About oWOW

At oWOW, we’re on a mission to Accelerate Housing Abundance to Unlock Human Potential.

We design and build housing 65% below market cost and deliver it in months instead of years by automating design, industrializing construction, and deploying prefabricated, componentized building systems at unmatched speed.

oWOW is growing quickly to expand project delivery across the state of California and nationwide. Our goal is to start construction on 2,000 affordable housing units by the end of 2026.

About oWOW Construction

oWOW Construction is the execution engine behind some of the fastest and lowest-cost multifamily projects in the country. We build using a deeply integrated, prefabricated construction platform that compresses schedules from years to months and delivers projects at industry-breaking costs.

We embed development and design from day one. By coordinating trades around repeatable, componentized systems, we eliminate rework, de-risk schedules, and turn construction into a predictable, industrial process resulting in safer sites, lower budgets, and dramatically faster delivery.

oWOW Construction delivered 1510 Webster, the tallest mass-timber building on the West Coast. View the full case study.

The Role

As a Senior Superintendent at oWOW Construction, you are the field leader behind some of the fastest and most cost-efficient high-rise multifamily projects in the country. You lead on-site execution from groundbreaking through Certificate of Occupancy (CO), delivering projects built with industrialized, prefabricated systems that compress schedules from years to months.

You operate at the forefront of modern construction deploying high-rise mass-timber structures & a prefabricated lateral structure that can erect 2.5+ floors per week and a factory-built exterior wall system that can enclose a floor in a day. You will break records for construction speed and cost deliberately and repeatedly while holding the highest standards for quality and site safety.

This is a hands-on leadership role for builders who take full ownership of outcomes and thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments. You plan rigorously, coordinate trades with precision, and lead crews decisively in the field. This is not a role for passive site managers, it’s for superintendents who plan rigorously, lead decisively, and execute relentlessly.

  • Update schedules daily and execute look-ahead planning to keep milestones within ±5% of plan.

  • Deliver projects within approved GMP or target cost.

  • Implement disciplined cost-control strategies and proactively manage risks.

  • Enforce oWOW quality standards across all trades and scopes.

4. Execute Advanced Building Systems

  • Implement mass-timber, prefabricated lateral steel, and factory-built façade systems engineered to maximize speed, reduce risk, and deliver high-rise projects at record-setting cost and schedule performance.

  • Coordinate early and continuously with design, development, and supply-chain partners.

5. Build & Lead Teams

  • Hire, develop, and retain high-performing superintendents, foremen, and field teams.

  • Set clear expectations, hold teams accountable, and address underperformance decisively.
