David McLane,
the president of WOW, has been involved in various facets of
the wrestling and entertainment industries for the past 25 years.
His background includes concert promotion, the staging of live
wrestling events and founding and promoting of professional
roller hockey leagues. His prior crowning achievement in the
world of female wrestling was being the founder and creator
of "GLOW" - Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling, based out of Las Vegas

that some of our visitors still ask questions about.
Hoping to achieve
a dominant position in the marketplace, WOW's programming features
beautiful, athletic women wrestling one another. WOW's
first run syndicated program premiered the week of October 2,
2000 on 100 stations nationwide. On February 4, 2001 WOW broadcast
their first PPV - WOW Unleashed - and they have plans for more.
Catch one of
their broadcasts, you definitely won't be disappointed. WOW
is currently featuring 34 women in single's competition
as well as 10 tag teams, your sure to find someone that
catch's your interest or your eye.

not a maybe or a rumor it is fact and anybody that tells you

Note:
Well the referee was wrong! Unfortunately 2001 was the beginning
& end of WOW wrestling. The program never went into a
second year.
