Lizzy Borden (Janet Romano) began her career in XPW providing entertainment for the fans with her own brand of entertainment. Lizzy, a fan of pro wrestling, had volunteered to be on XPW’s ring crew. During XPW’s debut show after a mess was made on the stage, Borden bounced out to clean it up. The crowd erupted! The following show, found XPW officials willing to grant the fans another look at the busty (34D-24-34) bombshell. The announcer told the fans "We at XPW like to give the fans what they want - so with out further ado, ladies and gentlemen - Lizzy Borden." Borden then performed an incredible strip tease prompting XPW Head Official Patrick Hernandez to rush the ring and throw a towel over Borden. Hernandez refused to have anything but pure wrestling in his ring.

Lizzy decided to give the fans more of what they wanted as the weeks went on. Disguised as a ring crew member, she came out to clean the ring of the broken tables and chairs, but then grabbed the mic and commanded the sound engineer to hit her music. The "crew member" took off her hat, and then her Dickies, and before they knew it, the crowd was watching another Lizzy Borden striptease! Head Official Patrick Hernandez hit the ring and told Lizzy to stop. She got in his face and he shoved her to the ground.

Borden had caught the eye of the company owner and become engaged to the boss. Her new role behind the scenes seemed to give her the security and push that she needed. Taking the striptease to the next level, Lizzy decided to now enter the ring dressed as a nun. Borden began to take off the habit and show the crowd her well endowed body. Hernandez, thinking that Borden had learned her lesson, came to the ring to ask her to leave. She refused and Hernandez pushed her to the mat - telling her to do what she does best, and that was get on her knees. Borden complied and then delivered a crotch shot and a DDT to Hernandez. She then kicked him on the way out adding insult to injury.

In an WOW Magazine interview Lizzy stated "People who cross me better beware. I'm fully capable of having a mean streak." Since coming into power Lizzy Borden has gone out of her way to show her mean streak and abuse her power. A few examples of her "meanness" include:

Telling Missy Hyatt that since she (Borden) was the boss’ wife, what she said went! Borden told Hyatt that she was too old for XPW and that she wasn’t white trash enough. Borden then handed Hyatt her pink slip and introduced the queen of white trash - Chastity.

She has called out valet Kristi Myst and demanded a lap dance. Myst obliged and the crowd went NUTS! In the end, however, Borden told Myst that she has had better and shoved her to the ground. Borden then told Myst to clean herself up.

Lizzy signed a match between Damian Steele and Chris Candido only to tell Candido after he won that the match wasn’t for the title, but that he could have a title shot the next night. This prompted Tammy Sytch to attack Borden and a catfight broke out between the two.

Borden has even taken her aggression out on the immense and powerful Nicole Bass. Bass, a member of the Hierarchy, was complaining about Borden’s abuse of power when Borden had enough and made her way to the ring. She then sent boys from the locker room to attack Bass.

But things changed for Borden when a power struggle erupted between her husband, XPW CEO Rob Black, and XPW VP of Administration Josh Lazie. Lazie and a New York group of investors had duped Black into signing a good portion of the company to the New York group who then named Lazie the new CEO. Lazie’s first move was to remove Lizzy from power. "It’s time we started to run this company like a WRESTLING company" he told the XPW fans. The ousting of Borden would only work to bring Rob Black from behind the scenes into the forefront of XPW as he now battles not only for his wife’s dignity, but control of the company he built.

In an interview conducted by WOW Magazine (October 2000 issue) Lizzy was asked "What is your role in the XPW right now?" "It's kind of changing. First I was a crew girl, then Rob and I got married and I was the boss' wife and got to call the shots on the shows. Now that Rob is on-camera and co-CEO, he is fighting over control of the company... I'm just his wife and kind of there to help him do what he has to do and carry out his plans. I still get to stick my nose in other people's business."

This coming Monday night, Lizzy Borden will be a special guest expert on FX's "The X Show." Borden will assist the hosts in teaching the viewers how to hide their adult materials from their significant other. Even though many thought that XPW's Lizzy Borden was through with pornography and was strictly with the wrestling company, she's at it again. Lizzy will be directing [and quiet possibly] starring in the upcoming Extreme Associates flick "Cocktails 2." She will be directing and co-starring with another XPW valet, Veronica Caine, who heads up The Enterprise.

08/31/01 Internet Rumor
XPW suffered a major blow on Saturday night as several key performers left the company. Those that left were Sabu, Lazie, The Messiah and Homeless Jimmy. While the reasons Sabu, Lazie and Jimmy left the company are currently unknown, it is being said that The Messiah was fired because he was caught sleeping with Lizzy Borden sometime last week. It would seem that Lizzy's web site formerly at www.lizzyborden.com has moved and it is now located at http://www.wrestlingsolutions.com/lizzy/. There is an interview on the site where she was asked how it was to direct a movie with 'actress' Jasmine St. Claire. Her reply: "Oh, God. She has her days. When you get her on the day when she’s mad at her boyfriend or something or just mad at life, she’s the devil. She put me in therapy. She would give me panic attacks where if I had to shoot her the next day, the whole night before I was stressing. That’s how horrible she is. She’s one of the most horrible people I’ve ever met." When asked how it's gone since Jasmine left she replied "Oh, since she’s been gone, it’s been the best."

The vicious rumors spreading across the Internet about The Messiah (former XPW World & Deathmatch Champion) being fired due to an apparent affair with XPW and Extreme Associates talent Lizzy Borden are totally false. They originally began when a disgruntled worker spread the rumor, with the reporters eating it up as if it were real. The true reason is being undisclosed for obvious reasons, but the "love affair" never took place. [Jonathan Siderman]

It was officially announced on the Saturday night (01/26/02) XPW show that Veronica Caine will be facing Lizzy Borden in the first ever Buck Naked Match! 03/01/02 Internet News - XPW Freefall Show 02/23/02 Buck Naked Match
Veronica Caine, Rizzono, and Kaos came out. Lizzy then entered the arena with her husband Rob Black and the rest of the Black Army. Rob Black grabbed the mic and said that he needed to spice things up. He then banned The Enterprise from ringside. Kaos and Rizzono hyped up Caine and left. Rob Black then turned it into a Lumberjack match. If one of the girls leaves the ring, they'll slap her ass.

All the lumberjacks had paddles and Caine got paddled by Angel. Lizzy got Caine into the corner and pummeled her, but while Lizzy was celebrating Caine got back up and hit her from behind. Lizzy then put a spear on Caine and then ripped her opponents top off. Caine only had a bra on. Veronica then ripped off Lizzy's top almost tearing her bra off! Victoria got into the ring and helped Lizzy with her bra before Caine's pants were stripped off! Caine got on top of Lizzy but Victoria helped her out once again while Lizzy ripped off Veronica Caine's bra! Of course the house lights went out! XPW owner Rob "Black" Zicari and his wife Janet "Lizzie Borden" Romano were indicted by a grand jury in Pittsburgh, PA today (8/8/03). The two were accused "of sending obscene movies to a Post Office box in the Pittsburgh area.
