This Hollywood born and bred, egotistical blonde bombshell, had a conceited attitude that knew no bounds.  She was known to stop in the middle of a match and pick up her always available mirror to check her hair and makeup. Even so her opponents needed to be wary of her deadly maneuver - hitting them in the head with her pink hand mirror (usually from behind).

Her 'star' status allowed her to make statements that she was the star of the show and she even told Executive Producer David McLane that she was the Executive Producer and that he had to follow her decisions.  Much to her dismay this tactic was not really  successful.

Known as a "I'm pretty much just out for myself" kind of gal, Lana and her partner Patti Pizzazz got a 3rd for Best Tag Team in the WOW Year End Awards. The duo even got 1st for Best Feud and 2nd for Best Match, for their matches involving Ice Cold & Poison. Miss Starr didn't stop there though. She was awarded Best Heel, Best Gimmick, Best Interviewee and Best Angle (luring Patti Pep into becoming protégé Patti Pizzazz), and tied with Poison for 2nd as Most Favorite.
