01/07/07 New Year's Revolution PPV - Kansas City, Missouri - Women's Championship Match - Victoria vs. Mickie James
Melina went to go make a call for Johnny Nitro and Victoria approached her. Victoria told Melina her name isn't on her checklist. Victoria told Melina that they could work together, and if Melina helps Victoria win the Women's Title, she would get the first title shot. Victoria told Melina to think about it and walked off.

The Match:
Before the match started, a video package was shown how Victoria has been decimating the Women's division on Raw over the past six weeks en route to her title shot tonight. They locked up, and Victoria shoved Mickie to the mat. Victoria took Mickie down with a waistlock and applied a chinlock with a bridge. Victoria went into a front facelock, but Mickie reversed into an armbar. Victoria reversed into her own armbar, and Mickie cartwheeled out of it and hit a monkeyflip.

They exchanged arm wringers, then Victoria grabbed a side headlock. Mickie shoved Victoria into the ropes, and Victoria hit a shoulderblock, but Mickie tripped her. Mickie hit a pair of armdrags, then a dropkick for a two count. Mickie kicked Victoria in the corner, but Victoria reversed a whip. Victoria ran into an elbow. Mickie went for a headscissors, but Victoria tossed her off onto the ring apron, then kicked her to the floor. Victoria hit a baseball slide dropkick, then dropped Mickie face first on the security wall. Victoria yelled something at Lilian Garcia as she got back in the ring, and Mickie grabbed Victoria into a small package, but Victoria kicked out.

Victoria stomped Mickie, then choked her against the ropes. Victoria flung Mickie across the ring by the hair and got a two count. Victoria went to the middle rope for a moonsault, but Mickie rolled out of the way. Mickie hit some right hands, then a series of reverse elbows. Mickie threw some jabs, then decked Victoria with a punch for a two count. Mickie gave Victoria a back elbow and caught her with a rana. Victoria rolled to the apron. Mickie gave Victoria a forearm, knocking her to the floor. Melina came out to help Victoria up. Mickie rolled out of the ring and decked Melina, then kicked Victoria and threw her back into the ring.

Mickie went for a DDT, but Melina hooked her foot. Maria and Candice came out to counteract Melina, engaging in a brief brawl, as Mickie rolled up Victoria for a two count. Victoria lifted Mickie for a slam, but Mickie reversed it into a DDT for the pin at the seven minute mark. Maria, Candice and Lilian celebrated with Mickie as Melina yelled at them from ringside. 01/15/07 Monday Night Raw - Bossier City, Louisiana - Victoria vs. Mickie - Women's Championship Match
Victoria grabbed Mickie by the hair and screamed in her face. Mickie returned the favor and Victoria complained. Mickie then draped Victoria across the top rope and gave her a spanking. The females in the audience screeched as Victoria came back with a double foot dropkick to the stomach.

Victoria forced Mickie into the splits, then she applied a leg vice. Ross said he thought he just pulled a groin. Victoria took Mickie to fireman's carry position and hit a spinning sidewalk slam for a nearfall. Victoria then walked into a turnaround sidekick and Mickie scored the pin. 02/05/07 Monday Night Raw - Sioux City, Iowa - Melina vs. Mickie James - Women's Championship Match
Back from a commercial break and we go right into the Women's Championship Match. Melina and Mickie roll around on the mat with Mickie punching Melina. Melina with a hammer lock but Mickie reverses. Melina with a kick to Mickie’s head and then she takes Mickie down. Mickie sends Melina into the ropes and Mickie gets ready to punch Melina. Melina with a kick to the abdomen. Mickie with a monkey flip and Melina goes into the ropes. Melina rolls outside to talk to Nitro.

Mickie tries to pull Melina back into the ring, but Melina pulls Mickie across the top rope. Melina with a head scissors and rollup for a two count. Melina with a clothesline for a two count. Melina works on Mickie’s legs and then she slams Mickie’s face into the mat. Mickie with an elbow to Melina followed by a snap mare. Mickie tosses Mickie down by the hair. Melina with a forearm to Mickie, but Mickie responds in kind. Mickie with the advantage with forearms and then she throws Melina down to the mat. Mickie with clotheslines. Melina with an Irish whip but Mickie with a head scissors take down.

Crazy takes Nitro down on the floor. Melina with a rake of the eyes, but Mickie with a back kick to Melina. Melina sends Mickie outside the ring to the floor. Mickie with a shoulder from the apron and then she goes for a sunset flip, but Melina holds on to the ropes. The referee tells Melina to let go and Mickie gets the three count with a sunset flip. After the match, the paparazzi enter the ring while Nitro tries to hold Melina back. Nitro goes after the photographers. PowerWrestling.com

02/19/07 Monday Night Raw - Bakersfield, CA - Melina vs. Mickie James - Women's Championship Match
Melina pulls Mickie’s hair on the collar and elbow tie up but Mickie grabs on as well. Each woman uses the hair on a take down, but Mickie with a side head lock. Melina with a hammer lock, but Mickie with an elbow and snap mare. Melina backs into the corner but Melina with a series of kicks. Mickie with a clothesline and snap mare followed by a basement drop kick to Melina’s face.

Mickie with a baseball slide that sends Melina outside the ring to the floor. Mickie tries for another baseball slide, but Melina moves out of the way and Mickie is pulled to the floor. Melina with a kick to Mickie for a two count. Melina with a knee to the kidneys and then she tosses Mickie by her hair and Melina gets a two count. Melina slams Mickie’s head into the mat. Melina works on Mickie’s legs and back followed by a kick to the abdomen. Melina with forearms, but Mickie with a leg trip and Mickie punches Melina. Mickie and Melina roll around the ring as they alternate the punches.

Mickie tosses Melina to the mat by the hair followed by knees to the head and then Mickie slams Melina’s head into the mat. Melina with a forearm and punches. Mickie with a Louise Thesz Press and punches. Melina with an Irish whip into the corner but Mickie with an elbow. Melina holds on to the ropes and Mickie falls to the mat. Melina with a bridge for the three count. After the match, Melina poses with the title as the Paparazzi photograph Melina with the belt. We go to commercial.

We are back and Mickie is with Maria and Candice. Todd Grisham tries to get some comments from Mickie, but Mickie is not in a mood to talk. Instead, she slaps Todd in the face and Todd looks like he is going to cry. PowerWrestling.com

03/05/07 Monday Night Raw - Phoenix, Arizona - Mickie James vs. Melina - Women's Championship Match
It is time for the guest ring announcer for the next match, Ashley Massaro.

Mickie with a baseball slide before the bell rings and Melina gets a near fall on the floor. Melina with a forearm and then she sends Mickie into the ringside barrier. Melina goes to the back and Mickie chases after her. Melina tosses a trash can at Mickie and then they fight on the makeup table. Mickie sends Melina into a door and then Melina kicks Mickie in the abdomen.

They fight into the Diva locker room and Mickie throws Melina over the couch. Mickie gets a two count. Victoria holds Mickie for Melina, but Torrie sprays hairspray in Victoria’s eyes. Candice comes out of the shower wearing a towel and the towel is removed. We go to commercial. We are back and the match returns into the arena. Mickie and Melina roll down the Rawest Ramp in Sports Entertainment. Melina returns to the ring and she kicks Mickie and connects with a double sledge. Melina slams Mickie’s head into the mat. Mickie with forearms and then she throws Melina down to the mat.

Mickie tosses Melina by the hair and then she hits a fisherman’s suplex and bridge for a two count. Mickie with shoulders in the corner but Melina climbs the turnbuckles. Mickie slams Melina’s head into the ring post and she punches Melina on the turnbuckle. Mickie tries for a hurricanrana from the top turnbuckle and Melina holds on to the ropes and Mickie lands hard on the mat. Melina with a cover for the three count. After the match, Melina grabs the belt from Ashley and she yells at Ashley. Ashley pushes Melina to the ground. Ashley checks on Mickie in the ring. PowerWrestling.com

03/10/07 Internet News - More On The Championship Match (From PWInsider.com Reader)
One thing that was AWESOME was that you wont see on TV, was when Melina ripped off Candice’s Towel she was completely topless which we could see briefly but undeniably. When I came home I went straight to that part on my DVR (Tivo) and they blacked out the screen for a almost two seconds - on TV you don’t see Melina rip off her towel, and when the picture comes back it is a wide shot with Candice covering herself. 04/01/07 WrestleMania 23 PPV - Detroit, Michigan - Ashley vs. Melina - Women's Championship Lumberjill Match
JBL and Michael Cole got to call this one. Melina had a fur covered hooded jacket as part of her ring gear. Ashley hit some punches at the start and Melina rolled to the floor, and was tossed back in. Ashley rolled her up for a two count. Melina tripped Ashley into the ropes and choked her with her boot. Ashley hit some forearms and punches and choked Melina. Melina screamed "You think you are better than me?" and choked her against the ropes.

Melina gave Ashley a Giant Swing and got a two count. Melina choked Ashley. Melina put Ashley in a surfboard, and drove her face first into the mat. Ashley grabbed a flying headscissors. Ashley whipped Melina across the ring and did a monkeyflip. Ashley missed a second rope elbow and Melina got a two count. Melina picked up Ashley, but she got behind her and rolled her up. Melina rolled through it into her own rollup, and got a Backlund Bridge for the pin at the four minute mark.

Ashley sort of kicked Melina to the floor, and the babyface Divas threw her back in the ring. There was a very brief all Diva catfight in the ring. The heel Divas then left with Melina and the belt, and the babyface Divas were left standing in the ring. PowerWrestling.com

Bryan Alvarez reported on his "Bryan and Vinny" online show on www.f4wonline.com that Ashley Massaro was in tears after her match at WrestleMania. She knew it was an awful match and was quite upset about it afterwards. Rajah.com

04/29/07 Backlash PPV - Atlanta, Georgia - Mickie James vs. Melina - Women's Championship Match
Melina grabbed a hammerlock at the start, but Mickie reversed out of it and grabbed an armbar. Melina reversed, but Mickie cartwheeled out of it and hit a monkeyflip. Mickie took Melina to the mat with a side headlock, but Melina grabbed a headscissors to get out. Mickie kipped up out of the headscissors. Melina hit a kick to the gut and took Mickie down with a headlock, and not it was Mickie using a headscissors to break out. Melina pulled out it it, then complained about being poked in the eye, which was a distraction for a sucker punch.

Melina hit some shots, but Mickie came back with shoulderblocks in a corner and a monkeyflip, followed by a series of right hands. Melina came back with a shot to the throat, but Mickie kicked Melina as she charged at her. Mickie went to the top rope, but Melina shoved her off and Mickie fell hard to the floor. Mickie made it back to the ring by the eight count and Melina threw Mickie by the hair for a two count. Melina choked Mickie on the ropes, then kicked her to the mat for a two count. Melina applied a full nelson with her legs, and rolled Mickie into a pinning position for a two count. Melina then used the ropes for leverage, but got caught, so Melina had to break the hold.

Melina went for a suplex, but Mickie rolled her into a small package for a two count. Melina stood on the middle rope and picked up Mickie by the throat for a choke. Melina then drove Mickie to the mat with a vertical bodypress. Melina pulled Mickie by the hair and got a two count. Melina put Mickie in a crossface chickenwing, but Mickie broke out. Mickie went for a kick, but Melina caught it and yanked her to the mat, into a split. Mickie then swept Melina's leg and she fell into a split. Both women, on the mat in splits, started punching it out. Mickie got the better of the exchange, then hit a dropkick. Mickie hit a series of punches, tossed Melina by the hair, then hit a neckbreaker for a two count.

Melina kneed Mickie in the gut. Mickie caught a charging Melina in a headscissors, but Melina threw it off, sending Mickie to the apron. Mickie hit a forearm from the apron, then went to the top rope and hit a flying bodypress for a two count. Melina eye gouged Mickie, then hit a reverse DDT for the pin at the nine minute mark.  PowerWrestling.com

06/24/07 WWE Vengeance PPV - Houston, Texas - Candice Michelle vs. Melina
They teased a test of strength, but Melina kicked Candice. Candice hit a drop toe hold and some shots, then applied her headscissors on the ropes, only to have Melina knock her to the floor. Melina used a headscissors on the apron, then took her back into the ring. Melina hit a running knee to the gut in the corner, then applied a headscissors in the corner and flipped Candice to the mat.

Melina yanked Candice headfirst to the mat, but Candice grabbed a rollup for a two count. Melina threw Candice to the mat and applied a bow and arrow. Candice rolled out of it into a cover for a two count. Melina went for a charge and Candice pulled down the top rope and Melina fell to the floor. Melina got back in the ring and Candice hit a powerslam. Candice did her Go Daddy sping and dropped an elbow for a two count. Candice hit a bulldog variation for a two count. The strap on Candice's top broke, but unfortunately for the fans, she has a bra on.

Melina hit a neckbreaker for a two count. Melina hit some punches, but missed an elbow and Candice hit what I guess was supposed to be a spinning elbow or spinning kick, but was more like a spinning backwards shoulderblock. Either way, it got Candice the pin at the five minute mark. PowerWrestling.com

07/22/07 WWE Great American Bash PPV - San Jose, CA - Melina vs. Candice Michelle - Women's Championship
Melina hit a knee to the gut at the start, then applied an overheard wristlock. Melina switched to a hammerlock, but Candice made the ropes. They locked up again and Candice took Melina down with a side mare. Melina countered with a headscissors, but Candice flipped out and into a back bridge. Candice hit a kick to the gut and a running reverse neck snap.

Candice took Melina down with a fireman's carry into a bridge, but Melina came back with a forearm to the face, then stretched her across the middle rope in the corner and stomped on her stomach. Melina choked Candice against the ropes, then yanked her arm across the top rope as she jumped of the apron. Melina kicked and wreched the arm in the ring, then applied a cross arm choke, throwing Candice to the mat for a two count. Melina went into the overhead wristlock again, then applied a surfboard variation. Candice broke out and hit some forearms, then a clothesline and a dropkick. Candice hit a discus clothesline for a two count. Candice went to the top rope and hit a flying bodypress for a two count. Melina hit a back elbow and a split legged neckbreaker for a two count. Melina hit some shot to the back of the head, but Candice came back with a clothesline.

Candice missed a spinning heel kick, and Melina grabbed a sleeper. Candice broke out with a jawbreaker, then went for a Unprettier, but Melina blocked it. Candice grabbed a side headlock and dropped down with a standing bulldog for the pin at the seven minute mark. Jerry Lawler said that is a new move Candice has been working on called "The Candy Wrapper". PowerWrestling.com

09/16/07 WWE Unforgiven PPV - Memphis, Tennessee - Beth Phoenix vs. Candice Michelle - Women's Championship
Jim Ross noted that Beth Phoenix was the strongest female competitor in WWE since Bull Nakano. They locked up at the bell, and Phoenix shoved Candice to the mat. Candice jumped onto her for a headlock, but Phoenix tossed her to the mat. Candice tried a waistlock, but Phoenix powered out and started working on Candice's arm, doing the old Davey Boy Smith wristlock lift. Candice slid to the apron to avoid Phoenix and hit a kick, then hit a top rope armdrag. Candice went for a headscissors, but Phoenix turned it into a backbreaker. Phoenix hit a kick to the back, then rammed her into the corner.

Phoenix whipped Candice into a corner, then rammed her face first into the mat. Phoenix drove her elbow into Candice's back. Candice got a two count, then applied a double arm chicken wing, ala 1989 Ricky Steamboat. Phoenix threw Candice to the mat for a two count, then applied a chinlock. Phoenix applied a surfboard. Phoenix threw Candice in the corner and hit a forearm to the back, then two to the chest. Candice applied a bodyscissors in the corner, then a headscissors and kicked Phoenix in the head. Phoenix stopped her rally with an elbow, then sent Candice to the mat by snapping her off the ropes. Phoenix put Candice in an over-the-shoulder backbreaker, circa 1980's Big John Studd. Yes, I have been watching a lot of old wrestling lately. Candice struggled, then managed to elbow out of the hold.

Candice hit some forearms and a weak dropkick, then delivered a clothesline. Candice leapfrogged Phoenix in a corner and yanked her to the mat by the hair. Candice charged Phoenix, who scooped her up and rammed her hard into a corner. Beth Phenix then did a full extension Gorilla Press and dropped Candice to the mat. Phoenix scored a two count. Phoenix then went for another slam, but Candice floated over and grabbed a crucifix for a three count at the eight minute mark. Candice went right to the floor, while Phoenix just boiled with anger in the ring. They showed strands of Candice's hair on the mat. PowerWrestling.com

10/07/07 WWE No Mercy PPV - Chicago, Illinois - Beth Phoenix vs. Candice Michelle - Women's Championship Match
Candice now has a ring robe with giant angel's wings on it. Phoenix muscled Candice in a corner, then hit a hiptoss. She went for another, but Candice blocked it. Candice leapfrogged Phoenix and rolled her up into a Backlund Bridge, but Phoenix broke out of it and hit a forearm to the back. Phoenix hit some shoulderblocks in the corner, but Candice came back with some kicks and a dropkick to the chest for a two count. Candice applied a shortarm scissors on Phoenix.

Phoenix tried to stand up with it, but then just broke free and dropped an elbow instead. Candice went to the second rope for a bodypress, but Phoenix caught it and hit a powerslam for a two count. Phoenix hit a pair of elbows to the shoulder and applied a cobra clutch. Candice rolled backwards in the hold into a pinning position, but Phoenix rolled through it and kept the hold on.

Candice lunged forward into a corner and sent Phoenix into the turnbuckles to break the hold. Candice hit some punches and kicks, then sort of hit a spinkick. Candice went to the top rope and hit a flying bodypress, but Phoenix kicked out. Phoenix powered Candice into a corner, but Candice flipped over her into a sunset flip, but Phoenix kicked out. Phoenix hit a backbreaker and a cradled suplex for the clean pin at the five minute mark.
Phoenix looked like she was going to cry as they gave her to belt. Phoenix went to ringside and said she had something to say. Jerry Lawler went to interview her. Phoenix said she was the perfect combination of beauty and strength, and that she was ushering in the "era of the Glamazon". PowerWrestling.com

10/22/07 Monday Night Raw - Omaha, Nebraska - Candice vs. Beth - WWE Women's Championship Match - First Ever Women's "Best Two Out Of Three Falls" Match
Fall Number One. They lock up and Beth backs Candice into the corner and Beth with an elbow in the corner followed by a forearm to the back. Beth with an Irish whip but Candice floats over. Beth sends Candice to the apron and then Candice with a punch followed by a rana. Candice tries for an Irish whip but Beth does not budge. Candice tries for a sunset flip but Beth does not go over and she picks Candice up and hits a vertical choke slam for the three count.

Fall Number Two and Beth tries to put Candice in a Boston Crab. We see footage from the commercial break as she overpowers Candice. Beth continues with a version of the Strong Hold on Candice but Candice kicks Beth off. Beth with a kick to the midsection followed by forearms.

Candice responds with forearms and flying clotheslines and a drop kick and discus clothesline for a two count. Candice with a kick to the midsection followed by a rollup for a two count. Candice with a spinning heel kick but she can only get a two count. Candice goes up top and Beth hits the ropes and Candice falls to the mat. Beth pulls Candice into the center of the ring for the three count. After the match, the medical staff and officials go to the ring to check on Candice. They bring a stretcher to the ring for Candice. PowerWrestling.com

11/26/07 Monday Night Raw - Charlotte, North Carolina - Melina vs. Mickie James
This match will decide who is the #1 contender, and meet Beth Phoenix in a title match at the Armageddon PPV. Beth is in the ring, Lillian announces her. Mickie comes bouncing out in a pink version of her normal two piece outfit. Melina comes out in a blue version of her two piece outfit. This one is a bit different with flames up the legs. She looks very wrestler in this outfit. They lock up hard and Melina gets an arm bar on Mickie. Mickie gets out and chops Melina’s chin. A kick to Mickie’s face and Melina gets a two count. Melina gets whipped but gets her feet up into Mickie’s face. Melina sits up top. Mickie throws punches and sends Melina flying across the ring. Beth is in front of the announce table watching closely. They battle back and forth. Mickie hits a hurricanrana. A hard swinging DDT to Melina and Mickie covers for three. Mickie goes over to the side of the ring that Beth is standing. Mickie blows Beth a kiss and smiles down at her. Beth just shakes her head. Rajah.com

12/16/07 WWE Armageddon PPV - Pittsburgh, PA - Mickie James vs. Beth Phoenix - Women's Championship Match
Lilian Garcia announced the next match would be for the WWE Women's championship. Jillian Hall came out. She plugged the itunes album. She said she was going to sing one of her favorite songs off the album right now. It was a terrible rendition of "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas." She was thankfully cut off by Mickie James' theme music.

They locked up with Phoenix overpowering James early. James went for the bulldog off the ropes but was shoved off. James tried to whip Phoenix but was stopped and Beth nailed her arm. James went for her headscissors out of the corner but was caught and powerbombed. Phoenix got a two count. Phoenix locked on a Dragon Sleeper (Tatsumi Fujinami, represent yo), then nailed the Oklahoma Stampede in the corner. James came back with a rollup for a two count.

Phoenix locked on a chicken wing combination, but James battled back with several elbows to the face. James avoided a reverse suplex, then hit her head scissors out of the corner. James nailed the Lou Thesz Press and peppered Beth with punches. She nailed a second Thesz Press, then a dropkick to the face for another two count. Mickie hit a missile dropkick for another two count. Beth cut off James with a kick to the gut, then nailed a Fisherman's suplex for the clean pinfall. PowerWrestling.com
