This project redeveloped a derelict bus terminal into 102 live/work units in the West Oakland neighborhood.
The units feature modern finishes and spacious, unique layouts that support live/work opportunities.
The double courtyards feature a children's playspace, an outdoor adult exercise area, and a bocce court, along with plenty of outdoor dining space.
The project is currently 95% leased.
