This project brings three stories of office and production space plus 8 stories of multifamily residential living to an existing disused warehouse in San Francisco's SOMA neighborhood.
The first phase of the project features ground level office, retail, and PDR space, with additional office space on the upper two floors inserted behind the existing facade.
The two-level PDR space will allow for space for light manufacturing uses.
The ground level office space features a courtyard and break area with a living wall backdrop, along with small group breakout areas to complement desk pods.
The proposed phase 2 project bridges between the different urban scales and height districts between Howard St & Natoma St.
