Backstage, Stephanie McMahon Helmsley attempted to enter the arena, but the security guard said she wasn’t on the list. Stephanie said that Mr. Flair must have forgotten to put her name there but she was expected. The guard refused to let her into the ring. A miffed Stephanie said that Triple H, her husband, would be back on RAW and she would be in a position of great power once again. She vowed that the guard would be the first person she fires.

Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley once again appeared in front of the security guard, this time wheeling Mr. Dudley into the arena. Mr. Dudley was on the list, but the guard once again refused to let the Billion Dollar Princess into the building. As Mr. Dudley entered the arena, Stephanie tried to use her womanly charms to coerce the guard into letting her in. "Uh Stephanie, I’m gay," came the guard’s reply. Stephanie’s jaw dropped as Billy Gunn and Chuck Palumbo walked into the arena past the adoring guard.

Ric Flair met up with Arn Anderson backstage. Flair said he had been taking care of some serious business. Arn said that some serious stuff had gone on that night in the MCI Center. Arn described what happened earlier that night with Mr. McMahon and Stone Cold Steve Austin. Flair said he was going into the ring to take care of Mr. McMahon.

Flair did in fact enter the ring and told Vince to get in front of a monitor and listen. Flair said Mr. McMahon has a date with destiny as he has a match versus Flair at the Royal Rumble! Flair said Mr. McMahon may have gotten used to controlling people’s lives from his plush office in Stamford, CT, but not Vince would have to walk the walk. Flair wondered how Vince thought he had a chance of beating the Nature Boy. Suddenly, Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley tried to rush into the ring, but she was stopped by security guards. Flair told the guards to let her go and he beckoned her into the ring. As she walked towards the ring she had to button and zip her pants up!

Stephanie said that letting her into the ring was a very smart business decision. She said she has been impressed with Flair for a very long time. She said she had a crush on the Nature Boy when she watched him in her youth. As she got older, that crush turned into respect for the 14-time champion. He was great in the ring, but when it came to business, Stephanie said that Flair falls a little bit shoulder. When it comes to business, Stephanie said that she is the man. She has no doubt that Ric Flair will destroy her father at the Rumble. While she was talking, Flair began bouncing off the ropes and demonstrating elbow drops. An annoyed Stephanie stopped him and slapped him! Stephanie said that Flair had four days to decide if he wanted her to help him. She then stated "Once Triple H returns, the game will really begin!" 01/10/02 Thursday Smackdown
As the show went on the air, Debra was discussing her upcoming schedule when she was approached by Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley. Stephanie said that her husband was back, and that The Game would kick Stone Cold Steve Austin's butt in the Royal Rumble -- obviously trying to create some tension between her husband and Debra's! Stephanie next excused herself and headed for the ring.

In the ring, Stephanie said she couldn't wait to come to MSG tonight to thank the fans for showing her husband the respect they did on Monday night. She said that Triple H had not yet arrived to the arena, but she knew she could do whatever she wanted, because The Game was back, and she's The Game's wife!

Without her business savvy and brains, she said Triple H never would have been the success he was in the World Wrestling Federation, saying he never would have been Federation Champion, and he never would have returned after his injury. She said Triple H appreciates her, and with her by his side, he will go on to win the Royal Rumble and become Federation Champion!

Stephanie said that Triple H knew that her brains would get him further than any other superstar. She reminded the fans that The Game was back, and she was The Game's wife. She said she points her finger, and The Game destroys. And she said that no Federation Superstar wanted her to point her finger in their direction -- especially Ric Flair.

Stephanie said that if Flair would have listened to her in the first place, he wouldn't be laid up with a concussion, the result of Vince McMahon's attack on Monday's RAW. Stephanie said she believed in second chances, and she knew Flair wouldn't want her pointing her finger in his direction, because when she points at Flair, her husband will destroy him, and that goes for everyone in the arena.

Suddenly, security guards headed for the ring, and Stephanie yelled that they had better be careful, or else she would point her finger at them too. She said they were lucky she was finished, and she then left the ring on her own accord, but not before again reminding fans that The Game was back, and so was she. [wwf.com]

01/11/02 Internet News/Rumors
According to various reports, Triple H is expected to turn on his wife Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley this coming Monday on RAW in Madison Square Garden. This could explain the return of Stephanie McMahon to television lately and her continuous reference to Triple H's return in her defense against guys like Ric Flair. If "The Game" does in fact turn on his wife, this would obviously make his stand as a babyface. If last night's house show report is any indication, Triple H will be returning as a babyface which was generally expected. [Matthew Boone]

WebMaster's Note: Obviously this did not happen Monday night but let's face it, as much as Stephanie is popping off about her "making" Triple H it's a foregone conclusion that he is going to dump her hard!

----- Triple H appeared on the Howard Stern show Monday (Jan. 7th) morning and as you might have guessed, Stern was more interested in HHH's sexual life than his actual return tonight. Stern asked HHH if he really had sex with Chyna, to which HHH said yes. Stern then pushed more buttons asking if he ever had....anal with her! Triple H said it's true and Stern threw in a cheap shot saying, "That's as close to a gay as you can get!" Stern moved over on Stephanie McMahon asking if it was smart to get in love with her considering her position. HHH said he thought about it but his love to Stephanie won him over. Stern was throwing questions probably hoping Triple H would say something bad about his former fiancée however Triple H kept his cool and never said anything bad about Chyna. Stern then asked him if sex was great with both of them and Triple H said that if sex wasn't great, he wouldn't have lasted 4 years with Laurer and more than a year with Steph. Woooohooo. Bastard. A conversation about his return on TV that night closed the segment. [Colin Vassallo]

----- It has been reported that an on-screen "divorce" angle will start soon between Stephanie McMahon and Triple H with Kurt Angle being the source of their problems. [Amish Patel]

01/14/02 Monday Night Raw
A limo arrived backstage at the arena, and Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley complained about being late to the arena due to getting bad directions from a bell clerk. Her husband, Triple H, got out of the other side of the limo, and seemed to be frustrated with his wife. She told Triple H she wanted him to kick the bell clerk's ass, and Hunter told his wife to calm down, saying he was going to kick some ass tonight, but it wasn't going to be a bell clerk's. So Stephanie instead yelled at the limo driver for not opening her door!

Later Stephanie was shown in the backstage area, trying to get a backstage pass, and Debra walked by. Debra said something to Dave Hebner, and Stephanie said it sounded like Debra said something to her about her husband and the Royal Rumble. Debra told Stephanie that Stone Cold is going to whip Triple H's butt! Stephanie said she guesses it's true what they say. Blondes are dumb, because Triple H is going to kick Stone Cold's butt. Stephanie and Debra continued to argue, and Debra said that Stone Cold is going throw Triple H over the top rope. Stephanie said that she happens to know that Triple H is going to throw Debra over the top rope. The two shoved each other as they argued, and Debra slapped Stephanie across the face, and then Stephanie slapped Debra back! Debra then took Stephanie down by the hair and then Stephanie pulled Debra down and the two fought and WWF officials were there to break it up. Harvey Wippleman tried to tell Debra that's enough, but Debra told him to shut up, and she slapped him across the face! For Pics - Click Here.

A few minutes later while Triple H was getting ready backstage Stephanie complained about Debra, and how she had messed up her hair and make-up. The Game finally had had enough, and said he didn't need these distractions! Stephanie said she had been standing up for her husband after Debra had claimed that Austin would beat Hunter. The Game said he had beaten Austin before, and if Austin got in his way at the Rumble, he would do it again.

Awhile later backstage, Stephanie was looking at her wedding ring as Triple H paced. The Game said he was heading to the ring, and that he was going alone. Stephanie didn't look happy to hear that she would have to remain backstage. [wwf.com, wwf.powerwrestling.com]

WebMaster's Note:  Boy it sure would be nice to see a good female feud like the good ole days.  Lots of backstage and on-mic nastiness with the always present danger of hair pulling and catfighting.  We haven't had one of these in ages. I hope the WWF continues this storyline and it develops into a full blown feud.  It will be interesting to see which Diva pops out of her halter top first.  Puppies and more Puppies!!

01/17/02 Thursday Smackdown
Debra and Stone Cold talked backstage, and Debra said she was still mad about what happened between her and Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley on RAW. She said she wanted Austin and Triple H to defeat Booker T and Angle, while she would destroy Stephanie. Austin said that he wanted Debra to stay in the locker room, and to worry about Stephanie later, because he had business to take care of in the ring. He said he had no doubts she would get Stephanie later.

Triple H was preparing for his match backstage, and talking to Stephanie. Stephanie said she was so excited that Debra was not allowed at ringside. She theorized that it was because Debra was of no value at ringside, unlike her. Triple H said he didn't want Stephanie at ringside either. Triple H said it was his first match back, and he had to go out there with Stone Cold three days before they tear each other apart at the Rumble. He said he didn't want Austin as his partner. He said this whole thing wasn't about Stephanie, it was about him, and he wanted no distractions at ringside, because he needed to do this alone.

The main event on SmackDown! saw Triple H compete in his first television match in eight months, as he teamed with Stone Cold Steve Austin against Kurt Angle and Booker T, just three days before all four men enter the Royal Rumble match! The match on SmackDown! was made by Mr. McMahon, who forced The Game to team with the Rattlesnake, knowing their combustible history together. Triple H and Stonecold went on to win the match. 01/18/02 Internet Rumors
Rumors are to Look for a HHH/Stephanie McMahon divorce angle with Kurt Angle the source of the trouble. [Wrestlingdotcom]

----- As we saw this past week on Raw, there was a heated dispute between Stephanie and Debra. Although many would like to see these two battle it out in the ring, as of now the writers, including Stephanie, do not appear to be leaning this way. [Amber Andrews]

WebMaster's Note: Well this would shoot down our wish for a good feud (see above).  Leave it to the WWF to once again not further a good storyline for the women.

----- Word has it that Stephanie might be placed with Kurt Angle shortly after the Royal Rumble since she failed to get over as a face in December, and since Triple H is a huge face. A divorce angle of some sort is rumored to be taking place, and Kurt Angle is supposedly going to be the mole from which all of the problems between Stephanie and Triple H will sprout from. [Fred Cook]

01/21/02 Monday Night Raw
Triple H and Stephanie were backstage, and Stephanie was ranting and complaining about the fact that Triple H was teaming up with The Rock in a match against Y2J and Kurt Angle. She told him that after everything The Rock had said about her she wanted Triple H to go into The Rock's locker room and "kick his ass."

"It's supposed to be that I point my finger and you destroy, and I'm pointing right now!" Triple H calmly asked her "When are you going to realize that the whole world does not revolve around what you want?" A surprised Stephanie asked him how he could say that to her. She told him that he had really changed and she was upset that he hadn't even acknowledged her contributions to his success. Triple H injured the Billion Dollar Princess' ego even further by telling her "Make a contribution to my sanity and do the one thing that you never seem able to do... Shut up!" [owow.com]

01/24/02 Thursday Smackdown
The King and Michael Cole then addressed the rumors concerning the relationship status of Triple H and Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley. The King said that after seeing the look in Triple H’s eyes when he was talking to Steph on RAW, he was convinced the rumors were true.

Backstage, Stephanie and Lilian Garcia were getting coffee when Lilian commented on how surprised she was to see Steph at SmackDown! because she had seen what happened between her and Triple H on RAW. She offered to talk to Stephanie about her problem if she wanted. Mrs. Game said that the only problem she had was Lilian, and she threw hot coffee all over the screaming ring announcer!

In their locker room, Stephanie was reveling in what she had done to Lilian to Triple H. The Game looked like he could care less. Steph told Triple H that he should pay attention to her because she was the one that made him what he is in this business. She said that he may love the business, but her family is the business. Steph started talking about what her father did for his company, but Triple H interrupted her and said Vince was an asshole. The Game said that after everything her father had put her through, he couldn’t understand why she still worshipped the ground he walked on. An enraged Stephanie said that her father had told her that Triple H had only married her to get into the McMahon family, but The Game said he married her in spite of her family. He said that Vince had never thought he was good enough for her, and Steph wondered if maybe her father was right. An upset Triple H then said that maybe everyone else was right about what they thought of Stephanie.

Triple H was standing in a hallway backstage when Sharmell approached him. She asked him if he was ok, but he told her that it wasn’t a good time to talk. European Champion Christian then approached Triple H and told him that he knew how The Game felt. He commented on how Stephanie had quite a temper. Christian started walking away, but an enraged Game grabbed the Euro Champ by the hair and started beating him down! [wwf.com]

01/28/02 Monday Night Raw
Ric Flair relaxed in his office when Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley came in. She wanted to know why Flair had put her husband in a match against Booker T for that evening. As she complained, Flair cut her off and said he was sorry for not bowing to the princess’ wishes. He said if she had a complaint, she should file it with her father who was responsible for booking the match. But she’d have to take a number because Flair had dibs on talking to Vince when he arrived about the nWo.

Triple H prepped for his match with Booker T when Stephanie came in and asked where his wedding band was. He said he always takes it off when he wrestles. Stephanie said that Vince made his match that evening and maybe Hunter shouldn’t have put Vince down the way he did on SmackDown! Triple H said it didn’t matter, because he would kick Booker T’s ass. Stephanie said that maybe Triple H needed some help. The Game said he would be just fine by himself.

During the match Christian raced down and beat up on Triple H before throwing him into the ring. Booker T, though, could only get a two-count. Christian once again tried a distraction, but Stephanie ran to the ring and smacked the assailant. The Game responded by smashing Christian to the ground. Triple H berated his wife, then was smacked from behind by Booker which dropped Stephanie to the ground and earned Booker the win! The Game stormed to the back angrily while ignoring Stephanie’s crying apology.

During the commercial break, Stephanie continued her futile attempt to apologize, but The Game was having none of it, slamming his locker room door in her face. Stephanie began beating on the door which Triple H ignored. Finally she screamed at the closed door telling Triple H that she loved him. Suddenly the door opened and Triple H plopped Stephanie's travel bag into her arms! With Steph standing there in amazement and shock Triple H then grabbed her shoes and placed them onto the bag, turned around and slammed the door again. A totally 'crazed' Stephanie began screaming and crying at the top of her lungs while walking down the hallway. [wwf.com, owow.com]

01/31/02 Thursday Smackdown
Jim Ross conducted a sit-down interview with Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley, and the subject of the interview was her career and her marriage. J.R. said that since her failed investment with ECW, her career has been on a downslide, so she was hanging on desperately to her husband's coattails. Stephanie told the fans to wait and see what she was capable of. Stephanie said the fans should give her some credit for what she did this summer -- not only nursing her husband back to health, but also purchasing her own company and forming the Alliance. She said she was the epitome of a career woman, and if she'd never listened to her brother in the first place, she would be a success right now.

J.R. asked about what had happened on RAW, when she accidentally cost Triple H a match against Booker T. Stephanie said she had made a mistake, and everyone made mistakes. She said after all the good things she had done, you couldn't get on her case for one mistake. Footage was then shown from RAW of the backstage blow-up between Triple H and Stephanie after the bout, and Stephanie looked like she was about to cry watching the footage.

She said it hurt her feelings, but she forgave Triple H, and that's what love and marriage were all about. J.R. wanted to talk about her marriage. He said there were rumors about infidelity early in their marriage. She said she would never cheat on her husband, and she couldn't believe J.R. was asking that question. J.R. then asked if she thought Triple H would ever cheat on her, and Stephanie said Hunter never even looked at other women, because there was no other women who was as beautiful, sweet, loving, and good in bed as she was!

J.R. asked about all the temper tantrums and yelling on TV, saying her actions on TV were sometimes childlike. Stephanie said that all fans see if what is on television, and they don't see how happy they are in day-to-day life. Stephanie said J.R. could take all the rumors and questions from fans and shove them. Stephanie said she would give J.R. personal answers -- ones that he didn't want to hear. But as far as her marriage was concerned, she was going to prove to the world how much Triple H loved her. She thanked J.R. and left to go take care of something, saying it would prove to the world just how perfect her marriage was. [wwf.com]

02/04/02 Monday Night Raw - Stephanie Announces She's Pregnant
Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley had a big smile on her face as her husband complained to her about being attacked by Angle and having to put his WrestleMania title shot on the line. The Game asked why she was smiling, and Stephanie said she had some great news, news that would change his whole world. She said she had a big surprise, and she would announce it tonight! He asked what the news was, and she said he would have to wait and see!

Later in the evening with a huge smile still on her face, Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley headed to the ring. The Billion-Dollar Princess called her husband down to the ring because it was time for her big surprise! The Game joined his wife in the ring, but didn't look like he was too enthused by whatever she had to say.

Stephanie said that last week on SmackDown!, she had an epiphany, and although she hated to admit it, she saw that J.R. was right about a couple of things. She said it did seem like their marriage was falling apart, and there was only one way to prove their love for each other. She said that next week on RAW, they should renew their wedding vows! She said she waited to make the announcement until they were in Las Vegas, since that's where they got married in the first place! She asked Triple H what he thought, and The Game said it was the stupidest idea he'd ever heard! He asked what was the matter with her, and why did everything have to be on live TV? He asked why everything they did all had to be in front of the world, no matter how private. Stephanie said it was because of the fans, who all doubted her, and thought she was a failure in life. She said the fans thought she was just hanging onto Triple H's coattails, and she said her reputation was on the line, and that Hunter had to do this for her.

Triple H asked if this Monday on RAW she wanted him to renew their wedding vows and to stand in front of the world and to express his love for her. Stephanie said yes, and The Game said no. Stephanie said he couldn't say no, and that he had to do this for her. Triple H then snapped, asking why he had to do it for her! He said she always got her way, and that it was all about her! Stephanie began to cry as The Game began to walk out on her -- and she then revealed that she is pregnant! She said she didn't want to reveal this in front of everyone. She said that's why she was so moody and argumentative. She said it didn't matter what anyone else thought, and that she knew how bad he wanted to be a dad and how bad she wanted to be a mom. She said that's why they should renew their vows -- so they could be a family. She said not to do it for her or for him -- to do it for the baby.

The Game pondered for a few moments, and then got a huge smile on his face! He hugged his wife and gave her a big kiss to celebrate the news! [wwf.com]

02/07/02 Thursday Smackdown
Footage was shown from earlier in the day of Triple H and Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley meeting with Stephanie's doctor. The doctor said he had good news -- an ultrasound showed that Stephanie is already eight weeks along, and everything was developing just fine. The Game looked at a picture taken during the ultrasound, and was amazed by what he saw.

The final match of the night was a handicap match between Triple H and Angle/Y2J. The Game went for the Pedigree on Angle, but Y2J brought a steel chair into the ring. Jericho missed The Game with the chairshot, and The Game set up Y2J for the Pedigree. But Angle gave Triple H the Angle Slam from behind -- right onto the chair! Angle then pinned him to win the bout!

After the bout, Stephanie walked to the ring to check on her husband. Jericho approached Stephanie, who begged Y2J not to touch her, since she is with child. Triple H then snuck up behind Angle and nailed him with a chair, and also nailed Jericho across the skull with the chair! The Game and his wife embraced after the attack -- but Angle snuck up from behind and knocked Triple H down, right onto his wife! Stephanie screamed in pain, and The Game checked on his wife as SmackDown! went off the air! [wwf.com]

02/08/02 Internet Rumor
Rumor has it that the Triple H/Stephanie pregnancy angle will end with being just a lie to win back Triple H or it will be Chris Jericho's baby. [Wrestlingdotcom]

02/11/02 Monday Night Raw - Renewal Of Wedding Vows
Triple H watched footage in his locker room from last Thursday's SmackDown!, of Kurt Angle knocking him right onto his pregnant wife, who was apparently OK after the hit. Stephanie entered his locker room. and begged him not to go after Kurt Angle, saying the baby was fine, and she was OK, and she wanted it to be a perfect night. She made The Game promise there would be no fights on RAW, and he promised. He just said he had something he had to take care of, and he said he wouldn't break his promise.

Triple H walked backstage, and ran into Arn Anderson, who wished him well. Arn said a package had showed up for The Game on Flair's desk, and he passed it on to Triple H.  A few minutes later while Stephanie was getting ready backstage with several hairdressers Triple H entered the locker room, throwing the package onto the couch. He asked for a moment alone with his wife, and said he had something he'd been wanting to give Stephanie for a while. He handed her a small box, with a diamond ring inside. Stephanie was amazed by it. He put it on her finger, and said he'd been wanting her to have something like that for a long time. Stephanie said she loved it, and couldn't stop looking at it.

Stephanie stared at her ring backstage, saying it was time for her to get dressed. She seemed disappointed because it seemed her dad would not be walking her down the aisle. Triple H said the night wasn't about her father -- it was about the two of them and their baby. The two then shared a passionate kiss, and Stephanie left to get dressed.

Triple H was drinking some champagne backstage when Arn Anderson walked in and told him that his mother-in-law, Linda McMahon, had been trying to reach him, and he really needed to give her a call. The Game said he would call her right away.  Moments later, The Game was talking to Linda on the phone, saying how sorry he was she couldn't be there. She said she was sorry too. But she said she had something important to tell him. She said she'd sent him the package that Arn had given him earlier in the day. She said she didn't know who had sent it to her, but she had seen it, and she had passed it along to him. Hunter played the tape, and saw that the man who had pretended to be Stephanie's doctor last week on SmackDown! was actually an actor. The Game couldn't believe what he was seeing, and Linda said she was so sorry, and that Stephanie had been lying -- she's not pregnant! Hunter said it was unbelievable. Linda said she was truly sorry, and Hunter said he was sorry too -- he was real sorry.

Stephanie was showing off her wedding dress backstage, bragging about her baby and about how big the night was. As she talked, Vince McMahon walked up to her and told the other people to go away. Vince told Stephanie that she looked nice, and she returned the compliment. Vince said he would never forget that Stephanie tried to put him out of business or that she said she wanted him to die. But he said that down deep, she was a McMahon and she was daddy's little girl, so he would walk her down the aisle tonight. Stephanie was thrilled, hugging her father. Suddenly, Howard Finkel ran up to Vince, saying he needed to tell Vince something, and it was an emergency. Vince screamed at Howard, saying he was reuniting with his daughter and didn't want to be bothered. In fact, Vince said, he didn't want anyone to approach him until he walked his baby girl down the aisle!

Next up, it was time for Triple and Stephanie to renew their wedding vows. Clad in a tuxedo, Triple H was first to the ring, where a makeshift altar was set up, surrounded by flowers. The Game looked deep in thought as he headed to the ring, and he soon had a smile on his face. After The Game was in the ring, the sounds of "Here Comes the Bride" played in the arena, and Vince McMahon walked Stephanie down the aisle to a chorus of boos.

The minister began the ceremony, with the crowd chanting "What?" after each of the minister's sayings! In fact, Vince asked for some respect during the solemn ceremony! A couple then got onto the stage and sang "When you came into my life" for Triple H and Stephanie, as is the World Wrestling Federation tradition. Stephanie was clearly beaming the entire time.

The minister said that Triple H and Stephanie had written vows to each other, and Stephanie was first. Stephanie said she took Hunter as her husband again, in front of the world, because she wanted to share how she felt about him since the moment she laid eyes on him. She said his smile lit up her heart, his touch made her feel safe, and his words gave her encouragement. She said he was the only one who ever really heard her, and she felt they were destined to be together. She closed by saying, "I love you!"

Now it was Hunter's turn. The Game said that Stephanie's speech was beautiful, and he was overwhelmed. He said he too wanted to tell her how he felt about her. He said they'd been together for more than two years, and they'd had their ups and downs, but despite all of that, last week when she said he would be a father, it was the greatest moment of his life. He said that since that day, he had looked at her in a different way -- not just as his loving wife, but as the mother of his child. He said that when your wife is pregnant, you love her more.

He said standing here tonight, he saw her in a different light again. He said tonight he saw her not just as his loving wife or the mother of his child, but he saw her for what she truly was -- a no-good lying bitch! He screamed at her, asking how she could do this to him! He asked why she had lied, accusing her of hiring an actor to play a doctor, and then faking a picture of their unborn child. Hunter said he had done some pretty bad things, but even he would not go so low. He said she disgusted him, and she cared about nothing but herself, and she never cared about him. He said she didn't have to worry about "us" any longer, because as of this moment, their marriage was over! He said they were through!

Vince got in The Game's face, pushing him away -- causing Triple H to knock Mr. McMahon to the ground! He then destroyed the altar, and gave Vince a Pedigree! Stephanie got right in The Game's face, and he snapped, shoving her to the ground! He ripped the wedding ring off his finer and threw it down onto his soon-to-be ex-wife! Stephanie screamed at Triple H as RAW went off the air! [wwf.com]

02/14/02 Thursday Smackdown
World Wrestling Federation co-owner Mr. McMahon and his daughter, Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley, headed to the ring as the show kicked off. The father and daughter were clearly not in a good mood after Triple H destroyed the wedding on Monday's episode of RAW. Vince said he wasn't going to abandon his daughter during this stressful time, because you could always count on Vince when the chips were down. He said he was always there for family and friends in their time of need, and tonight he would stand by Stephanie. He conceded, saying Stephanie had lied about being pregnant, but said she hadn't done anything that everyone doesn't do every single day. Vince said that everyone in the arena was a liar. He said no one should indict Stephanie for telling one little white lie.

The crowd chanted that Mr. McMahon was being an a**hole, but Vince said the real a**hole was Triple H, who humiliated Stephanie and struck the both of them on RAW. He said striking Stephanie was a sin for which there was no penance, and that Triple H would eternally pay. He said The Game would pay at No Way Out, losing his opportunity to go to WrestleMania to face the World Wrestling Federation Champion.

Stephanie then grabbed the microphone, and said a perfect plan had once again been destroyed by her mother. She said she would deal with her mother later, but for tonight, she would focus on her soon-to-be ex-husband, Triple H. She said Hunter had left her with no way out -- she did lie, but he had made her do it. She said after everything she'd done for him, he hadn't showed her enough respect. She said she hadn't let Hunter in the house over the past couple of days, and she had ripped up all his wrestling pictures, destroyed all his wrestling videotapes, and burned all his family scrapbooks, just as he burned her on Monday night. She said Hunter had tried to destroy her reputation, but she vowed to destroy him and to make his life a living hell.

Vince took the microphone back from his daughter, and said Triple H's living hell would begin on SmackDown! Vince said there would be a tag-team match, pitting Kurt Angle and the Undertaker against Triple H and Maven! Stephanie took back the microphone, and said there was one more thing. She said before the night was over, she would give Triple H a special sweet Stephanie Valentine's Day surprise.

Later in the evening Kurt Angle entered the locker room, and told Stephanie he was sorry for knocking her down last week on SmackDown!, saying that the attack was actually intended for Triple H. Stephanie said it was OK, and Kurt said she deserved much better. Kurt said he and Taker would rip Triple H apart, and Stephanie said she wanted them to rip him apart from limb to limb! Taker said that Stephanie should name a body part, and he and Kurt would break it just for her. Stephanie said that seeing that it was Valentine's Day, she wanted them to rip out The Game's heart!

During the match the Game went for the Pedigree on Taker, but Angle attacked him with a steel chair, ending the bout via disqualification. Angle again nailed Triple H with the chair, and Taker chokeslammed The Game. While Triple H laid nearly unconscious in the middle of the ring Vince and Stephanie made their way to the ring.

Vince then addressed Triple H, saying he had granted his daughter a special provision at No Way Out. Stephanie announced that when The Game faces Kurt Angle with his WrestleMania title shot on the line, she would be the guest referee! She then wished her husband a happy Valentine's Day, and she told Angle to hit him with a steel chair, which he did! 02/17/02 No Way Out PPV (The nWo Made Their Return At This PPV)
The special guest referee, Stephanie McMahon (she told the announcer - no Helmsley), made her way into the squared circle. Kurt Angle and Triple H followed and the match to decide who would become the No. 1 contender was set to begin. Triple H launched into a heated argument with his former wife, which allowed Angle to roll him up quickly and Stephanie to start a quick count that The Game kicked out of.

Shortly into the match, Angle missed a clothesline attempt and knocked Stephanie over the top rope! The referee lay unconscious on the ground outside the ring, but Triple H and Angle continued the fight. More officials came down and carried Stephanie backstage while another took over responsibility for calling the match.

The Game and Angle each displayed their abilities, with each taking turns controlling the other. The Game nearly got a pin following a big spinebuster. Shortly after, a facebuster produced another pin attempt that Angle kicked out of.

Angle, realizing that he was in trouble, sprang off the ropes and knocked the referee down from behind! He followed with a low blow to Triple and an Angle Slam! Suddenly, Stephanie raced back to the ring! She began counting, but Triple H kicked out! Stephanie screamed for Angle to continue his bashing. Angle went for the ankle lock, but Triple H kicked him right into Stephanie, who again went down!

Triple H managed to roll Angle up into a pin, but with two referees down, there was nobody to count! Angle picked himself up and hit a German Suplex on The Game and then brought a steel chair into play. The Game dodged a wild swing and nailed a Pedigree on Angle! Referee Tim White got to his feet and started counting, but Stephanie came alive and knocked him down and delivered a shot to the midsection! Triple H caught Stephanie and set her up for a Pedigree, but two chair shots from Angle stopped him!

Angle followed with an Angle Slam and Stephanie happily slapped out a three count as her ex-husband lay broken and drooling on the mat! [wwf.com]

02/18/02 Monday Night Raw
Backstage, Kurt Angle entered Stephanie McMahon’s locker room. She thanked Angle for having Stone Cold Steve Austin arrested earlier on RAW, and she also thanked him for taking care of her husband, Triple H, "clean" with an Angle Slam at No Way Out. Federation co-owner Ric Flair entered the locker room and told the duo that Mr. McMahon was a genius for making the Angle/Triple H match at No Way Out for the No. 1 contendership. Flair then said that it was such a good idea that Angle would be facing The Game again on RAW for the No. 1 contendership! Flair also added that if Stephanie interfered in any way during the match, then Triple H would automatically regain his Undisputed Federation Championship shot at WrestleMania X8. Flair left as an irate Stephanie and Angle screamed in disgust!

During the match Triple H covered Angle up and got the pinfall to again earn the right to take on Jericho at WrestleMania! [wwf.com]

02/21/02 Thursday Smackdown
Back in his office, Flair was on his cell phone when he heard a knock on his door. He told the person to come in, and in walked Stephanie McMahon. An irate Stephanie told Flair that it was unfair of him to give Triple H another chance to get his WrestleMania title shot against Angle on RAW. Flair said he was just doing what her father had done for No Way Out. Steph told Flair that she was about to slap the smile off his face when a toilet flushed in the background. The Billion Dollar Princess was happy that she was going to have the opportunity to slap Flair’s "Horseman buddy" around too, but it wasn’t Arn in the bathroom... it was Triple H! The Game walked up to a shocked Stephanie and said that life’s a bitch and then you marry one. The insult sent a furious Stephanie screaming out of the office!

Later on Stephanie McMahon made her way to the ring and got on the mic. She said that before the Undertaker kicked Triple H’s ass on SmackDown!, she had an announcement to make. She said that Triple H would win the Undisputed Federation Championship at WrestleMania over her dead body! She continued to talk, but she was cut off by Chris Jericho’s entrance music! Jericho then made his way out to join Steph in the ring. Y2J told Steph that they hadn’t spoken much since he won the Undisputed Championship, but he wanted to come out and say something to her, face-to-face. He said he used to call her filthy, dirty, disgusting and even a trash bag, but he never really meant them. He said he was just saying those things to get a rise out of the fans, but he soon realized that pleasing the fans got him nowhere. Y2J said he was wrong about Stephanie, and that he actually admired her. Now that he is the Undisputed Champion, he sees Steph as she really is - a brilliant, calculating, conniving genius! He said that Triple H is nothing without her.

Stephanie took the mic and said that she totally agreed with Jericho. She said that she is the reason that The Game is a four-time Federation Champion. Steph said that Y2J had given her a great idea. She said that she knows all of The Game’s strengths and, more importantly, his weaknesses. Since they both want Triple H to lose at WrestleMania X8, she proposed that her and Y2J should become more than friends. She then asked Jericho if he would like to become business partners with her. With a big smile, Jericho said that Triple H’s worst nightmare just came true! The duo shook hands, and they made their way to the announce table to be guest commentators for The Game’s match against the Dead Man!

Triple H’s music hit, and the Cerebral Assassin made his way to ringside. The Game locked cold stares with Stephanie and Jericho before walking over to the announce table. Hunter grabbed a water bottle, took a big chug and sprayed water all over Y2J! Jericho and The Game began battling each other around the table before they made their way into the ring. Hunter laid out Jericho, but Steph made her way into the ring and slapped him! Triple H grabbed the hair of his estranged wife and set her up for a Pedigree, but Jericho attacked him from behind. The two continued to go at it until the Undertaker made his way to ringside on his motorcycle!

Triple H mocked the Dead Man from inside the ring, and as Taker tried to climb into the ring, The Game landed a right hand to the face of the long-time veteran. Taker just shook his head, climbed on his bike and retreated to the back without even entering the ring! [wwf.com]

02/25/02 Monday Night Raw
Chris Jericho pulled up in a limo backstage and opened the other passenger door and extended a hand to his new friend, Stephanie McMahon. Stephanie said that he looked amazing with gold. Jericho gave the driver a video tape and ordered him to deliver it to the production truck, saying he had a special surprise for Triple H and the world!

Later in the evening The Undisputed Champion arrived at the ring with Stephanie McMahon at his side. Jericho started off by singing his own praises and saying that when it comes to playing the game, Stephanie is a hall of famer. Jericho said that while he technically he had never beaten Triple H, he had done something much better. He showed footage of the night that Jericho had torn The Game’s quad. He reminded Triple H that Jericho put The Game out of commission for eight months. If it weren’t for Jericho, Triple H may have been able to give his wife the attention she deserved and their marriage wouldn’t have crumbled, and he might have been man enough to get Stephanie pregnant for real. Stephanie said that was doubtful, because in the bedroom, Triple H always came up a little bit short!

The Game’s music hit and out sauntered the Cerebral Assassin. Triple H said it wasn’t so much a matter of him coming up so short, it was just a matter of the field he was playing on being a little too big! Stephanie angrily said she didn’t know what he was talking about. The Game said that even a 747 looks small when flying into the Grand Canyon! He then got into Y2J’s face and said that he wasn’t doing anything that night, so the two should get it on in a non-title match that night! Before Jericho could say anything, Kurt Angle stomped out and said that only Mr. McMahon makes decisions around here. Kurt said that since he was robbed of his WrestleMania title shot, Mr. McMahon granted him a match against Jericho for the Undisputed Championship! He said that he would be more than happy to make Stephanie his business partner after he beats Jericho. Without warning, Triple H pounced on Jericho and sent him flying from the ring! [wwf.com]

02/28/02 Thursday Smackdown
Stephanie McMahon and Undisputed Champion Chris Jericho were in their locker room backstage. Stephanie told Y2J that he would have to team up with Kurt Angle on SmackDown! and that the two of them would get along. Stephanie asked Jericho if he got her her hand lotion, but as he handed it to her, she screamed at him for buying the wrong brand! She told him to go buy her the correct lotion right away, but Jericho said he would do it after his tag match on SmackDown! Stephanie said that he needed her for his big match against Triple H at WrestleMania X8 and he needed to keep her happy, so she demanded Y2J to go buy her the lotion right then!

In the locker room, Triple H and Kane were going over their match strategy before Stephanie walked in. Kane powdered as an enraged Steph yelled at The Game for the comments he made about her on RAW. Steph also said that his lawyers were being completely unreasonable in their divorce settlement. The Game said that 50 percent for each was more than fair. Steph said that since she made Triple H, she not only deserved 50 percent of what they had together, but she also deserves 50 percent of anything The Game earns from now until he dies! The Billion Dollar Princess said she always gets what she wants, and she stormed out of the room.

The main event of SmackDown! saw The Game and Kane team up to battle Undisputed Champion Chris Jericho, who was accompanied to the ring by Stephanie, and Kurt Angle. The Game and the Big Red Machine went to work on Y2J first, but the Living Legend was finally able to tag out to the Olympic Hero. Angle chopped Kane down to size, working on the legs of the behemoth. Angle eventually snapped on the ankle-lock on Kane, but Triple H ran in to make the save. The Big Red Monster finally tagged out to Triple H, allowing The Game to go to work on Kurt. Triple H had the Olympic gold medalist locked in for the Pedigree, but Stephanie ran in and pulled his hair. The Game then set up Stephanie for the Pedigree, but Jericho ran into the ring and laid out Triple H with his championship belt! Angle locked on the ankle-lock onto The Game, but Kane made the save with a flying clothesline from the top rope! Steph re-entered the ring with a steel chair, but she quickly dropped it after locking eyes with Kane. The Big Red Machine picked up the chair and waffled Angle in the head, allowing Triple H to hit a Pedigree on the Olympic Hero for the win as SmackDown! went off the air! [wwf.com]

03/04/02 Monday Night Raw
Backstage, Stephanie McMahon was engaged in a heated phone conversation with Chris Jericho -- who was apparently trying to find Stephanie's house in Greenwich, Conn. Stephanie berated Y2J for not being able to find her special hand lotion. While she was spouting off about how valuable she is to the Undisputed Champion, Triple H came up behind her bearing a box loaded with several of her items. Triple H said he was returning several items because he wanted her out of his life -- and "since it's your box, it's appropriately quite large." He emptied the box at her feet and Stephanie was overjoyed to find her special lotion, which she eagerly spread all over herself. Triple H stared at her then left when Stephanie got more annoyed.

Later on backstage, Kurt Angle found Stephanie McMahon broken out in hives and itching frantically! She accused Triple H of putting a noxious substance in her lotion bottle. Angle -- completely avoiding eye contact with her -- tried to tell Stephanie that it wasn't noticeable, but Stephanie whipped into a rage and ordered Angle to make Triple H pay.

During the cage match between Triple H and Kurt Angle, Stephanie McMahon stomped down the entrance ramp, rash and all. When the referee protested, she pushed him face first into the cage. Just as Triple H was set to exit the cage door, Stephanie slammed it shut right on his face! Angle then tried to leave, but Stephanie locked the door and ordered Angle to beat the snot out of Triple H. Angle began to do just that. He tossed Triple H around until Stephanie was satisfied. She opened the door and Angle began to walk out, but he stopped and decided it would be fun to beat the bejeezus out of The Game some more. That's when the hijinks started. Triple H grabbed Angle and vaulted him face first into the cage. That made Stephanie angry, so she decided to toss a chair into the cage. Instead of it being used by Angle, it was used ON Angle. Triple H hit a DDT on Angle that sent the Olympian's head into the steel!

Stephanie couldn't take anymore. She entered the ring, and smashed her ex-husband repeatedly with the chair! Triple H got his foot hung up between two ropes and was powerless to stop Stephanie as she dragged Kurt out of the cage, giving Angle the victory as RAW went off the air! [wwf.com]

03/07/02 Thursday Smackdown
Backstage, Stephanie McMahon ran into Triple H. She told The Game to stay away from her. The Game mentioned how good her skin was looking now that her hives were gone. Stephanie asked how it felt to lose on Monday night.  Triple H said that since they were returning each other’s stuff, he was going to give back her Corvette -- the one Vince had given her for her 16th birthday -- and it would be here later in the night. Triple H said that he wanted their dog Lucy back. The two argued for a bit about the dog. Triple H asked why she would want the dog anyway, since one bitch in the house was enough! The Game then walked away, as Stephanie stared at a garment bag she had with her, and smiled.

Stephanie McMahon was in her locker room when Undisputed Champion Chris Jericho came in and gave her the water she had apparently asked him to get. He asked why he was running her chores, since he was the Undisputed Champion. Stephanie said she had caused Triple H to lose on RAW, and that was exactly what she would do to The Game at WrestleMania. Stephanie then gave Y2J a gift -- Triple H's first robe. She said the robe was given to The Game by his mentor, Killer Kowalski. She said the robe was half hers, and the robe should only be worn by a champion. Jericho said he would wear the robe on his way to the ring for his match against Kane. He put the robe on, and the two shared a hug.

Undisputed Champion Chris Jericho wore Triple H's first wrestling robe to the ring as he took on Kane in a non-title bout. Stephanie McMahon accompanied Y2J to the ring. Y2J talked some big-time smack to Kane prior to the bout, but it was the Big Red Machine who dominated at first, using his size to his advantage. Jericho soon tried to walk away from the bout, but Kane pulled him back into the action. Kane went up top, but Y2J caught him with a huge dropkick! Kane soon had Jericho set up for the chokeslam, but as Stephanie distracted the ref, Kurt Angle ran down and gave Kane the Angle Slam!

Y2J then hit the Lionsault and pinned Kane for the win! After the bout, Angle went to hit Kane with a chair, but Kane caught him with a boot to the face, knocking the chair into Angle's head! Kane and Angle slugged it out to the backstage area.  In the ring, Stephanie was giving Triple H's robe to Y2J when Triple H ran in. The Game attacked Jericho and threw Y2J from the ring, and Triple H then set up his soon-to-be ex-wife for the Pedigree! Luckily for Stephanie, however, Y2J saved her, as Triple H took back his robe.

Coach caught up with Stephanie McMahon as she was leaving the arena, and Stephanie reiterated that Triple H's robe was half hers. Triple H then approached Stephanie and said her Corvette was here. He gave her the keys, and she went over to the car -- which was cut in half! Stephanie threw a fit when she saw that her husband had cut half the car off, as The Game just walked away and laughed! [wwf.com]

03/11/02 Monday Night Raw
Stephanie McMahon was talking to her and Triple H's dog, Lucy, backstage, saying it was the ugliest thing she had ever seen. Stephanie said the dog would be spending the rest of his life in a cage. She said she hated the dog. Triple H walked into the locker room, pushed Stephanie aside, and took the dog into his arms. The Game said they had done some horrible stuff to each other, but thanks for the dog. Stephanie said Lucy wasn't his dog anymore. She had a court order making Lucy hers, after telling a judge that Triple H beat his dog and didn't feed her. She asked who was the bitch now. Triple H warned Stephanie not to screw with his dog, and challenged her to try him. He threw the dog on Stephanie, and said, "She does stink ... doesn't she, Lucy?" Stephanie said Triple H was just jealous because Triple H wasn't the Undisputed Champion -- but she would introduce Lucy to a champion who hated dogs more than she does.

Later backstage, Stephanie screamed for Lucy to get off the sofa. Into the locker room walked Y2J, who was disgusted by Lucy. Stephanie screamed for Jericho to get the dog off the couch, which he did. Stephanie said it was worth it, because of seeing the look on The Game's face. Suddenly, a smell filled the locker room, and it turned out the dog had pooped all over the floor! Stephanie screamed for Jericho to take the dog for a walk, and to get someone to clean up the mess.

Outside the arena, Y2J took Lucy for a walk in the freezing cold. Y2J questioned why a living legend had to take Lucy for a walk. Y2J tied Lucy's leash to the door handle of a limo and left her out in the freezing cold.  A few minutes later in the parking area, Lucy was still tied to the limo, as Y2J talked to Stephanie on his cell phone. Stephanie told Y2J to get some air freshener, and Jericho told the limo driver to drive him to the store to get some air freshener. As the car backed up, the sounds of a shrieking dog were heard. The driver stopped, and said it looked like he ran over something. Y2J said yes -- the driver had run over something, not him. Y2J told the driver to go clean up his mess, seeming like he didn't give a damn about the dog at all!

Moments later, Triple H ran outside to see what had happened, and the driver said there was a dog stuck under the car. The driver said the dog was still alive, but needed help. The Game screamed for the driver to get help.

In the locker room, Stephanie was very upset about what had happened to Lucy, saying Triple H was going to kill her, because the dog meant the world to The Game. Y2J said that if Hunter tried to come backstage, he had something in store for him.

An irate Triple H returned to the arena. He marched into Stephanie's locker room and screamed for his wife, only to hear her music sound out in the arena. And indeed, Stephanie headed down to the ring, looking over her shoulder the entire way. She asked for a microphone, and said she knew Hunter was back, and she just wanted to apologize for what happened to Lucy, saying it was a complete accident. She said she may have said some bad things, but she knew how much Hunter loved Lucy, and never meant for anything bad to happen to the dog.

It didn't take long for The Game to storm to the ring. He ran after Stephanie, chasing her up the ramp and catching her by her hair. Triple H tossed his soon-to-be ex-wife into the ring and talked some smack, before setting her up for the Pedigree. But as he went for the move, Chris Jericho attacked The Game's surgically repaired knee with a sledgehammer! Y2J nailed The Game with a second shot to Triple H's once-injured left quadriceps muscle. Officials quickly ran to the ring to check on Triple H, who was screaming in pain as Stephanie and Y2J smiled from ear to ear. The Game was heard to say that he thought he tore his quad again.

During the commercial break, Y2J ran out and again clipped Triple H's knee out from under him, and after commercial, The Game was put onto a stretcher and taken to the hospital. [wwf.com]

03/14/02 Thursday Smackdown!
Backstage, Stephanie McMahon talked to Chris Jericho, asking what he thought Triple H's announcement on SmackDown! would be. Y2J said The Game would probably announce his retirement. Stephanie said it was like music to her ears. Jericho said that the sound of the sledgehammer hitting Triple H's leg and The Game's screams were like music to his ears. Stephanie said it was like deja vu -- the same as when Triple H first tore his quad 10 months ago. Stephanie said it was all thanks to Y2J. Jericho said that when Triple H did announce his retirement later in the night, he wanted he and Stephanie to be there up close and personal.

Walking with a limp, Triple H headed to the ring, set to make his huge announcement. The Game said he stood in the ring to make an unfortunate announcement -- unfortunate for Chris Jericho! He said that Y2J did not get the job done. He said 10 months ago, Y2J had put him in the Walls of Jericho on the announce table after he tore his quad trying to take him out of the business, but Jericho had failed. He said that Jericho had tried again on Monday night, and again had failed.

Triple H said he was 100 percent, and there was something Jericho didn't realize -- that pain is temporary, but The Game is forever. He said this Sunday, he would go to WrestleMania's main event, and he would kick Jericho's ass and become the Undisputed World Champion.

As The Game continued to speak, Jericho's music filled the arena, and out came Y2J and Stephanie. Jericho mockingly clapped for Triple H, saying it was a great performance. But he asked Triple H if he was actually certain that he was ready to face the living legend in the main event of WrestleMania for the most prestigious title in history. He said maybe Triple H was lying to himself and to the fans. He said Stephanie and he thought Triple H wasn't being completely honest.

Stephanie took the microphone, and said that Hunter never was a very good liar. She said she had called Dr. Jim Andrews on Tuesday morning -- the same doctor who repaired Triple H's torn quad last May. She said the doctor was sad to hear about their marital problems, and was even sorrier to give Stephanie the prognosis. Andrews told her he had gotten a call from the orthopedic surgeon in Detroit who had checked on Triple H after RAW. Dr. Andrews told her that Triple H's quad was barely held together by wires, and the sledgehammer shot had put The Game's leg in such bad shape that one false move, and the wires could snap. Dr. Andrews said that The Game shouldn't compete again for at least a month. Stephanie said that one miscalculation by The Game at WrestleMania could end his career forever.

Y2J told Triple H also to think about the fact that Hunter and Lucy had a lot in common now -- they both had bum legs. He said The Game would forever walk with a limp thanks to the Undisputed Champion. He told Hunter to get it through his thick skull that he had taken The Game out of action for eight months.

Jericho took credit for all the hell that Triple H went through, and said all the rehab was for nothing, since he said he would end Triple H's career at WrestleMania.
Triple H said Stephanie proved she was a lot smarter than she looks by calling Andrews. The Game admitted that he wasn't 100 percent, and that the doctors had said that his quad was hanging on by a thread, and that one mistake and his career was over. But The Game added that this Sunday, he didn't care if it was his last step or his last match or his last damn breath -- he would be at WrestleMania to stand across the ring from Chris Jericho. And he said when he left WrestleMania, he would do so as the Undisputed Champion! Triple H said that he was The Game, and he was that damn good!

Jericho then made a beeline for the ring, and he and Triple H slugged it out! Hunter knocked Y2J to the outside, but as he did so, he came up limping. The two fought on the outside, and then Triple H pulled the top off the announce table. As he did so, Stephanie snuck up from behind and kicked his injured leg. Stephanie tried to run away, but The Game caught her and tossed her on the announce table. He was about to Pedigree her through the table when Jericho smacked The Game in the leg with the Undisputed Title.

Stephanie scrambled away to safety as Jericho climbed onto the announce table and locked Triple H in the Walls of Jericho -- just as he did 10 months ago, when Hunter first tore his quad!  The Game tapped out as Stephanie talked smack to her soon-to-be ex-husband. Jericho stood above a fallen Triple H as SmackDown! went off the air! [wwf.com]

03/15/02 Internet News
After the WWF SmackDown! tapings on Tuesday earlier this week, many fans sent in notes after watching the tapings either live at the arena or on satellite feeds. A number of these fan notes stated that fans jumped the barrier and went after Stephanie, although this footage was edited out of the final SmackDown! showing last night.

Apparently two of the fans jumped the barrier, going after Stephanie. They quickly pulled up her top and bra, pulled down her shorts and boots, while a 3rd member stood there taping with a video camera. The entire incident lasted around 10 seconds. By the time the rampant fans were noticed by both security and the wrestlers, they were running for the exits. No arrests were reported from the Gund Arena in Cleveland, which means that the fans managed to get away. In brief, this means that three fans somewhere have close-up nude footage of Stephanie, not to mention the various other fans who would have taken pictures during the incident. [wrestlingdotcom.com, Brendan Starr]

WebMaster's Note: There are at least 5 web sites that are advertising "26 High-res photos of Steph being stripped at Smackdown!" but so far all we could find were links to several "sex sites" that offer you a "free" membership that costs you.  If any visitors actually have these pics we're willing to give you one year free to the OWOW Nude Images Gallery.

03/17/02 Wrestlemania 18 PPV
The evening's main event pitted Triple H against Chris Jericho for the Undisputed World Wrestling Federation Championship. Stephanie McMahon escorted the Undisputed Champion Y2J to the ring and glared at her former husband.

Triple H set out to complete his storybook comeback by taking the Championship out of Jericho's hands. He locked up with the champ, bounced him off the ropes and flipped him hard to the mat. But The Game's injured leg, which was heavily bandaged for support, slowed him down. Jericho took advantage of that fact when the action went outside the ring. He repeatedly struck Triple H's injured quad with stiff kicks. Once back inside the squared circle, The Game returned the favor.

When Stephanie interfered in the match, The Game grabbed her by the hair and lifted her to the ring apron. Jericho tried to spear Triple H to break things up, but Triple H moved and Jericho struck Stephanie! Triple H pulled her into the ring and went to give his ex the Pedigree! But Jericho launched off the top rope and crashed into Jericho. When The Game was back outside the ropes, Stephanie kicked him where it counts - right in his injured quad.

Jericho continued his game plan of picking on Triple H's injured leg. The Game valiantly managed to fight back. He set Jericho up on the announce table and readied the Pedigree, but the champ flipped him over his back through the other announce table! Jericho followed with a Lionsault back in the ring but Triple H kicked out after the ref counted to two.

The Game recovered again and again tried to land his finisher, but Jericho punched Triple H in the leg and put on the Walls of Jericho! Just as Triple H was about to reach the ropes, Y2J pulled him back to the center of the ring. Triple H managed to claw his way back to the rope and the referee ordered Y2J to break the hold. An angry Jericho grabbed a steel chair from ringside and brought it back to use on his opponent. Triple H avoided the steel by kicking him to the mat then DDTed Jericho on the chair! Stephanie climbed in to the ring to help Jericho, but was grabbed and Pedigreed by Triple H!

While the ref tended to Steph, Y2J took the chair and smacked it over Triple H. Somehow, The Game kicked out and rose to his feet! Jericho kicked Triple H and set him up for a Pedigree, but Triple H blocked and soon after, hit his own finisher on Y2J and became the new Undisputed World Wrestling Federation Champion! 03/18/02 Monday Night Raw
The Game said he stood in the ring tonight a happy man, and when he was happy, he liked to spread the joy around. So he decided to show video from WrestleMania which he knew would put a smile on his face and the fans' faces -- and he showed the footage of him delivering the Pedigree to his soon-to-be ex-wife, Stephanie McMahon!

Hunter smiled from ear to ear as Stephanie walked out to the stage. The Billion-Dollar Princess was wearing a neck collar and said she was about to wipe the smile off The Game's face. She said Y2J wanted a rematch for the Undisputed Championship next Monday on RAW. The Game theorized that Jericho only wanted to play because he had seen Triple H limping. Stephanie asked if Hunter was scared. Triple H suggested it be a Handicap Match -- how about it be Jericho and another superstar against him for the title. Stephanie said that was fine with her, but who was dumber than they look now? Triple H said that the other superstar would be her! Triple H said that if she and Jericho lost, she had to leave the World Wrestling Federation. The Game said he was sick of looking at her, and of hearing her whiny voice, and of her bitch attitude. He said he wanted her out of his life. Stephanie said it was too bad, because she refused.

The crowd started the "Na na na na" chant for Stephanie, and she said surely Hunter didn't want to deprive the fans of her! She said millions of people tuned in to see her every week! Triple H told the crowd to hold on, saying maybe Stephanie had a point. The Game asked how many people wanted Stephanie to stay, and the crowd booed. He then asked how many wanted to see her leave, and the crowd cheered! Stephanie said the people didn't know anything! Triple H said it seemed pretty simple -- the fans wanted it, and Stephanie had no choice, because if Jericho didn't take his chance next Monday, he could wait for the draft and go through all the red tape.

Stephanie said she would think about it for a second. She said she was sick of him -- and that he was on! She said next Monday, it will be a Handicap Match with her and Jericho vs. Triple H for the title, and if Hunter were to pin her, she would leave the company! She said Y2J would once again be champion and will once again leave The Game a crippled mess. The Game said he hoped Stephanie had a matching neck brace for every outfit, because she would need one after RAW. Triple H said Stephanie would have one more chance to play The Game, but if she lost this Monday, it would be Game Over! [wwf.com]

03/21/02 Thursday Smackdown!
Jericho said Triple H's win at WrestleMania was a fluke, but the reality was that The Game was terrified of Chris Jericho. That's why Hunter insisted on having Stephanie be Jericho's partner on Monday, he said. Y2J said Hunter knew he couldn't beat him twice. Jericho said there was no way Triple H would win, and there was no way Stephanie would leave the Federation, because he would not allow it to happen. The crowd then began chanting "Na na na na, hey hey hey, good-bye" at Stephanie, as Jericho said they needed Stephanie McMahon in the Federation! Stephanie grabbed the mic and screamed, "You need me!" Jericho said that they didn't need Triple H, however -- and out to the stage came The Game!

The brand-new Undisputed Champion held up his titles, and Jericho said he was glad Hunter would be out there, because on Monday, he would finish off The Game. Hunter poked fun at Jericho's pink, sparkly ring robe, saying that Liberace had called and said he wanted his pajamas back! Triple H questioned the fact that the Federation needed Stephanie, saying that maybe Y2J was right. The Game said the Federation could never have enough whining, crying bitches! The Game said that they couldn't survive without all of Stephanie's contributions, and then showed a video of Stephanie's most "Classic Moments" -- including her getting the Stink Face, and having beer and mustard poured all over her!

Triple H said Stephanie has been a barrel of laughs. He said maybe the people Monday night were wrong. The Game took another survey, and the crowd overwhelmingly wanted Stephanie to leave the Federation! The crowd began to sing "Na na na na" again, and Stephanie screamed at them to stop singing!

Triple H said that as far as Jericho went, Y2J had earned his respect at WrestleMania, and no one could take away from Jericho the fact that he was the first Undisputed Champion. But The Game reminded Jericho that that didn't mean he was the best. The Game said Y2J had gone into WrestleMania thinking he was unbeatable and the immovable object, but Jericho hadn't taken into consideration that he was going up against the unstoppable force. He said RAW would be no different, and after he defeated them in the Handicap Match on RAW, he would still be the Undisputed Champion, and Stephanie would be gone. Triple H said that WrestleMania was the start of a whole new game -- and this game was forever.

Stephanie said that Hunter couldn't be more wrong. She said she had contributed to the Federation, and she said had a big surprise for him. She said he wouldn't leave RAW as Undisputed Champion, and neither would Chris Jericho ... because she had talked to her daddy, and the match would now instead be a Triple Threat Match, with Triple H vs. Jericho vs. Stephanie! Y2J looked shocked, as if he didn't know anything about this!

She said she knew it would be an embarrassment for Triple H to lose the title -- but would be an even greatest embarrassment to lose it to her! She said not only would she not be leaving the Federation, but this Monday night, she said she would become the first-ever female Federation Champion! Jericho was in shock about Stephanie's announcement -- it looked like it came as a bigger surprise to him than it did to Triple H!

Moments later, a still-stunned Y2J was walking backstage when he was approached by Lilian Garcia, who asked him what he thought of Stephanie's shocking announcement. Y2J questioned what Stephanie had up her sleeve. As he talked, he came to the sudden realization that he would become Undisputed Champion if he pinned Stephanie! That brought a smile to Jericho's face! [wwf.com]

03/22/02 Internet News/Rumors
As has previously been reported on a number of sites, there is a contest currently circulating around the internet. It is entitled the "The Billion Dollar Booty Contest." The basic idea is that a group of fans jump the barriers at a RAW or SmackDown! while Stephanie is at ringside. They then attempt to strip her and obtain photographs or video footage while this is happening. The contest states that they can get paid thousands for following through with the contest. In case it is not already obvious, following through with this contest is illegal, not to mention immoral.

A few weeks ago a post was made notifying people of this contest. (See WebMasters Note) It now seems that the WWF may have finally heard about it. It is being said that she will be brought off WWF television for a while, for her own safety. As we saw on RAW, the WWF is planning a matchup on next Monday's RAW, in which if Triple H wins, Stephanie must leave the WWF. It seems as if Triple H may end up winning in order to have Stephanie "leave" the WWF (i.e. only work backstage for a certain period of time).

There have also been other facts pointing to the WWF looking after Stephanie, since this contest became public. At Wrestlemania, Stephanie wore a green body suit. Obviously, it would be extremely hard for any fan to attempt to pull off a body suit. On last night's RAW, Stephanie stayed at the top of the ramp, and did not move any further. Now, on the next episode of RAW, Stephanie will have to leave the WWF if Triple H wins the match.

The contest was originally distributed through internet newsletters. It seems that after last night after next Monday's RAW match was announced, another newsletter was been sent out, mostly to Penn State University students. This is significant in the fact that next Monday's RAW takes place from Penn State University. The newsletter reportedly is a reminder about the prize money of the contest, and also states that it will be the last chance to "get the shots".

Thanks to "a Penn State student" for the following:
My brother and a good friend of mine both attend Penn State University in the U.S. That's where Raw is next Monday, Stephanie's last appearance for quite some time. They both have tickets up in Section D (nose bleed seats, far from the action) and are going with a few other friends. They live on campus and have computers which are ran by the school that they use often. Well not only did a couple hundred students from Penn State get an email about the contest (reminding everyone of the rules, money, and Steph's last appearance), but someone put flyers ALL OVER Penn State's campus which has not only the Stephanie Booty Contest advertisement, but there is also a web address on there. I don't know if this is an address that links to one of the many sites with news on the contest, but it just may have the address of the site that is hosting this Stephanie contest. I was told all of this in an email last night. I emailed him back and asked him to PLEASE get a flyer and scan it so I can email it to you or any other reporters interested. He hasn't emailed me back yet, but I'm crossing my fingers. I may even forward it to the WWF just so they know to look out for some a**holes trying to scale the railing while Stephanie is on the apron in her final appearance next Monday.  [Amish Patel]

WebMaster's Note: On 3/15/02 we reported that this contest/event had actually happened since that was the way it was being reported on a number of sites.  It was also stated that a contest had been started to see if anyone else could get away with it.  I had E-mail from several visitors complaining about the fact that we asked for pictures if anybody had them.  We apologize but we didn't think the postings had any real credibility.  Either that or the WWF security people had lost their minds.  For those of you that were upset - you'll see that we tried to act responsibly and not post information regarding the contest.

To our knowledge the only "Stephanie Butt" pictures that are available are those that anybody got from actually being a fan at the 03-11 Raw show when Triple H exposed her bottom or those of us that got it via video capture/taping.  We will run the pictures from the Raw show on nudes.owow.com next month.

03/25/02 Monday Night Raw
Backstage, Michael Cole caught up with Stephanie who was preparing for her shot at the Federation Championship. She said that she wasn't worried about not being on TV after the night because she would claim the title and end up on both RAW and SmackDown!

The Undisputed Championship match came up next as Stephanie McMahon entered the ring first followed by Chris Jericho and the champion, Triple H. Under the rules of the match, all three competed in the ring at the same time. The first to score a pinfall or submission wins the match. The Game and Y2J clashed first, with Triple H tossing Jericho from the ring. Triple H grabbed Stephanie and attempted to Pedigree her, but Jericho pulled her out of the ring at the last second. Soon after, everyone reentered the ring and Jericho ended up being catapulted into Stephanie in the corner. Stephanie, in turn, collapsed head first onto Y2J's groin!

Jericho and Stephanie teamed up on The Game from there. They each took turns hitting The Game's weak quad. But Triple H managed to kick Y2J away and into Stephanie. Stephanie slapped Y2J across the face and the two exchanged heated words. Soon after, the two came to blows again as Jericho locked Steph in the Walls of Jericho! She nearly tapped out, but Hunter avoided that by knocking Y2J to the outside. He then tried to Pedigree Steph, but Y2J broke things up.

Moments later, Y2J and Triple H each grabbed a championship belt and clocked each other with it! Stephanie saw the opportunity and covered the listless Triple H, who somehow kicked out! Steph then covered Jericho but Y2J also avoided the pinfall! Shortly after, Triple H decked his ex with a stiff clothesline, but Y2J put The Game in the Walls of Jericho! The Game hollered in pain until Steph climbed on Jericho's back to force him to release the hold.

Triple H hit the Pedigree on Jericho and would have gotten the pin but Steph broke it up! The Game turned to his ex, whipped her off the ropes and planted her with a stiff spinebuster! The champion covered Stephanie and retained his title while forcing Stephanie to leave Federation television! The game knelt beside his ex wife and waved goodbye as the astonished Billion-Dollar Princess stared in bewilderment! As security started to pry Stephanie out of the ring and take her out of the building, The Game closed RAW by leading the crowd in singing, "Na na na na. Na na na na. Hey hey hey, goodbye!" 03/28/02 Thursday Smackdown!
Kurt Angle headed to the ring to a chorus of "You suck!," and your Olympic hero didn't seem to be in a good mood. Kurt said that considering he had risked his life wrestling in the Olympics with a broken neck, the least the crowd could do was show him a little appreciation. He then told the crowd, "You know what? You suck too!"

He said the fans were almost as pathetic as what happened on RAW, when Stephanie McMahon was forced out of the Federation by her soon-to-be ex-husband, Triple H. The crowd cheered for the statement, as Kurt told them to have a little compassion. Angle said that Stephanie was like a blossoming flower who brought joy and happiness to millions of people every day. He said he wouldn't let her leaving go unrecognized, so he wanted to take a moment of silence so they could remember all the wonderful memories Stephanie had provided them.

Kurt had them turn down the lights in the arena, and put a picture of Stephanie on the TitanTron. He asked for the moment of silence to begin, but instead of being silent, the crowd booed mercilessly! Kurt called the people heartless, and told Stephanie that if she was watching, she shouldn't listen to the people! Angle said the fans should show Stephanie respect, or he would beat the respect out of them! Kurt then headed to the outside of the ring towards the fans -- until suddenly, out came Vince McMahon.

Mr. McMahon strutted to the ring and said that when you desecrated his daughter's name, you were desecrating his name. He said his name was worth more than all the fans' name combined. Mr. McMahon said the whole fiasco wouldn't have happened if not for Triple H. Vince said The Game had drugged and married Stephanie, only to publicly embarrass her and beat her up. Mr. McMahon called Triple H a real son of a bitch. Vince admitted that Stephanie wasn't always a perfect daughter, but she was as close to perfect as daughters came. He said that he blamed Triple H for every rotten act Stephanie had ever committed. Vince said he was happy The Game was Federation Champion, because now, he would be on both RAW and SmackDown! -- and he planned on making The Game's life a living hell on SmackDown!

Suddenly, out came the Undisputed Champion, Triple H, to a huge ovation! The Game questioned Vince saying that he was a bad influence and selfish and a son of a bitch. Triple H said that Vince ain't seen nothing yet! The Game said that if Vince screwed with him, he would make Vince's life a living hell. Triple H said that since Vince missed Stephanie so much, The Game suggested that Kurt was right, and they should honor her. Triple H said they would honor Stephanie's last few moments in the Federation, and he then showed the footage from Monday's RAW, of him pinning her and sending her packing!  [wwf.com]

03/29/02 Internet Rumors
As seen on WWF RAW is WAR, Stephanie McMahon lost in her match with Triple H and Chris Jericho which means she must leave World Wrestling Federation television. From what various sources are stating, Stephanie is expected to take a long period of time off before re-appearing later on. The reasoning for her taking the time off is because she wants to focus more on working with the creative team through this 'brand extension'.

Also, the WWF has finally realized that she has been overexposed on TV of late. Things such as this have happened in the past between Vince and Shane. The two of them would disappear for extended periods of time before returning to make a major impact. Now with two shows, Stephanie will help the creative team write upcoming storylines. With Stephanie McMahon writing a WWF storyline, who knows what will go down.
[Ryan Clark]

----- At the conclusion of RAW, we witnessed Stephanie being escorted from the arena by WWF security as a result of the stipulations of the main event match. As is often the case in the WWF, suspensions, stipulations, expulsions, etc are altered at a moment's notice. This has brought about a lot of speculation regarding to her future on-air role and possible return sometime down the road. Current reports indicate that she will take an extended absence from WWF television before returning at an undetermined date according to 1wrestling.

The reasons for her time off camera is twofold. First, she needs more time to devote to the creative and writing aspect of the company since she now has two significantly different shows to write as a result of the "brand extension". Secondly, the WWF realized that she has been overexposed in the recent weeks and decided that her character needed some time away from current storylines. [Jeremy Bratcher]

04/19/02 Internet News
It was reported a couple of weeks before her departure from WWF TV, that Stephanie McMahon was "stripped nude by fans" at a Smackdown! taping. This was apparently in accordance with a contest running around the Internet, whereby for exposing certain parts of Stephanie’s body meant that you would earn money.

However, it has come to light more recently that this event never actually took place, as more and more fan reports from the actual show itself. Below is one such report, something echoed by many other fans who were in attendance:

" What I wanna know is who the hell actually thinks that she was stripped down at the Smackdown in Cleveland, like most of those reports say??? Because she didn't… I had friends who went and nothing happened except the nipple slip…

…Therefore, unless very good friends of mine's mind was completely erased of the incident, I can guarantee that nothing of that nature happened at the Cleveland Smackdown.

07/12/02 Internet Rumor
Stephanie McMahon was mentioned recently on a radio station in Pennsylvania. Apparently, the station announced that Stephanie would be present at the WWE TV tapings on July 16 in Wilkes Barre, PA. There is no confirmation as to whether she will be on-screen or not, but it seems as if she will be there, at least to meet some fans. She has been gone for over four months now, and based on past standards, is overdue for a WWE return. [Ben Johnson]

07/18/02 Thursday Smackdown!
Mr. McMahon came out to reveal the new SmackDown! general manager. Mr. McMahon said he'd never seen the superstars more concerned than when he revealed Eric Bischoff to fill that position on RAW. He told the superstars, that they were free to negotiate with the GMs if they felt the grass was greener on the other side. Vince said that Bischoff had been named the GM because he was the right person for the job and he enjoys ruthless aggression. Vince said the SmackDown! GM also tried to put him out of business and loved ruthless aggression as well. Mr. McMahon said he thought the people deserved Bischoff as a GM, but wasn't sure they deserved the SmackDown! GM. With that, Mr. McMahon introduced the new SmackDown! general manager: Stephanie McMahon!

Stephanie said that her brother, Shane, was right when he said that Bischoff would try to screw him, but she said she would not let that happen. Stephanie promised to block Bischoff's attempt to sign Triple H at Vengeance this Sunday. Stephanie said her first official act would take place immediately as she would threw Bischoff out of her building!

Stephanie retreated backstage and searched for the RAW General Manager. She grabbed a stagehand, but he insisted he didn't know where he was. After some more hunting, Stephanie found the former head of WCW talking to Test, Christian and Lance Storm and got up in his face. She said Bischoff could leave on her own or be thrown out. Bischoff said he'd leave but he'd see her at Vengeance.

A few minutes later Chris Jericho walked into Stephanie McMahon's office and exclaimed that it was great to see her. The two shook hands and Stephanie said that Y2J was very unselfish last week for giving up his match against Edge so he and Hogan could defend the Tag Team Championship. Stephanie said she would reward him by giving Y2J the match that he gave up on next week's SmackDown! Jericho's face fell and contorted in anger as he left Stephanie's office.

At the end of the evening Marc Loyd found Triple H walking to his limo in the parking lot and tried to get an interview. He stopped short when Stephanie walked up to her ex-husband and asked for a quick meeting for strictly business reasons. Triple H asked if he was sure she didn't want her lawyer there to do her dirty work for him. Triple H said he would hear everything that she and Eric Bischoff had to say on Sunday before making his decision at Vengeance. The Game went to climb into his car, but stopped and came back to smile at Stephanie. The two held eye contact for a minute, until Triple H looked her over and asked, "Are you gaining weight?" Stephanie sneered as The Game got into his car. Stephanie leaned in to the window as it rolled down and came face to face with Bischoff! The RAW GM laughed while the car drove off with Stephanie screaming as SmackDown! closed! [wwe.com]

WebMaster's Note: Oh no.  I can't stand Stephanie and that "bitchy" voice of hers.  Hopefully Triple H will get tired of her real quickly and stuff something in that big mouth of hers.

07/19/02 Internet Rumor
More than one wrestler backstage in WWE is laughing at how young and immature the current WWE writing staff are. Those same wrestlers joke that the writing team is so young because Stephanie McMahon would feel uncomfortable being their boss than she would with people older than her. [Matt Boone]

----- Stephanie McMahon is the subject of some locker room heat lately. Many claim she is very frustrated recently and does not take well to non-writers questioning the direction of her writing teams.

In addition, Stephanie is said to be short-tempered when it comes to wrestlers suggesting storyline proposals. Apparently Stephanie is condescending when wrestlers suggest storylines she does not like or does not understand.

When wrestlers complain about their lack of push, Stephanie McMahon is said to be very gun-shy as to what to say to explain why they aren't getting the time and roles they deserve. Stephanie usually gives the excuse that they aren't given higher roles on television because they are still trying to get them to connect with the live crowd.

07/21/02 Vengeance PPV
Backstage, Eric Bischoff said the preceding match was an example of why he was so excited about RAW. He said that he was there to sign Triple H, and spotted The Game walking. Bischoff ran over to him and asked why Triple H was heading into Stephanie's office. Triple H said he gave Bischoff the chance to make his pitch, now he'd like to hear from Stephanie. Triple H went into Stephanie's office, with Coach promising to stay there until he came back out.

Bischoff and Coach waited outside Stephanie McMahon's office when her attorney tried to enter. Bischoff stopped him and told him to take a walk, but the lawyer said he was called there to deliver some documents. The lawyer entered and Bischoff looked very upset.  Bischoff continued his vigil outside Stephanie's office, and the SmackDown! GM finally emerged, stone faced. Bischoff gloated that she couldn't get Triple H signed, but Stephanie stared at him point-blank and said that The Game did sign. Triple H came out and got a tongue-lashing from Bischoff. Triple H said that the papers he had signed were divorce papers, but he had yet to decide on which brand to sign with.

Midway through the PPV Triple H entered the ring to a thunderous ovation as fans hoped to learn where The Game would end up competing. Before he could speak, Eric Bishoff stopped The Game to apologize for getting involved in his personal business. If Triple H signed with RAW, Bischoff promised his personal life would never come into play again. Bischoff said he's spent the past two years networking in Hollywood. He said everyone was looking for the next breakout WWE Superstar, and they were all talking about Triple H. Bischoff guaranteed that if Triple H signed with RAW, he'd be getting top opportunities coming his way.

Stephanie McMahon stepped out to issue her own pitch. She said that because of her personal history with Triple H, the two of them know each other very well. She said the two of them were once unstoppable and they can be again. Bischoff cut her off and begged her to stop. Stephanie cited that Triple H once told her how Bischoff said Triple H had no talent and no charisma. Bischoff said he was young at the time and didn't know what he had, but he still has a lot more experience that Stephanie. The two continued to bicker back and forth, until Triple H stepped up with his microphone.

The Game told Eric "I could come out here, look you dead in the eye, and I could say screw you, and I don't think you'd like it very much. On the other hand, I could look at Steph over here, and I could say screw you, and well quit frankly I know she likes it!"

Triple H went to shake Bischoff's hand, but pulled it away. He said he would rather go with the devil he knows, rather than the one he doesn't know. Before he could go any further, though, Shawn Michaels came out to shake things up. HBK said the last thing he wanted to do was cause any trouble. He didn't want to get involved, but he remembered pledging to bring Triple H to the nWo. HBK said there's nobody in the world that Triple H is better friends with. HBK told his friend to imagine the two back together again, making Bischoff's life a living hell. Triple H said that was a tempting offer. He then turned and hugged HBK, making official his switch to RAW!

Triple H and HBK left, and Bischoff gloated over his victory. Bischoff said the difference between the two of them is that he's got testicles and she doesn't. Stephanie whacked Bischoff on the side of the head and left! [wwe.com, owow.com] For Pics - Click Here.

07/22/02 Monday Night Raw
Outside, Eric Bischoff taunted Stephanie McMahon through her limo window. Stephanie said she was there to kick Bischoff in the testicles. Bischoff goaded her out for a fight, but Brock Lesnar showed up and came face to face with Stephanie! She looked scared, until Brock and Paul Heyman calmly entered her limo! Stephanie asked Bischoff how it feels to be kicked in the testicles and said he can watch SmackDown! to see the Next Big Thing! RAW closed with Bischoff screaming that he would knock Stephanie out!  [wwe.com]

07/25/02 Thursday Smackdown!
SmackDown! kicked off with general manager Stephanie McMahon welcoming fans to the first episode of SmackDown! under her reign. Stephanie announced that Edge would finally be getting his one-on-one match with Chris Jericho in a steel cage on SmackDown! Also, Stephanie said this week's show would include the WWE debut of Rey Mysterio. The Tag Team Championship would be on the line, as Lance Storm and Christian would be facing the team of Hollywood Hulk Hogan and The Rock! Finally, Stephanie said that she hoped Eric Bischoff was watching because this week's program would also be the SmackDown! debut of Brock Lesnar!

Backstage, Stacy Keibler was seen knocking on Stephanie McMahon's door. Stacy entered the room and found Steph talking on her cell phone. Stacy told Stephanie "Last week when Mr.McMahon left, he kinda informed me that he wouldn't be needing my services anymore." Stephanie replied "Stacy I wouldn't feel to bad. If I know Mr. McMahon, then I'm sure he's already being serviced elsewhere!" (Meow) Stacy asked Stephanie to keep her in mind if she needed anything. A knock was heard at the door, and Stacy answered it to accept a delivery of flowers for Steph. Steph took the card, which read, "See you tonight...love Eric!" Stephanie hurled the vase against the wall in anger!  For Pics - Click Here.

Stephanie found Loyd and confirmed that Angle was talking to someone named Eric. Stephanie picked up her cell phone and left a message for Kurt, asking why he would be talking to Bischoff without talking to her first. She pleaded for Angle to call her as soon as possible.

Stephanie left another message for Kurt on his cell phone and said that she was a little frustrated that he had not contacted her. She told Kurt to come back to the arena and tell her what his decision was in person.

Backstage after the final match of the evening, Stephanie raced to the parking lot where Bischoff was pulling out of the arena in his limo, laughing! Stephanie scowled in anger as Kurt Angle walked up to her and said how much he hated Bischoff. Stephanie said she was confused because he heard Angle was talking to Bischoff. Angle said he hates Bischoff and he was actually talking to his brother, Eric Angle! A look of relief filled Stephanie's face, but it faded into worry as Stephanie which Superstar was going to RAW! 08/01/02 Thursday Smackdown!
Eric Bischoff, who had been kicked out of the backstage area by Stephanie McMahon earlier, purchased a ticket and paid off a fan in the front row for his seat! Stephanie came down and had a message for the RAW GM. She said that the main event of the night wouldn't be The Rock vs. Edge. It would be The Rock teaming with Edge against newly-acquired: RAW talent -- Eddie Guerrero and Intercontinental Champion Chris Benoit! A ticked-off Bischoff stormed to the ring but was kicked out by security! [wwe.com]

08/08/02 Thursday Smackdown!
Dawn Marie went into Stephanie's office but Stephanie wasn't there. Stacy was there and Stacy told Dawn that Stephanie has been looking for her all night. Dawn wanted to give Stephanie the papers but Stacy wanted to take them for Stephanie. Last week, Stacy screwed up with Stephanie enough and she's not going to screw up. She's going to give Stephanie the papers and Vince called Stacy and let her know what the papers are all about and Vince even mentioned Dawn. Dawn seemed to like that and Stacy talked about where Vince would be and then she took the papers and promised to give them to Stephanie. After Dawn left, Stacy slid the papers under the couch and then she did her nails as Smackdown! cut to a commercial break.

After the break, Stephanie showed up and asked Stacy if Dawn dropped off the documents. Stacy said that she told Dawn where Stephanie was and where to find her and Stephanie said that she didn't get the documents. Stacy told Stephanie that Dawn said something about meeting Vince at the Marriott. Stephanie apologized to Stacy for what happened last week and she said that she has been keeping things running around here and she appreciates it. If Dawn calls or comes in with the papers, call her right away. Stephanie left and then Stacy was left alone and out came Eric Bischoff. Eric asked Stacy if she got them and Stacy handed him the papers and the two looked at them together with huge smiles on their faces!

Wrestlers say that Triple H and Stephanie McMahon come to the building together just about every night, but it is rare to see them together backstage during the day as both have big agenda's to fulfill. They leave the buildings together as well, but try not to spend too much time with each other backstage unless a situation calls for it. [Matt Boone]

08/15/02 Thursday Smackdown!
Backstage, Stephanie McMahon berated Dawn Marie for allowing the "highly sensitive" documents to fall into Eric Bischoff's hands the previous week. She said they were a contract allowing RAW Superstar RVD to get a shot at Chris Benoit for the Intercontinental Championship at SummerSlam. Stephanie then looked at the skimpily dressed Dawn and told her that if she wanted to continue working for her she needed to dress more professionally, and that if she screwed up again Stephanie would fire her. 08/22/02 Thursday Smackdown!
Stephanie McMahon was backstage as she confronted Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero. She asked them what they were thinking when they attacked The Rock at the beginning of the show. She then informed both men that they could have jeopardized the main event for Summer Slam, and if The Rock wasn't able to compete in the main event that they would suffer a dramatic pay cut. She then singled out Eddie and asked him why he had attacked Edge. Before he could answer Edge rushed the men from behind, attacking them with a chair and knocking both wrestlers to the floor. He then walk up to Steph who had run away and suggested that she make a match with him and The Rock against Benoit and Guerrero, to which she agreed. [wwe.com]

----- From a radio interview done in Australia:
HHH says that dating Stephanie is interesting. On the one hand, he cannot help falling in love, but it also leads Vince to push him harder at work. The upside, in HHH's opinion, is that he gets to beat up his boss. How many can say they get that opportunity?

08/26/02 Monday Night Raw
After the final match of the evening between Triple H and The Undertaker for the #1 Contender spot, Stephanie was shown in the parking area, standing by a limo. Eric told Stephanie to get the hell out of there as Brock and Heyman strolled up. Stephanie asked Eric if he ever shut up and then proceeded to tell him that "Tonight is a historic night and RAW and I couldn't miss it." She asked Eric what Triple H was the number one contender of? As she opened the limo door for Paul and Brock she informed Eric that it was the Champion's prerogative whether he wrestled on SmackDown! and RAW and that she had just paid Brock a lot of money to insure that he wrestled exclusively on SmackDown! "This is the last time that RAW will ever see a World Champion" Stephanie told a shocked and beleagured Eric, as she got into the car and they drove off. [owow.com]

08/29/02 Thursday Smackdown!
Stephanie's music hit the arena to open the show as she made her way out to the ring. She then got into the ring and welcomed everyone to Smackdown!, the new home of the Undisputed WWE Champion Brock Lesnar.

She stated that it was too bad that Bischoff's number one contenders match last Monday on RAW didn't really mean anything, since the Undisputed Champion Brock Lesnar was exclusively appearing for everyone on Smackdown! She went on to say that it brought up the question of who was really the #1 contender to face Brock for the Undisputed Title? It certainly couldn't be Triple H since he's a RAW Superstar, so it had to be someone at Smackdown! Stephanie asked everyone to be dressed and ready to compete because starting now, they were going to have a single elimination style of matches with the winner being the #1 contender and that the winner would eventually face Brock Lesnar for the Undisputed Title.
[owow.com]

Later in the evening Hardcore Holly was shown with Stephanie and he was lobbying for a shot in the single elimination tournament but was interrupted by Dawn Marie who told Stephanie that the phone call she's been waiting for, they're on the phone right now. Stephanie apologized to Bob and said they have to take this up later. Hardcore Holly asked what phone call is more important than Hardcore Holly? None!

Later backstage, Stephanie was shown on the phone and she understood that who she was talking to didn't like the way they were treated on RAW. Stephanie told the person that she can have the papers delivered to them as they're right in the hotel that's connected to the arena.

As Stephanie was talking, Matt Hardy barged in and Stephanie told the person that all they need to do is sign the papers and give them to Dawn. Matt hung up the phone on Stephanie and Stephanie got ticked off at Matt and told him that tonight, he'll be going against Brock Lesnar in a non title match! Matt got excited and said that's all he needs because that's the first step.

Stephanie was shown and Dawn Marie brought the contract to Stephanie and it was signed. Stephanie said that this means that tonight's main event is no longer a singles match, Kurt Angle vs. Chris Benoit. Nope, tonight's number one contenders match now becomes a Triple Threat. So why not get Eric Bischoff on the phone because she wants to make sure Eric is watching when one of his Superstars walks out on RAW and joins the Smackdown! main event?

Chris Benoit made his way out to the ring followed by Kurt Angle for this main event on Smackdown! in a Triple Threat Match to determine the number one contender for the Undisputed Championship! After Benoit and Angle made it to the ring, Stephanie introduced the next competitor and it's a legendary Superstar that she just signed to Smackdown!... the Undertaker!

09/16/02 Monday Night Raw
After opening the show with Triple H and Rob Van Dam hurling insults at one another a number of women were shown on the outside of the arena, in the parking lot, chanting "IOW" and displaying signs about women's rights.  After Ric Flair's match the ladies were again shown protesting. One of the women informed the security people that if they wouldn't let them in they'd protest right there, outside the door.

After another match the Coach was shown in the backstage area with the "IOW". The leader, Rebecca Lovings, said that the International Organization for Women has recognized a trend that is deplorable and that their organization wasn't leaving until they talked with Eric Bischoff.  Later Eric was shown backstage talking to Chris Jericho, when security showed up and informed Eric that a group of women were outside the arena waiting to speak with him. Eric told security to let them in and that he would meet with them.

After Jericho's match the women of IOW were shown backstage in a lounge area. Security told Rebecca that Eric would speak with them as soon as he was available. A few minutes later the security personnel informed the IOW that Eric was ready to see them, but he was not going to come back there but instead give them a public forum in the ring! The ladies headed towards the ring excited that they were actually going to meet with Eric.

Eric Bischoff made his way out to the ring and he said that he was a fair and just man. Eric said he believed in equality and he believed that women were just as smart and powerful as the men. He then laughed at his own comment, stressing the fact that he didn't really believe his own bull. He then said that this was the reason he was willing to provide an open forum for these women who have been protesting during his show. Bischoff then introduced the ladies.

The women came out chanting "IOW" as Rebecca took the mic. She informed Eric and the audience that the women represented the International Organization for Women, and that their organization promoted equality for women and that Eric had gone over the line with RAW. The organization felt that he had exploited women on his show by promoting Bra and Panty matches, mud matches and pillow fights, and that just last week he had exploited two lesbians on his show by having them perform a sexual act. The fans chanted "HLA, HLA" as Eric said he should have known. Was this all about the lesbians? Bischoff said he didn't know how he hadn't seen it... he's surrounded by a hoard of lesbians! Eric told them that all the fans wanted to see some Hot Lesbian Action, and he asked them to perform for the audience, or was this all about their 15 minutes of fame? He stated that he didn't have 15 minutes as a matter of fact, as one of the women approached him and quick as a flash kicked him in the groin. As Eric headed for his knees a the woman stripped of a wig to show us it was Stephanie McMahon!

Billy and Chuck came out and gave Eric the Doomsday Device before Rosey and Jamal could come storming into the ring. They tried unsuccessfully to beat up on Billy and Chuck, but eventually Stephanie left the ring with the tag team, leaving Eric and his men in the middle of the ring dazed and confused.

After the break, Bischoff, Rosey and Jamal stood up as Eric announced to the world that Stephanie was going to pay for this. He then issued a challenge to the manager of SmackDown! He wanted a match between Rosie and Jamal with Billy and Chuck, but with a stipulation... If Billy and Chuck win, then Eric will kiss her ass, but if Rosie and Jamal win she has to perform some Hot Lesbian Action in the center of the ring.  Sounds like we all win either way.  [owow.com]

09/19/02 Thursday Smackdown!
Stephanie McMahon made her way out to the ring and said that there's one thing Bischoff obviously forgot and that is you don't screw with a McMahon because McMahons always get even and that's exactly what she did last Monday night on RAW. She assured Eric that she knew he would fall for this phony women's protest. Stephanie continued by saying that as far as the match was concerned, Bischoff was on.

LAter in the evening Stephanie invited Eric to participate on Smackdown! via satellite.  The Smackdown! fans booed him as he appeared on screen with Stephanie. Stephanie asked Eric "how are your Bischoffs doing?" Eric then told Steph that he wondered what it was going to be like for the McMahon Family Dynasty when their little princess had to step in the ring at Unforgiven and perform Hot Lesbian Action! The fans started chanting, "HLA!" as Eric told her thaqt her fans were going to love him!

Stephanie said that Bischoff was obviously the bastion of good taste. HLA was all about cheap, sleazy thrills, wasn't it? Eric told Stephanie that if she wanted cheap thrills, he'll give that to her at Unforgiven when the RAW team of Rosey and Jamal defeated Billy and Chuck. Steph would have to step in the ring and perform some Hot Lesbian Action for the entire world, and that she would fulfill every man's fantasy on pay per view and that he couldn't wait!

Stephanie told Eric that he was just going to have to wait... Only it would be the team of Billy and Chuck that defeated Jamal and Rosey and it would be her in the ring, bending over so he could pucker up and kiss her ass. If Billy and Chuck were defeated she would have to perform Hot Lesbian Action, but she's never done it before, and who knows... she just might like it!

09/22/02 Unforgiven PPV
Stephanie was shown with Billy and Chuck and she told them that when they beat Rosey and Jamal, it's not for Stephanie, it's for Smackdown!. It's about pride and redemption and Billy interrupted saying that it's to make sure she doesn't have to French kiss a Lesbian later tonight? Chuck said in all seriousness, they'll win and then Bischoff will kiss Stephanie's ass!

Later, Eric Bischoff was shown with Rosey and Jamal and this is their night... their first night officially as a tag team. Eric told them that they're not only representing RAW, they're representing Eric Bischoff. Just to make sure they got everything going in their favor, he brought a guy that knows Billy and Chuck better than anybody and he's going to work in Rosey and Jamal's corner. Rico showed up and he said that he knows Billy and Chuck inside out and Rosey and Jamal are set to defeat Billy and Chuck. And then Mr. Bischoff can grab some popcorn and sit back, relax and watch Stephanie McMahon perform some Hot Lesbian Action!

Right as Billy and Chuck slid into the ring, Rosey and Jamal attacked them and the two teams exchanged right hands as Rosey started it off against Chuck in the ring. Rosey knocked Chuck down near the corner and then he went to the second rope and came off with a moonsault that missed as Chuck rolled out of the way.  Jamal went to the top rope but Chuck pulled him down and then Billy went for the One and Only but Rosey countered it into a slam of his own. Chuck nailed Rosey with a super kick and then Jamal hit Chuck with a super kick to knock him down and out of the ring.  Jamal went for a move on Billy but Billy countered it in mid air with the fame-asser and then Rico got in the
