WWF women's belt once again. An angered Stephanie told Flair that he might be a good wrestler, but he was a stupid businessman! She said Flair had no chance without her. Stephanie said her husband was coming back on Jan. 7, and if he didn't hire her back, there would be some repercussions!
